Quick and easy setup of an extremely well-priced server, no issues since, with very fast response times from their team whenever I've had questions. Would highly recommend them to anyone who wants dedicated servers.

Could access other websites but not my company site. iWebFusion verified server was running (no surprise there), then determined my cable provider had network issue they claimed would be resolved soon. Hours later, cable ISP giving me runaround, but iWF was able to update me on their progress. Service finally restored more than 24 hours later & my server had been working whole time. Wish cable companies were as reliable as iWebFusion. Been a customer for 4 years & every interaction so far has been positive.

Again, support comes through without any hiccups. Each support person I've dealt with over the past year or so has been really helpful & answered all questions about hesitation. Tonight it was about setting up an add-on domain and handling nameserver information.thanks team!

I had a json error that prevented me from making changes to my Wordpress website. I first contacted support through online chat that was escalated and worked on by at least 4 different people. The problem ended up being the firewall, ModSecurity, flagging changes I made as problematic. Turning it off while I was working allowed me to finish building my website.The team was fast to respond and friendly. Their level of care and expertise got me back on my feet within a day. I came from a 15-year relationship with GoDaddy and let me say it was wonderful to talk to someone who understood the products and talked to me like a human being. Three months... no problems... good so far!After way too long dealing with issues, I finally looked around for a new webhost. I came across iWebFusion on Reddit. Did some more digging and liked what I saw. I called with a few quick questions and the phone was answer immediately. Three month so far with no problems. Great available packages. We have a colocated server in Charlotte, NC and a few bare metal servers with iWF. No downtime, incredible response time for any tech issue, and wonderful staff is what you can expect. Migrated my site from shared hosting to a VPS. Immediately got overwhelmed by the scope of configuration required but support went through it all with me and did many of the advanced stuff for me to ensure I didn't screw it up. The migration went better than I could have imagined and my site now performs significantly better. I should have switched a LONG time ago.
