Is jewelrycandles.com Legit?

Ordered 4 different ones I know it's says only a chance to win more than 2$ but all of them only had a 2$ bill and a 50 cent coin. Scam. And I didn't even have to melt them because the foil was right on top. Don't waste your money.

My husband bought two different ones for my birthday and I received two 2 dollar bills and a half dollar. It's a rip off! All that money for really nothing.

My order took OVER 2 weeks to arrive when I was told it would be there in 5-7 days. I wasn’t going to get upset about that until I got the products. I ordered 3 things and all three things that were different items and different scents somehow smelt the exact same. The quality was absolutely awful and every item had “cash” inside, which was just a 2 dollar bill. Such a scam, absolutely awful posing as a small business. I never leave a negative review but this was honestly such a bad experience.

If i don't receive it im going through legal action!!! I ordered it April 14th, label created on April 21st.. usps doesn't have the item. Its April 29th. You have til May 21st to ship my item or i will proceed with a law suit UPDATE: My candle is out for delivery today. May 8th. lol Never again will I order from this company. ~ I can't tell people where they should shop, but the reviews will make your mind up. If you heed the advice that you learn by reading, if you do end up ordering. You will be waiting a good 3 weeks.

I order a candle for my birthday and I was so excited to light it up. As soon as I lit it, the flames started going crazy. I gave it a few seconds thinking it would calm down and it didn't. Sparks started flying and I had to blow it out immediately. So I wanted to see if I had my surprise in it and it was just a aluminum foil that's it. When I talked to customer service she didn't want to help. She kept saying it goes through a metal detector. But customer service was poor

This place is a scam for sure I placed 2 orders with $2 bill inside and a half dollar. All these reviews are accurate they lie to get you to buy over priced items they are really getting a bad reputation in which they obviously don't care about. This is why we should always read the reviews first. Terrible company and I would never recommend.

Received a Birthday Crypto (Bitcoin) Candle for my birthday. I've contacted them SEVERAL times since end of December 2021 regarding the "payout" to cash in the "coin." NO RESPONSE, NO PAYOUT, NOTHING in over 1 year. It's a gimmick to get people to waste their hard earned money on a extremely overpriced candle with no payout whatsoever.

First thing I want to say is I been seeing TICTOK videos about your product. So that's what made me buy it. This was my first purchase. I want to say it smells wonderful, but it looks nothing like what I paid for. That's the part I'm unhappy with. No I haven't melted down to see how much money was in it. It's really the bear I'm talking about.

They give an instruction sheet for the redemption of Bitcoin, but the instructions do not match their website. No response from the contact form. I should not have to work this hard for customer service. Fun idea, but since they don't seem to honor the Bitcoin redemption, it is really just a candle. Just another scam.

i wont be ordering from this place againi had bought my mom sister and myself a candle and in each and every one there is only a $2 bill and i had gotten the bahama mama, fresh linen and the sugar cookie and they just smell like they are burning and it doesnt have any other smell to it. i had ordered from here before 2 times and each time it was only a $2 in both of them and i wish i could get my money back but the refund policy isnt able to be used

They just stole 49.99 dollars from me they so called delivered it to my house only to have it returned to them. Then had the nerve to tell me it was delivered.

It really is zero rates I did the same thing I bought six of them and each one of them had two dollars in it. I ordered the Bahama Mama cash candle, I received it and let it burn down to the foil showing. I was so excited to open it and see what I had gotten and it was of course just a $2.00 bill. For the cost of the candle even with a online promo code that I searched for that gave me $10.00 off it still was a disappointment especially after watching all the videos of other people getting $100 and more in their candles. The scent is light and smells good but still not worth the price. I wanted to see what I would get from the candle, I did just that and I will not order another one. I learned my lesson from this time.

I placed about 4 orders with this company and then stole lots of money off my charge card and never refunded me back yet . I got the smallest about of money in a exspend bath both I got $2.50 from a bath bomb that was $30. Dollars. They lie to you and don’t treat you nice ether. I’m still waiting for my full refund , I ordered this items last June and I’m still waiting for my full refunds.

I ordered the birthday candle for my daughter with apple pie scent. There was no smell at all . My daughter waited patiently for the candle to burn. She thought she got something good because the packet was bulky. She only got a $2 bill. I'm disappointed because of the price they could have put 2 dollars bills in it

Wife bought the cryptocandle. Comes with a voucher to redeem actual cryptocurrency. Sent out form to redeem weeks ago with no acknowledgement. Followed up about a week ago and nothing. Just sent out another email. Will ask the wifey to do a chargeback next. Cool concept and was going to get some for friends but I think this may be a scam.

I was charged a huge amount for the candle(41.48) and then a second charged came through of 9.99, even though the original charge included shipping already. Do not order from this company!

My boyfriend ordered me a candle in December of 2021 and I still haven’t gotten them yet. I emailed them first but didn’t hear anything for a week or so. Then my boyfriend tells me he emailed them as well but never got a response.When I finally called to ask about the candle, they did the usually and asked for my shipping address. Everything was correct except for the zip code. I was told that the package was being shipped back to their warehouse (remember this), and that they just needed to receive it to process a refund or they can send it back to me with the correct address. I asked to leave it as is so I can think and talk about it with my boyfriend over the weekend.Monday comes along and I decided to call them again asking for a refund. Cue the walkthrough address talk and options I can choose from. Of courses I tell the representative I want a refund. Then I proceeded to ask about the package itself. UPSP says it’s in route to be delivered on December 29, 2021 but why was it saying it was being shipped to their warehouse instead? Their answer?“Oh, I just clicked on the link and yes it does say it’s being delivered as of December 29.”I’m thinking, “Okay that’s fine people make mistakes and forget to double check things”. Then ask for clarification about the address because my boyfriend said just copied and pasted the address I sent him. I had already gone through my text messages to ensure i sent the right address right before calling JewerlyCandles.com. I am told that the shipping addresses are printed out electronically. Again I just wanted clarification. I was then told to called USPS to have them either redirect my package to me or their warehouse for a refund so that’s just what I did.I called USPS right afterwards but since it’s a holiday, there’s no representatives I can speak with.All in all, I felt that rather JewerlyCandles helping me deal with my package issue, I was just given information if I asked for it. I didn’t feel like they cared or empathize with me about the difficulties of dealing with the incorrect address on a package. I was interrupted a few times before I could even ask if there were any other options rather than the two given ones. I no longer want the candle because I don’t want to be reminded of how difficult it was to deal with them. I am to the point of just asking for a refund so they can deal with the package themselves since it will no longer be mines.
