Booked tour with this company. Driver never showed up. Called and email company, but no one answers phone or responds to email. They charged my credit card, but no refund. DO NOT TRUST THEM, book with someone else

We recently stayed a Sandals La Toc in St Lucia. We looked at all the excursions and settled on two the Castries Shopping Highlight and the Soufriere Adventure Cruise. We had different experiences on the two, but read both. While we were able to bang out all our gift shopping on the shopping trip, we didn't really feel it was worth our investment. We went to the Duty Free Plaza which I did not feel had much to offer and the market was a bunch of repetitive booths and sad. That being said, The Soufriere Adventure Cruise was Outstanding, worth every dime and so much fun. It gave us the most out of our day and allowed us to do so many of the other excursions offered all in one trip. We sailed the coast on the catamaran as enjoyed a few drinks along the way. We then docked at Sourfriere and were driven the the volcano where were did the mud bath and the hot springs, from there we went to Toraille Waterfall. This felt a bit rushed and the water was cold but we got great pics and it was beautiful. From there we headed back to the boat when they served us a great lunch and a few more beverages. After a little more sailing we stopped for some snorkeling in the beautiful waters off the coast. Afterwards the sail back was a little music, more drinks, some dancing and goofing around as well as some relaxation and beautiful scenery. The crew was great, fun, friendly, helpful and attentive, the whole experience was amazing and honestly it was the highlight of our whole trip and unfortunately we don't get to go on trips often. Sadly our last one was 25 years ago. If you are looking for one excursion to choose, this is the one because it gives you the best of what St Lucia has to offer. Thank You for a great time, I hope some day we will get to travel to some other destinations that you work with.

They canceled all water sports due to water conditions at the sandals resort yet the captain of the catamaran did not cancel our catamaran ride. The water was so rough; someones phone was ruined and several people on the boat were violently sick.He practiced poor judgement and should NOT have let us go out on these waters.When I launced a formal complaint the captain made had zero notes. I asked them to check the log as proof of canceling water sports and check cameras due to my mother in law needing a wheel chair from getting so sick on the boat. NOTHNG was done.

We made a booking with this company for an excursion, but nobody showed up, and they didn't respond to our calls or emails. We finally received an email claiming we weren't outside, which isn't true as we have evidence of our attempts to contact them. We believe this is a scam. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. They fail to honor their commitments. We've exhausted all avenues to reach them for a refund. We lost $400, and my wife's birthday celebration in Jamaica was ruined. We were eager for the experience, but it turned into a disappointment. The manager doesn't respond, and the contact numbers provided after booking are no longer active.

Island Routes canceled our trip without any notifications. We arrived up at their check in counter 15 minutes prior to departure time. The counter person told us to wait until she loaded the other hotel members on their bus for other Island Route tours. 20 minutes later she comes back and informs us that our tour was canceled since they did not fill it to 100% capacity. Are you kidding....no NOTIFICATION and no apology.

I visited Montego Bay Jamaica for my daughters 25th birthday with 12 of her friends July 18th - July 22nd 2021. I was encouraged to book online by staff Veleta Dixon for the Bamboo Rafting and Reggae Catamaran Cruise only to find out when when arrived that the actual price was less by half. In addition the Reggae cruise staff was rude and not welcoming. We just felt taken advantage of. I guess this is how Jamaica treats US travelers.

The absolute BEST time. Worth every penny. The rum punch was plentiful. Crew, Captain, and DJ were amazing. Snorkeling was beautiful! Just wished they served us Jamaican food instead of sandwich wraps. May I suggests mini veggie and beef patties or jerk chicken. Other then that, it was all GOOD! I would definitely book this excursion again.

transportation arrived on time.activities listed in the tour: 2 weren’t even available. so false advertisement.our tour guide (while we were at dolphin cove) told us everyone else on the bus is going to dunn’s river after and we should pay or else wait for hours . very disappointed because we already went to dunn’s river on a previous tour.

Tour was cancelled less than two hours before departure and was told via a letter thru house keeping. Not a phone call to the room, not an email thru my reservation, a letter delivered by house keeping. Upon further inquiry it was cancelled because they didn't have enough people. Since when is this a thing? You are a tour company. Your only job is to provide tour service. If it isn't full or profitable, how is that our fault? We would have to provide several days notice to get a tiered refund, where do they get off cancelling day of, hours before, only to offer a refund and apology? Doubtful we will consider their services anymore on our Sandals vacations and I hope Sandals reconsiders their partnership with this company.

