Is isle4dogs.co.uk Legit?

Ordered 3 items, one was out of stock, instead of emailing me before sending to advise this, a note was just scribbled on the packing note asking me to choose something else. Picked a replacement product,emailed across with all the information and no reply!Just sent an email requesting a refund, will wait and see if I get a reply to this one.I find it a little ridiculous I wasn't advised the item was out of stock before the parcel was dispatched, maybe they don't think people will be bothered to get back in touch if they do it that way!

I ordered two items but only received one. I emailed the company who promised to investigate but never heard back, sadly I used Shopify to pay so unable to get a resolution or money back. The one item I received was excellent and would have ordered more items but I now will never return as a customer.

I really don’t understand where the negative reviews are coming from. I ordered a few items and they arrived within 5 days in amazing packing. The toys and the dog jackets are adorable and great quality. The sizing guide is accurate and I cannot wait for winters to come. 10/10 recommend.

I like one of the items, and although big-ish, it is cute on her. However, after using the 'method' of measurement, one item was far too big. I tried to ensure re an exchange and received a vague email in response. When I emailed 2 more times about exchanging the dog jumper, I was completely ignored. 3 stars for the one item, but 1 star for service.

We made an initial order of some dog toys, when the parcel arrived, one was missing and there was a note attached to email and arrange a refund or replacement. I spoke to Sandra who was extremely polite and requested we sent some suggestions of products we would like to swap the original item for. They sent this parcel with 24 hour tracked delivery and I couldn't believe it when I opened the box, they had replaced our original toy with 3 toys and a lovely dental treat. The toys are amazing quality and our little rescue is absolutely going to love them. So so thankful and blown away by Isle4dogs customer service and will definitely be shopping here in the future.

I'm shocked by some of the reviews on here as I have shopped with Isle 4 Dogs multiple times over the last few years and their service and products are always excellent.The website is easy to navigate and the items are dispatched quickly. The items always come packaged well with lots of thank yous on stickers, notes, leaflets etc. It always makes me happy I shopped with them as they seem incredibly grateful for the business. There's often an extra treat in your parcel too (sweets, dog treats etc.) which is a nice touch!My dogs love the fluffy mats they sell and the jumpers always fit them well too. If you're unsure of which size will fit, you can also ask them and they advise.

I’ve shopped with this company for years and spent a lot of money with them. But my recent experience I had to return two items because they were too small. I chased initially and was told to wait 14 days which is fair enough. I’ve chased again this week and had no response and no refund and it’s now day 20. I’ll be writing to this company and if I get no response will be going to Trading standards. The delivery service is great but the returns policy is awful. Still no response so going to trading standards. Update: refund received today after pursuing with Trading standards

Like many I was seduced by the bling and choice of this website. I should have listened to my inner voice that said “don’t, just don’t”. I didn’t. They took my money right away, gave a royal mail tracking number which says “awaiting delivery”, they don’t reply to emails or the online chat. Their registered office is an industrial unit in Tilbury as is the owners address. Stay away from this company. You may as well kiss any money handed over goodbye or burn it instead. You won’t get anything from them.

I looked at reviews on here and took a punt because I really liked an item they had for sale and I couldn't find it elsewhere. I'm convinced any 5 star reviews must be friends and family now. I got a royal mail tracking code pretty quick but 2 weeks later it's still sat at "we are expecting your item". Seller does not reply to emails. I have put a case in with PayPal to try and get my money back.

This company is not professional. Paid for items one arrived then the others didn’t when messaged to find out where the items were that were paid for requested for order number which was provided and then ignored. This company does not have good customer service at all. Deffo do not recommend, awful customer service.

I ordered a jacket was the wrong size sent item back and received bigger size with no hassle. Fantastic service

Paid for item and still waiting for delivery after a week. Tracking info says the item has not been given to courier.Emailed twice for an update with no reply, used the chat function on website and the response was very blunt and rude.Told me that delivery is not their problem and it's an issue with the courier.I think their customer service needs to have a better understanding of the Consumer Rights Act, especially around the point of a customers order being a contract between the customer and them and any agreement with the courier is nothing to do with the customer.Some basic manors and an apology like "Sorry about the issues, let me look into it for you" rather than "You want refund or resend item" goes a very long way

Fast delivery and great quality items. Also gave free treat for my dog. Great service will be using this website again 100%

The customer service is appalling. They do not have any manners nor do they know how to speak to people in a correct manner it's unbelievable the fact that they run a business and do not know basic good customer service it's ridiculous.

I ordered a harness based on their size guide for my French bulldog.When arrived it was way to bigI messaged them asking for a exchange for a smaller size They said I could send back I sent back and never got my exchange This was back in November I chased it and my email was ignoredWould not recommend to anyone

Really terrible customer service. They didn’t send out an item I ordered, when I asked them about this they said the item wasn’t available and afterwards refunded me (fine but I feel I should have been told about this prior). The coats I ordered were only just too small so I asked about their returns process, was told I have to pay for return and when I told them that the parcel tape they used was difficult to stick any other tape on top of (was asked to return in original box) I was met with, ‘aw bless no problem thankyou! 😍’ very strange. Proceeded to use half a roll of parcel tape just to close the box. This was delivered to them a week ago, so I just rang and was rudely interrupted on the phone with a woman telling me to email, that she was busy and I need to send the order information over and that the processing time was 14 days. Had a raised voice over the phone and I thought it was really rude and had no email from them to say they had received my return so have unfollowed on instagram, and will now be seeking a refund.
