Is jianksic.com Legit?

Made a mistake by buying what seemed a good product. Arrived brokenSent numerous emails through the link on their site. No reply. Finally I did a charge back. Then all of a sudden they condesended reply. They offered between 5% and 30% compensation. A broken shaver even for free is of no use to man nor beast. They refuse to pay for the return of the shaver. Do not deal with these people. They are scammers.

I ordered 3 cotton casual shirts from this company before I read reviews by other customers. I received them within a very reasonable time, and they are well made, sized appropriately and the stitching seems good. I doubt that the "recommended price" is anything other than advertising puff, and that I could have bought similar quality shirts on the high street for less. However, these were delivered to me, I did not need to spend £25 driving to the nearest city or spend time travelling on a combination of buses, trains and underground to get to the nearest city. Accordingly, I believe this purchase was satisfactory contrary to dreaded expectation having read other customers' unfavorable reviews. However. I can confirm that it proves impossible to contact this store since the contact details are false. Would I take the risk of further purchases? I think not...

This is obviously a team of very clever scammers. They even hoodwinked PayPal after I made a claim for a refund against Jianksic for non delivery. After several weeks PayPal rejected my claim, siding with the scammers saying that they had proof of delivery. What utter rubbish! My past admiration and trust for PayPal has dropped considerably. You will notice all the reviews give only one star , pity there is no opportunity to give minus ten. This is by far the worst online experience I have had , the image on the advert shows a nice pair of leather shoes if you are silly enough to order you will ( eventually ) a month later receive a pair of plastic (yes plastic) shoes . They never respond to questions ,I pray they go bust DO NOT FALL VICTIM .

I ordered size 12 wide EE non slipoutdoor breatable walking shoes from Jianksic on 17th Ma 2024, they charged my credit card £36.97 to include quick deliver of £6.95. The shoe arrived in the 12 th June 2024. I had emailed them 3 time about no n deliver I got no response, On the day of arrival after trying the shoes on & deciding they did not fit & where not as described & of a poor quality I emailed gain & got no response , I emailed again the next day on the 13th June, They say they have someone available 24/7/365 days. This is not the case. I contacted my bank as I paid by credit card. They said to inform them the goods are available for collection as they did not fit me & where not as described. I have done this today the 13th June. The bank says to wait 15 days then if they have not responded by then they will instigate a dispute. I have ordered a pair of comfy shoes from this company and still waiting for delivery. Wish I had read reviews first as probably won’t get them at all. This company should be refrained from advertising anything and investigated for fraud.

Although the company are excellent at replying to emails - it is not easy to have a full refund as the offered solution is a 5% or 15% refund without returning the shoes. As it costs just over £19 in postage to return the shoes (purchase price £29.99) it isn't worth the hassle of several emails arguing for a full refund, parcelling them up and paying the postage, so shoes have gone to charity shop as, although very nice shoes, they are no good to us. A lot of hassle, no easy 100% refund as advertised and loss of money.

LIke all the reviews you will be dealing with Chinese scammers. Shoes were not fit for purpose and refund offers just meant you would still be out of pocket!

Silly me. Kick myself for forgetting to check trust pilot before I make any purchase. There is nowhere in their website to leave reviews. So apparently those reviews shown on their ads must be fake. Poor quality shoes...they don't even give you proper shoe laces. Not worth the money paid. Such advertisers should be banned. SERIOUSLY, DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a pair of casual shoes. Ordered a size up but when shoes arrived they did not fit, too tight lengthwise. Their size UK9 is just a UK8. Asked to return then scam starts. They state on their website returns can be made and we only pay once for deliveries and returns, no extra charges to return. They said I needed pay to return the item to an address in China despite them displaying a UK Address in Essex giving the impression they do business from a UK Base. I tried their emails and telephone number, None of them work. I complained through PayPal and this company offered me a 10 per cent refund and a voucher for a 50 per cent discount on a further purchase. They operate illegally pretending to be a UK based company. The items are half the price on Temu and similar websites. I am donating the shoes to a cancer charity shop for someone in need. They need to clean up their act if they wish to do business in the UK. Not Happy at all!

Another VERY disappointed customer. Please read all reviews before purchasing any item. I thought I had purchased a pair of dark green ‘Italian leather’ boots. What arrived after 3 weeks was a pair of dark green neoprene smelling plastic boots with a bright green sole. A VERY VERY POOR attempt to copy the real deal shown in the photo. This photo was obviously stolen along with the photo of the sweet old boot maker on their website. Their website should be transparent and say that they sell ‘extremely poor copies of what you see in the photo’!! I’m sorry for the others duped too as well never get our money back. Only hoping the charity shop will accept them or it’ll be a total waste!!

Wrong size shoes sent but expect me to pay for return postage to China in order to get correct size.Appalling service.Ignore the cosy looking website - this is a company that will send whatever they have on the shelves in order to get paid for excess stock.

The WORST thing about these Chinese scammers isn’t them scamming, although that’s bad enough, it’s the likes of YouTube/Google, Facebook and the Western media accepting their adverts in the first place, KNOWING that they’re all scammers! I mean…how COULDN’T they know? It’s blatantly obvious!It’s an absolute scandal.Do they really need money that much?NO! Of COURSE they don’t! They’re just greedy SOB’s who don’t give a hoot about their users.

My order number is 3239 and it's now two weeks after money taken from my account but nothing has been delivered. Please don't use this company they are great scammers...

Do not waste your money buying from this “company”.I purchased a slicer from them and to say it was useless is an understatement!!!I emailed them to request a refund and surprise surprise the email address given is not known therefore undeliverable.Scammers.

bought a pair of boots they sent wrong size i ordered size 4 they size 5 when i asked for refund or replacement they offered me 5% and 50% OFF NEXT PURCHASE.why would i want next purchase?they then offered 15% refund or for me to return boots to china at a cost of about £20 the boots cost £35 load of hassle and i am left with 15% off something that is of no use to me.i am fuming will never buy from these again.

Be warned about these scammers selling fake products online.NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AS THEIR PRODUCTS ARE FAKE AND THEIR RETURN POLICY IS VERY VERY POOR. YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING BACK TO CHINA USING YOUR OWN MONEY AFTER BEING SOLD A FAKE PRODUCT.

There was an acknowledgement of my order but quoted American sizing for the pair of boots ordered so I wrote to the helpline and had a response the next day to assure me the size ordered would be UK sizing (and it was). When the package did not arrive on the specified date I wrote again to the helpline and was advised delivery would be in two to three weeks time: which it was. However the boots are not as described which was 'leather' and 'support', and they are certainly not either of those but soft plastic with only a leather tongue: this was reflected in what was described as a greatly reduced (70%) price but like others have already stated is still a high price for the product received. Lesson learnt not to trust random pop-up adverts. I would not recommend this company.

I rang the number for their customer service . To my surprise the number was answered by Matalan customer service who confirmed they have nothing to do with this company . I think it is a scam .

THESE CHINESE CROOKS SHOULD BE BANNED FROM ALL INTERNET SERVICES, THEY KEEP CHANGING THEIR TITLES AND SCREWING PEOPLE OUT OF A LOT OF MONEY
