Is jenny-bird.ca Legit?

I’m absolutely in love with my Jenny bird purchases! It was my first time buying anything from the brand and I’m already looking for what I can buy next! I got the two tone Faye puffy knockers and the Capri anklet and love both. Wore them my entire trip in Greece and even with the sun they remained perfect. Also amazing shipping time so I got them in time to go away! I get so many compliments on both and can’t wait to keep spreading the word on this amazing company!

I am absolutely obsessed with my Jenny Bird pieces! I purchased the Gia bangle, the Sofia Choker and an ear cuff. The pieces are all absolutely beautiful, and stack perfectly with my existing every day pieces. I have worked out and showered in the ear cuff multiple times, and it’s shown no signs of wear. I’d recommend Jenny Bird to anyone in a heartbeat.

I’m obsessed with my Jenny Bird jewelry! I love the look of my Celeste bracelet—it feels so elevated with any outfit. The quality looks amazing and feels unbeatable. The teeni detachable link earrings are adorable. They basically feel weightless (coming from someone with sensitive ears). Love the versatility they offer with the two tone colour. I have bought several pieces of jewellery from earrings to bangles and anklets. Each piece is incredibly well made. I wear my jewellery everyday and it looks brand new. I also bought the sunglasses and every time I wear my Jenny Bird’s I get tons of compliments and I feel like a movie star!

I have loved Jenny Bird for many years and have worn many anklets from this company for several years! However, I unfortunately wore one of my favorite anklets down to the bone so I reached out to the company. Emma from the customer service team for back to me almost immediately and let me know they no longer sold the anklet I had. She instead offered to send me a replacement of similar product! Her kindness and generosity really stood out to me, and I will continue to shop at this company for years to come because of it!

I had an issue with my Jenny Bird Jewelry. Emma from customer care was excellent. She addressed my concern right away and took care of it immediately. I was thoroughly impressed! Well done!

Jennybird markets its jewelry like a semi-fine jewelry brand but I would have never purchased if I read the descriptions better. Their jewelry is all cheap brass with a thin layer of gold or silver plated on top. It wears through really fast and looks super cheap and ugly. Trust me, these are NOT pieces you can wear everyday.I’m so disappointed they are charging hundreds of dollars for cheap costume jewelry. Silver isn’t even expensive, and for their price point using brass doesn’t make any sense. Mejuri is similarly priced but actual gold and silver.

I bought 3 anklets and two of them lost their gold plating after wearing for a couple of months. They look more steel now and not attractive enough to wear. They offer no guarantee for their “fine” jewelry or any kind of remedy for their low quality product failing. Its cheaply made and must have a super thin gold plating. I wore all 3 at the same time and they faded to different shades of metal. Expensive junk

I bought 3 pieces the last 6 months. My anklets are beautiful and held up nicely My two toned bracelet clasp is severely tarnished. Bummer

I’m reading all these negative reviews and am SHOCKED. To anyone who is reading this, I’ve been shopping with JB for almost 7 years now, and I have NEVER been displeased with anything I’ve bought. I’m obsessed with their jewelry. A lot of the pieces I have are soooo cutting edge, and I always get tons of compliments when I’m wearing their stuff. I probably own 30 different pieces. Yes, it’s been quite an investment, but I have no regrets. Don’t listen to these haters. JB stuff is amazing!!

The product is beautiful, I’ve received so many compliments wearing the pieces. The ordering process is so easy and quick!!! Would definitely recommend

I wrote that the company was a fire and forget company and gave them one star.After speaking with them they replaced the item. And have bent over backwards and sideways to make everything right. That being said I have change my rating to 5 stars. Even though I went through the hassle of trying to find the Item via the Shipper, which was FedEx who was no help during the process!!! all they could tell me that it was contracted out to a 3rd party!!! which is code for one of our not so stellar employees that works in Jersey City stolen the Item and it is not our problem. So if you have any issues with receiving your order. It is not Jenny Bird!!!! it is Fed EX and they will be of no help to you at all. So take a breath say a few words of your choosing and then let Jenny Bird work it out !!!they will make it right. The measure of a company is not the service or the product!!! but how they handle business when things go to sh$tThank you Jenny Bird you are a top notch Company

I have been a customer of Jenny Bird for the past two years. I have to admit I have developed an obsession with these high shine and high-quality products. Not only is the design unique but it is well crafted. Their customer service is second to none.

Update. It took over a week but they have made it right for an item lost by fedex Beautiful jewelry! Can’t wait to get it

It’s really unfortunate that Jenny Bird has some pretty gorgeous pieces , however the gold plating it’s dipped in is not quality platting at all . I don’t mind paying for a piece of jewelry that’s not real gold however if I’m paying upwards of $80-$300 for a piece that is plated I expect the plating to last period .! I have a piece I bought off Amazon for $15 I shower daily with and no sign of fading or tarnishing . Jenny bird if they want to continue to be a successful brand name they really need to look into a better plating process for their jewelry in my opinion. Because now I will no longer purchase because of my anklet fading .

Literally the worst. Their jewelry is total junk - plated brass?? You shouldn't be paying more than $5 for that crap, it's the same quality you'd get at Target. Customer service is utterly unhelpful, too, when the product you buy doesn't resemble the piece you paid for at all. Save your time and money and buy from somewhere with actual fair pricing for the quality.

I completely agree with the other posters that I have purchased many pieces of JB jewelry and all have tarnished to the point they are not wearable. I did not get them wet or expose to perfume and these are mostly earrings which do not sit directly on my skin so I also think it is the plating process and lack of quality materials. I have much cheaper jewelry that had held up way better. I no longer purchase this brand and I tho knits a shame that this company clearly creates content that specifically states “doesn’t tarnish!” When it very much does at fairly high price points. Try improving your poor quality rather than creating marketing to dispute it.
