I spent around $300 and I did not receive anything, I tried to call customer service but the number not in service , I do not know what happened? How can I get my money back???

I truely believe this is the best Network Marketing company on the market.I have never seen such a good compensation plan in any other company before. Absolute worst customer service. Fedex lost my package yet I'm required to spend another $25 to have it reshipped...? After fighting for over 2 months about the issue. No thanks. Don't be a distributor bc the perks aren't there and it isn't easy because the products are way too highly priced.

I had a few bottles of the luminesce cellular rejuvenation and moisturising complex which I really liked however when I had run out I opened the bottle up to try and scoop the last bit out before ordering more.I was dumbfounded to find that it was meant to be 15ml but the once opened you can see and measure that it holds 5ml.....even though it clearly states on the bottle 15mlI didn't mind paying the price as it's really good but after seeing this I wouldn't buy anything else

Terrible customer service!!! They are the worst!! Each time I have had to deal with them for any issue, they have been a nightmare. Horrible that they make their distributors jump through hoops to resolve issues which were their fault in the first place & could easily be rectified much more quickly & efficiently.

Avoid at all costs.Its system is designed to suck your finance. It will really harm you mentally and leave you stressed. I and my partner truely regret joining. Products are too expensive and you must buy every months otherwise you get all your accumulated points flushed down jueness pocket!

My experiense is pretty confusing, I am a member of their big family, they advertise products and give you lower prises on their websites for members but as soon as you pay and expect 5 items, they send you only two, I buy their product on amazon much cheaper then directly from them. Very bid disapointment

I can't find the words how much positive experiences gave me the Jeunesse global company in my life. As the products as the business part are absolutely amazing! This is a such a great company and I'm super happy to be the part of it. How does one deserve a reward when they sell products with NO EXPIRY DATE and they dont refund the postage when you ask for a refund? you just sell products that doesn't comply with health and safety-especially under eye skin. I didn't even want a refund, I wanted an exchange for a product with an expiry date and they said that there inst any on all the products. How did Australia accept this rubbish? Enjoy taking money from people and your dishonesty will catch up with you. Congratulations on your dishonesty. Karma will catch up with you, be sure of that.

They blocked our position because of a mistake from someone under us They blocked me and all my line because of this ladyAnd even they blocked my wallet im supposed to recieve 6000 dollars month of august Never trust this company jeunesse After my hard hard work i became sapphire and i was supposed to get between 4k-6k dollars every month Now im blocked for one year because of a mistake of othersThey just trying to find any silly reason to scam you !!!!For god sake never trust this company that was my honest experience with them☹️☹️☹️

This company is a joke. I pay an annual fee to buy Instantly Ageless off their Global website. They are no longer distributing the product. Absolutely no transparency. Jeunesse flatly refuse to refund the renewal fee.I will now he contacting the Ombudsman to retrieve my renewal fee.*****BEWARE!!!!!! Jeunesse is still advertising Instantly Ageless.

Its a scam company. And their recruiters and supporters are lying to get your money. Everything they tell you and promise you is a lie. Even their "stories" behind their motivation. They will tell you about a difficult past and the personal stories in their lives just to get your empathy. They are trained to lie and to attract victims. I've seen their chat groups, how they train each other. Its disgusting and inhumane. Its like hungry people that never settles. Their eyes are just so crazy hungry for money. Don't trust these marketing companies. Most of them are a scam. It's the pyramid model.And they still haven't Paid my full refund back after 3 months of waiting.

Jeunesse do not pay their agents be warned my partner has sold Jeunesse products for a few years and was taken in by the family values and expensive products. In 3 years she has received no payments and is owed over £3000 in commission.As a company director I have been trying to help her on a weekly basis to get paid and been fed the same promises, asked for more ID and bank details although they have no problem taking money from your account it seems impossible for them to put money in it. Strange that when it's the same bank details. I have worked with international banking and large companies for decades and Jeunnese global make everything in my opinion intentionally difficult to get paid. I have now given up and will be using the court system to recover what My partner is owed.

I bought from them the ZEN BODI package ZEN FIT, ZEN SHAPE and ZEN PRO for my wife and for me to try it for 2 months. We totally tried it every single day with no exception. The difference was that my wife didnt tried the ZEN PRO (Protein) but we even measure our bodies as suggested. At the end of the two months NOTHING!! we are average body complexions not skinny, not overweight we do exercise every morning ans try to eat healthy so be warned this products DO NOT do what they told you... their answer after we send the complaint " It is always a good idea to consult your Nutritionist before using new supplements or vitamins. Ordered the RVL Advanced Hair Care System 3 weeks ago and it never arrived. When I sent them an inquiry about my order they informed that the item is ". . .out of stock for now. Unfortunately at the moment we do not have an exact resupply date." There was no mention of this when I purchased the product. They made no offer to refund my purchase, and to this day the web site makes no mention of the product being out of stock. I've demanded a refund and have yet to hear back from the company.
