After the first purchase I got automatically suscribed. After a while they debited me for a second purchase without noticing me, since I did not want the product I immediately sent them an email asking to not process the order, to refeund me and stop my subscription. However they processed the order anyway, they did not refund me and did not stop my subscription, which apparently the only way to stop is to call a number, which I called several times but nobody replies. As a result I am still subscribed for a product I do not want and cannot cancel for, this is their business model, literally a trap.
