I ordered both the vertical and horizontal magazine carrier for the ar-15. The package arrived quickly and the customer service was great!In my opinion, the vertical mag carrier works great for an ar-15 with a pistol grip and the horizontal magazine carrier works better with a in-line rifle grip like my Keltec Su-16. I say this because it doesn't impede your support hand on the foregrip nor your grip on the firing grip on either of my rifle. Lastly, both mag carriers only fit STAGNAG (GI) mags, not my PMAGs, which is fine for me. I love this concept of this magazine carrier because I can grab my rifle in a stressful home defense situation and have a full mag alongside it. Great product and wonderful customer service and look forward to buying more products in the future!

Recently received my MCK for my Taurus G3c and everything is great quality wise, my only problem with this company is their customer service. There is no way to call or text and their email service is, on a good day, able to answer 1 email a day. I had to resort to coming here and leaving a review in order to receive a more in depth answer but other than problems listed, great products.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Very unprofessional and careless service. Did not receive my package and lost my money. Basically, they just stole my money.After18 months of emails exchange with their customer service, they told me that they are sorry and their policy doesn’t allow them to refund me. What a joke. Took forever to deliver (something like 2 weeks). my glock 17 didnt fit in it properly initially but i took the micro roni apart and found that the barrel shroud needs to be adjusted for the 17 (it came preset to the 19). After making that adjustment everything seems to function properly.

Horrible customer service. Bought a TPOD G2 Fa bipod foregrip. It said it holds any 1" flashlight. I purchased a Nitecore MH12S and it does not fit. I was made to take videos, wait for engineers to get back to me and they still do not understand the issue. Had to have crediot card company get involved. FAB Defense said they are not a valid dealer and when I tried to call their phone number, it was disconnected. I'd go somewhere else to purchase.

I found the website easy to navigate, despite the broad variety offered. I came here looking for one specific item, found it (and a few other things I wanted), and checked out. I would have liked an effective tracking method for a US customer.

Purchase of a Para butt for SVD Dragunov not found in France. The delivery was very fast unfortunately the package was a little damaged, I was able to listen to Erica who offered me compensation. The express order for Ukraine was accepted . After several days it was not shipped, it took multiple inquiries to find out that it can not be delivered to Ukraine. The order was canceled. A week of precious time waisted. It should be an immediate check for valid destination during ordering.

I have been waiting for my package for 44 days, IDS refers me to USPS. But they never received a package. This appears to be a scam.On Google I have the review with screenshots and tracking ID of my package as proof as well as the email from IDS. My parcel was sent as priority mail and should be with me in 4-15 working days. Customer service is slow to respond and doesn't address the problem at all. Today is April 3rd and I haven't heard anything.

I found the FAB-Defence Flip Up Sights at a good price and placed my order and payment online. I then waited a couple of days and had received no confirming email as in the progress or acknowledgement of my online order. The payment is still marked as pending with my bank a week later. I found the contact details of Israeli Defence Store and wrote an email explaining the situation. I received a link back that wasn't all that clear about the exact progress of the order and destination marked as unknown. So yes I am still very confused as to what exactly is going on. The order process is pretty straight forward, I did get a reply to my enquiry, the rest is just confusing.

Ordered a charging handle for my Roni G2 and shipping was quick as it arrived in a week to Canada. Only issue was it came damaged and I informed customer service immediately and a replacement was sent asap. Still waiting for the replacement though and will update soon.

Order placed on April 28th No invoice sent till I called them and no body answered, then I used their web app to check the purchase status then they emailed the invoice on April 29th, No tracking # till May the 3rd after I contcted them through their web then the status stayed (shipment label created waiting for the item) for 2 days, I contacted them again they sent the item but the delivery will be May 10th and the delivery will be May 10th, worst tracking app, unproffessional , 2 weeks to get One item from Florida to Texas. Why????? WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Ordered an item, buyed express shiping 2-8 bussines days. Now is the 29 day, I'm still waithing. Thinking, that i will not get the order... company of sh....it, NOT RECOMENDED!

This about the 8th or 9th time I used this style buttstock. It is my preferred buttsock, only down side is the buttstock has to be opened a certain length or the cheek rest is in the way, I have trimmed a couple of rhe cheek rest to fit so it's adjustable sort of.

This is a great deal. Good price for the holster and Fobus quality. Hard to find holsters for APX pistols and Px4's too. This is holster is for APX.Tight and no slip fit. A little wear on one edge, but not unusual for kyodex/synthetic holster. Only thing to make transaction better would be some sort of tracking number. But I would not hesitate to buy from IDS again!Thanks,Charlie
