..bought the Maul Standard LED Saber mainly because of 25% off promo. Arrived by Fed Ex in about a week, all the way from Asia.For the price paid, it's a very good product: hefty weight of hilt materials used, bright LED etc.- had I paid Full-Price, probably a different review..- Minimal Exterior packaging, resulting in significant Box-Damage.!!- Inner box design looks nothing like photos..!?- Site listings would benefit everyone with more details e.g. dimensions, weight etc (unless I missed it.?)Fortunately for the price paid I can accept the limitations. Thank you g

I couldn’t be happier. The sabers arrived quickly- less than 2 weeks from order date. The LED baselit RGB is very bright and colors are awesome. The volume control (low, high, mute) is appreciated. There are 4 character fonts: Asokha, Obi-wan, Vader, and Kylo Ren. All have realistic sounds effects from the movie. We have been dueling for about a month with no issues. A full charge lasts a few days of dueling/spinning. The junior sabers can thread together to make a double bladed saber. I did accidentally throw the saber across the room, and only the bottom end of the aluminum threaded pommel bent slightly- which I was able to fix. This is no fault of the saber or construction. I would definitely recommend these sabers. This was the lowest price on the internet-and I got free shipping and a free blade length upgrade.

I've had my lightsaber from 2 weeks now and really love it.I purchased ahead of time as i know they are very popular amongst the Lightsaber community here in the UK, but still received my order well within the time promised.I like the fact that they are actually from the UK unlike most other lightsaber shops i've purchased from who ship from China and incur a huge import tax bill....Overall the build is fantastic, and they are the only ones to offer their own Xenopixel V4 board which is by far better than anything else available. The bluetooth is actually high grade for instance.

Purchased a lightsaber for my husbands birthday. Needed it as a last min present so i contacted Jedi master sabers to see if they could ship one out quicker than usual, which they did.Impressive service considering it was a last min purchase.My husband says the Vader lightsaber is perfect and the features are amazing. Only problem i have now as hearing him trying to learn some skill moves and whacking himself in the face....I want to thank Sophie the customer service agent for her prompt replies and for sorting this order out as a priority.RegardsMD. Having written a review earlier this week when my Saber finally arrived a week after Christmas and having given these guys the benefit of the doubt on their awful service I am now having to change it as it stopped working after less than 2 hours use! They are now ignoring all my emails. I do not believe they are “custom built in the UK” as they state and will now have to attempt a chargeback claim via my card provider to get my money back and purchase a Saber elsewhere. My advice don’t use these guys they need to start being honest about what’s really going on!

I ordered the Luke Skywalker sabre for my husbands birthday, and he was delighted with it when it arrived, it looks and feels absolutely stunning. It’s really true to the original in the films, it did take a little longer to get here, but their customer service was excellent and Sophie was on the case and kept me informed. it was packaged very well and came with all the necessary tools and some extras. I’m a bit worried my hubby likes it too much and is talking about ordering another one already. would highly recommend.

Been a star wars fan since the 80's. Always wanted my own lightsaber, and always been put off by the cheap plastic ones at every toy store. Came across this company through google and bought a Luke skywalker Neopixel. It's amazing and brough back so many childhood memories. Way better than the plastic toys and this is made from metal and the functions are incredible. Especially like the ignition effects.

Purchase last week. Expected it to arrive 4 days later, so happy at the speedy delivery, especially as it's for my little ones birthday.I'm not a star wars expert but i have purchased Disney lightsabers in the past for my son and they are usually very low quality. This one from jedi master sabers is, however, light years ahead. Although i had concerns regarding it being made fully from metal, it is actually safe for kids as long as they are supervised. It can certainly sustain a lot of abuse as opposed to the plastic Disney ones.Overall the quality is 10/10Customer service 10/10Product features 10/10

Ordered a lightsaber for my Son’s birthday, but left it a bit too late. Emailed customer services 2 days before birthday & was told my neopixel Obi Wan model wasn’t quite ready, but they had the weathered one in stock & could ship it straight away. A bit more expensive, but Sophie at Jedimastersabers said they’d do it for the same price! Arrived the very next day, in time for the birthday. Fantastic customer service & the most awesome lightsaber. Couldn’t recommend the company’s excellent customer service or the lightsaber more. I’d give 100 stars if I could! Thanks Sophie 👍

Absolutely incredible quality lightsaber! The colours and the craftsmanship are absolutely incredible and I'm so happy with it, would definitely buy again. :)My only complaints are that the voice sound effects don't seem to work which really sucks! Can only get it to work for one character. :( The instructions are not the most clear especially as it was for a lightsaber made differently then mine and the Bluetooth app refuses to connect which also sucks.But overall wonderful saber and worth the price. :)

Very professional quality saber, delivery is a little long but what arrives is worth the wait.Came with all the accessories you'll need including a small stand, this seller has good prices compared to their competitors so if your a fan of star wars they're worth giving a shot.

Everything a proper lightsaber shop should be like.Have purchased a few lightsabers from other lightsaber shops and i have almost always had issues either with the product becoming faulty, or delivery taking 4-6 weeks.Not had any of that here. No fuss, just enjoyment. I will be purchasing more from you going forward. Excellent to deal with and the product is superior to others by a long way.

Very responsive to questions on ordering. Ordered Black Friday. Was emailed a number of times promising the saber would be here by 15th December. Continued to receive generic emails saying they haven’t dispatched. This was my 9 year olds main present. I emailed 5/6 times asking to be called (no phone numbers just email) for an explanation of the situation. Replies were again no use, no actual explanation and copy and pasted to clearly send to many. I’ve emailed 3 times now asking to escalate to a complaint- each with another reply that is generic and no lodge of any complaint. I am considering refusing the parcel when / if it finally arrives. It’s 29th December. Shocking customer service.

My lightsaber didn't respond to charge, I have sent multiple emails to them asking to resolve this problem under guarantee but no luck with them so far. It is such expensive saber and no use if it doesn't work, and I have no way other than emails and no responses. Terrible customer service.

First off all I put the wrong address they changed it no problem. Then delivery was amazing I live in a place where getting things delivered can sometimes take weeks but this came within a week. The quality of the item itself was just amazing I will definitely be ordering again

Placed an order on November 14th - tried to contact them to get an update and an estimated delivery. No response to 5 emails. Got a week ago saying it should be delivered early this week so I've chased to get an actual date but silence once again. I have raised a dispute with my bank and they have 30 days to respond and prove that they have given me a delivery estimate (which they haven't). But considering they have 0 customer service and don't respond to emails I doubt they'll even read their inbox to see the dispute 🤣