We loved our experience with Island Routes for the Catamaran Cruise to Dunns River Falls in Jamaica. The staff members were very knowledgable and helpful. They gave us useful instructions on how to deal with locals trying to sell things to you at the falls. They were helpful in teaching you how to snorkel and being patient with those who didn't feel comfortable in the water. They were kind and created a fun and enjoyable environment on the boat. Overall, it was a really fun time!

Booking was fairly easy and the staff on the boat were very attentive, friendly and kept the vibes going the entire trip. Our ride ended on an awesome note with everyone dancing and the boat rocking. CON: My only con was the shuttle driver who took us to a store that he was clearly affiliated with to purchase over-priced water shoes and souvenirs. Just bring your own water shoes as they are required to climb the falls or purchase a pair at the falls itself. The food on the boat could also use some upgrading in the finger food department.

Way more exciting then anticipated! I thought we would take the buggy around to see various sights, but the adventure was really the drive itself. We took back roads, drove through crazy terrain, through the jungle in mud, on the city streets with car traffic, and even went as fast as 45 mph! It was such a blast. Of all of the excursions we took this was by far my husband's favorite. Super exciting and very adventurous, but not dangerous. Definitely recommend this to everyone visiting Grenada!

What a fantastic experience! So entertaining from the moment we were picked up at Sandals Montego Bay. Our guide was very eloquent and knowledgeable of the different areas between Mobay and Ocho Rios. The entire staff made the trip so exceptional. From the Skyride with beautiful views of Ocho Rios and the Cruise Port, to the excitement of Ziplining and Bobsled. Everyone was so courteous and had us laughing at all the fun pranks that were played on us, Most of it was to relax some of the nervousness of first timers to ziplining. We could see the care and effort to ease tensions without sacrificing safety.We thoroughly loved everything about this tour and would highly recommend it.

I booked close to $500 in excursions that took a while to save up for and have not heard anything from this company since. The numbers dont work and they have not responded to my emails. I saved for an extremely long time to make my girlfriends birthday special and now its literally all ruined because i cant afford to pay for excursions again. My trip is this Friday 11/19 please someone get back to me with information on my excursions.

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. You get an up close view of the island, the fruit trees and your surroundings in the open Jeep back. (Note: you can stand up and hold onto the padded framework but you do need to be fit enough for that). Our guide was great, friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The sulphur spring was invigorating. Definitely go in! Our skin felt amazing after. River tubing was fun. All in all-very enjoyable tour.

Greg was an amazing guide on our Wet and Wild excursion in St. Lucia! This tour was so fun and had a lot to experience in one day. Greg was always taking our camera/phone to take pictures and he was a great photographer. He would tell us how to pose and made sure that all of those amazing moments were captured for us when we weren't able to ourselves! He was very knowledgeable and made sure we were able to experience everything! Would highly recommend this tour!

I called repeatedly for 2 Days to confirm our pick up time and location. I was repeatedly told that it takes 48 hours to process the reservation and if they did not yet have the information. Finally, the afternoon before our scheduled tour, I was told that our tour was canceled as they did not have enough people signed up.

The tour guides are amazing we had a blast. It was so much fun. thanks so much for sharing an amazing experience with us to your beautiful Island. It was already beautiful but seeing it from a different View made it amazing. We had four tour guides that were funny informative, and even showed us the wild life. Sunshine the tour guide was awesome as we made our way to the rainforest she gave us history oh, she showed us around and talked to us and she was hilarious.

Vi bokade shipwreck snorkel & Turtle Swim Adventure för ca 1 600:-Reklamen visade bilder på sköldpaddor, korallrev och färgglada fiskar.Vi gick på båten vid en strand och sen körde den ca 50m från badstranden där var första stoppet.Inga sköldpaddor ingenting att se alls. Sen var det dags att gå ombord igen.Så snopna vi blev när de körde 50m till och där låg en liten båt på botten (ett vrak), de slängde ut lite bröd och de kom några fiskar, och där kröp runt en sköldpadda.Sen var det slut.Hörde andra klaga på andra utflykter också.-5☆ katastrof We booked the shipwreck snorkel & Turtle Swim Adventure for approx. SEK 1,600The ad showed images of swimming with turtles all around the water, coral reefs and colorful fish.We got on the boat at a beach and then it drove about 50m from the beach where the first stop was.No turtles no fish nothing to see then it was time to board again.We were so stupid when they drove another 50m and there was a small boat on the bottom (a wreck), they threw out some bread and some fish came, and there was 1 turtle crawling around.Then it was over.Total waste of money.Heard others complain about other excursions

I am very disappointed with the booking capabilities provided on their website. In today's world of the internet, a company needs to provide the user with a way to quote and purchase things without needing to call and speak to someone. When I cannot service myself on a website, I will move on to the next one in line.
