ithire.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives ithire.com a medium-high trust score on the platform: 72.9. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Standard. Valid. Common.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 72.9 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to ithire.com's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Standard. Valid. Common. tags above. Long story short, this site's trust score still warrants a little caution. Use common sense when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning ithire.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between ithire.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of ithire.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of ithire.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. ithire.com is a likely trustworthy website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether ithire.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether ithire.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, ithire.com.

I put a job on another site. I immediately got 2 responses from Finnish people. Both had different email ID's but the meaning was similar. They suggested i move to ithire for a better price. I signed up on ithire but then they wanted me to add my account and award the contract in a hurry. I asked for detailing if the project with times lines but that started creating problems , 2 days , 3 days. No deadline on ithire, no payment as per project etc. I researched ithire online because things looked suspicious. One of the two project developers had a UK mobile number when i got her WhatsApp from her. It just ask looked fishy and i deleted my account in ithire
I hired a React.js developer through Ithire and it was a game-changer. After two years of being ghosted, misled, and essentially robbed by various developers, finding Ithire felt like a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend and would give a 5-star review!
I had a client with a QuickBooks issue that had been dragging on for months. After just a couple of sessions with the expert from Ithire, we finally got it resolved! Although we had some initial difficulties getting connected, the tech skillfully figured out how to make it work. The experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend Ithire for their expertise and persistence!
Our experience with Ithire was outstanding. As an early-stage startup, we needed an improved pitch deck and an initial website. Margaret, our Ithire associate, created a very strong pitch document and an exceptional website for us. The communication was great, and the people were incredibly helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. They guided us step by step, making everything much simpler. Ahmed, who was chosen to deliver the services we discussed, did an outstanding job. Both our pitch deck and website have received very positive feedback from partners and customers. We couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend Ithire for their professionalism and quality of work!
I am incredibly impressed with the AI platform Sylvia developed for my project over 8 months. Her expertise and dedication were evident throughout, and the result has exceeded all expectations. With a total investment of $23,000, we've managed to excite all our investors and successfully raised funds. A huge thank you to Sylvia for her outstanding work and to the Ithire platform for efficiently handling payments. Highly recommend!
Excellent customer service and thorough aftercare. Ithire dedicates time to fully understand clients' needs to make the best match. The staff communicates effectively and quickly identifies the right talent.
I used it to contract a freelancer for some work to be done on my business on Amazon. The freelancer didn't even started to work on our project, still this person logged time on the platform.I disputed the time. ItHire, without any explanation, recognized some time to be paid to the freelancer. They didn't provide any evidence of the work done by the freelancer neither the freelancer did.As a first time user, this is definitely my last time using this platform.I wasted loads of time and money.*Update: they refunded me all money in the end, so at least money wise, I got it back
Absolutely thrilled with my experience on Ithire! Initially found my developer on LinkedIn and then moved to Ithire for the project. She did an outstanding job creating three highly animated websites. The process was seamless, and the results were perfect. Highly recommend!
I had the pleasure of hiring a Shopify developer from iThire to bring my vision for an e-commerce site for my flower shop to life. The result? Pure perfection! From the very beginning, she understood my needs and translated them into a stunning design that exceeded all my expectations. The animations she incorporated added a dynamic touch that truly brought my website to life.My clients are absolutely in love with the site. They've commented on how beautiful and engaging it is. The user experience is smooth, and the aesthetic is just breathtaking. Thanks to her expertise and creativity, my online flower shop stands out in a crowded market. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch Shopify development. A big thank you to the iThire platform for connecting me with such a talented professional!
IThire tried To take 6800$ 1year after my account was closed and my card details where removed and no active contracts. The developer haven’t done any job and contract ended a year ago.ItHire said there was a technical error but it’s just a lie, see other review further down.I will move back to Upworks which is reliable
Suspicious platform! We were contacted by a freelancer on Upwork who redirected us to Ithire, never carrying out the work, in fact the platform recommends enabling automatic payments, so in practice they take money away from your PayPal account weekly. They don't have real-time chat support but only with a bot then off-liine support. We have tried to open a dispute but compiling the form was basically impossible, We have contact PayPal that i 2 hours give us all the amount backSo I think thery start to identify them.Very bad.
