Bien qu'il y est du choix, je ne comprend pas leur politique de PRIX, 2 fois plus cher pour la plupart des produits que dans les commerces en ville... ,voir 3 fois plus cher quand le produit est en promo. En effet j'ai acheté un gonflable 9.90 en promo en hypermarché et ISLEDEN le vend 60euro! les enceintes gamer que j'ai acheté pour mon fils a 89euros dans un magasin informatique de st pierre est vendu plus de 200euros sur ISLEDEN. Déjà que les tarifs sont élevés à la REUNION comment une plate forme commercial de vente en ligne peut elle abusé sur les consommateurs.

Commande passée le 26/04/2024.Et jusqu'à aujourd'hui le 16 mai la commande est tjrs en cour s de traitement.Quand j'envoie un message pour demander des explications .aucune réponse.Je déconseille ce site.Une commande en chine ne met pas autant de temps

Alimentation pc acheté le 10 mai. D'après le site les commandes sont envoyés 48h après le paiement. Le 12 n'ayant aucune nouvelle de ma commande, je les ai contacté pour savoir si il y avais un soucis, ils m'ont répondu que le colis devrait etre envoyé début de semaine suivante. Donc de 2 jours on passe à 5 jours de préparation, juste pour mettre UNE boite dans un colis. Le 17, la commande n'ayant pas évolué, je leur renvoie un mail pour leur dire de me rembourser si ils n'ont pas l'article. Aucune réponse, le 19, étant passé par Paypal pour payer a commande j'ai fait une réclamation, la, enfin, ma commande a bougé le 20 vu qu'ils l'ont annulé mais pas encore remboursé. Toujours aucune nouvelle ni explication du site. Je laisse Paypal gérer, ils m'exaspèrent. J'ai voulu tester pour voir ce qu'ils valaient, d'autant que mes proches et collègues me demandent souvent mon avis avant de faire des achats sur des sites. Pas sérieux et considération du client proche du 0 absolu. Je retournerais vers les sites marchands ou l'on prévient les clients quand il y a un problème et que l'on lui demande si il souhaite attendre ou être remboursé.MAJ du 24 mai: enfin remboursé, pas par le vendeur, bien qu'il ait annulé la commande, mais par décision de Paypal.