SCAM!!! This is a Chinese/Indian offshore company that creates profiles on upwork to farm work. They divert you from upwork to avoid the chargebacks. They put mostly females on upwork who book appointments via Calendly claiming they live in various European countries and asking $20+ an hour. They use the same BS scripts to lure stupid people to fall victim. I interviewed 2 people and quickly spotted this scam in seconds.
Beware, this is fraud. I hired a freelancer. The website claims to hold your money in escrow and to release it after reviewing. It also promises to track work done by freelancers. However, these are lies. My freelancer claimed the full week's hours in one day and got paid without any review or providing any proof of work done. I lost my money. They also refused to handle my dispute.
At first, I met Hrach on LinkedIn, and after a call, he offered to join my AI project through iThire.com. We worked together for almost a year, and I must say, Hrach is truly a top-rated freelancer. He completed the project flawlessly, and I encountered no issues with iThire. Hrach tracked his work weekly, and payments were made based on tracked hours. Even when I took a two-week vacation and paused the contract, resuming it was seamless with no extra charges.Currently, I'm working with Chaya from iThire on my website design, and everything is going great. I have no issues with iThire, and the quality of work from my freelancers has been excellent.Highly recommend IThire and their talented freelancers!
I initially worked with freelancers on Fiverr but decided to try ithire.com. I'm glad I made the switch!I hired Ida to help with a financial model and AI consultation. She did a fantastic job, providing crucial insights into the fundraising story. I would definitely like to work with her again in the future.I had an issue with my payment—my bank rejected my first transaction. Keira from live chat support was incredibly helpful and resolved the issue quickly.Currently, I'm working with Tanesha and Yvette. They are excellent at designing and developing my Shopify project.Overall, I'm very satisfied with the services I've received on ithire.com and would recommend this team to others.
Today ITHIre tried to take $7,600 from our payment method on their platform. We have not worked with this platform or posted any projects since December 2023.Our finance team contacted their support via a contact form. Their bot doesn't respond, and neither is there a telephone number. We got a response:"Upon investigation, we discovered that the charge was due to previously added hours by one of your freelancers, which had not been cleared from the system. We have since corrected this mistake by removing the hours in question and have initiated a reversal of the charge to your card." As this is a serious matter, we contacted them to ask for a more detailed explanation by phone. They have not responded. I'll leave you to come to your own conclusions as to whether you would trust this platform.
I recently hired Helen Raborn for an AI project using Laravel, and she exceeded all expectations. Her expertise and attention to detail were outstanding, delivering a high-quality solution on time. Highly recommend Helen for any development needs!
I recently had the pleasure of working with ITHire, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations in every way! For my project, I hired three PHP developers through ITHire, and each one brought an incredible level of expertise, dedication, and professionalism to the table. The quality of work they delivered was truly outstanding, and their meticulous attention to detail ensured that every aspect of the project was executed flawlessly. One of the most impressive aspects of my experience was the exceptional project management provided by ITHire. The project manager, whose services were offered for free, played a pivotal role in the success of the project. She was instrumental in creating and organizing all the tasks, ensuring that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Her proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and unwavering commitment to the project's success made the entire process seamless and stress-free.Thanks to ITHire and their fantastic team, my project was completed on time and within budget, surpassing my expectations. The collaborative spirit and the high standards of the PHP developers I worked with were truly commendable. ITHire's dedication to delivering top-notch results is evident in every interaction and deliverable. If you're looking for exceptional developers and unparalleled service, I highly recommend ITHire. They go above and beyond to ensure their clients receive the best possible results, making them a standout choice for anyone seeking high-quality development services. My experience with ITHire has been nothing short of amazing, and I look forward to working with them again in the future!
I came into contact with a freelancer through upwork and they wanted me to move over to ITHire. I almost went ahead with a contract but luckily I was warned by other reviews here and comments on other websites. After some more research I found out that the freelancer actually has two profiles on there... One they gave me last year (but was now changed to another name) and another one this year. Too suspicious!
Discovered Ithire through a LinkedIn connection and it's been a fantastic find. Posting jobs and hiring Shopify experts is a breeze. Four months in and I'm thoroughly impressed with the platform's simplicity and effectiveness. Highly recommend Ithire for anyone seeking skilled tech talent. Great job!

“Pure Scam”
ITHIRE.COM is an absolute nightmare. Their freelancers are untrustworthy and unreliable. I engaged one freelancer named Lars (likely a pseudonym), who not only failed to complete half of the project but also overcharged me significantly beyond the initial estimate. The work delivered was utterly useless, and I had no choice but to discard it. However, the worst part came later: out of the blue, they charged my credit card hundreds of dollars without authorization. I'm currently struggling to recover the stolen funds. Tip for consumers:Looks like a pure scam Products used:Hiring a free lancer Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
“Poorly run and shady”
One note that is positive, you can dispute charges on their site, but only for the hours worked the previous week. I had a contractor who "logged" dozens of hours and they ended up refunding me 5 hours total. Output quality was terrible - it was clear that he spent very little time on it and didn't QA any of his work. Thankfully, I won my CC dispute though. They hide negative reviews of contractors. Contractors will poach customers off of Upwork and bring them to ITHire because they know the quality standards are not high. Tip for consumers:Look at Upwork. Service Value Quality
“Got SCAMMED”
This appears to be a totally scam website. I was directed to it by someone I met on Upwork. That freelancer was totally unqualified to do the job. I got charged a bunch of hours with no results. Tried to dispute the charges, but the dispute system seems to be broken. Nobody responds to messages. Don't even think about using it. I'll report the charges to my bank as fraud. Small update: Even if my dispute is a success, they will only credit my account and not refund my money. This is an absolute sham and scam of a website. For sure will file a dispute with the credit card company. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“SCAM - ITHIRE.COM is a Scam”
Hello Reader, Dont ever trap yourself with this fake IThire website. Their developers are fake and they are using this platform to scam you. You should be redirected from other websites like Upwork. If anyone of the developer will ask you that I am not working on Upwork and work with me on ITHIRE.com... just ignore him. He is a scammer and he will take your money without any work. They are totally bogus and very well planned. They are IT professional scammers. Be careful and never ever do any project on this website. At the end you have to block your credit card as they are even charging if your card has been removed or you close your contract. They 1st charged me very wisely $160. I have removed my credit card from the website but again they charged me $50. The money has gone and they are not repsonding. At last, I blocked my credit card. :( The developer which i got trapped was George Scott. Tip for consumers:Dont ever use it. Products used:Website Development Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

I have had a great experience with a freelancer I met there. I think it is a great place to find great clients and grow professionally. The only bad experience was with the Support. “Waited for invoice”
My freelancer was doing a great job and i wanted to do a payment for him to keep his motivation but it took the support a whole week to send me an invoice to pay to my freelancer for the reason my freelancer was upset with all the negative results there... bad. Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.

Are You the Owner of ithire.com?
If you own ithire.com, we’d love to hear from you. If you'd like to challenge the trust score we’ve assigned, we’re happy to take a closer look. However, please be prepared to provide solid proof of your business's legitimacy. Introduce yourself with your name (not just "Admin").
When domain owners contact us to dispute their trust score, we kindly ask for the following:
* Business documentation that verifies your legitimacy (e.g., certificate of incorporation, business registration, or official records with the site or business name).
* Your personal LinkedIn profile and the business's social media accounts (e.g., Facebook).
* If available, proof of satisfied customers (e.g., screenshots, not just testimonials on your website), evidence of inventory, or records of handling order cancellations properly.
We’re more than willing to update your review based on the evidence you provide—the more proof, the higher your trust score. Please note, however, that we cannot verify non-operational websites or those redirected to other URLs. Additionally, we do not verify websites involved in high-risk financial services, gambling, adult content, or illegal activities.
Please send the following via email to [email protected].
