Is ishopliquor.com Legit?

I ordered a bottle a six pack of eagle rare and a bufflo trace bourbon it's impossible to find in our area. The bottles came in perfect shape within 3 days. They shipped them out immediately I was pleased with everything. My new go to online liquor store

I placed an order of Cognac for my friend, it was taking much time about one month. finally it said delivered. but ii was not delivered. I am still asking to customer support several times with no reply.

Placed an order for a difficult to find Anejo tequila, after waiting a long time they asked if i wanted to substitute Reposado for the Anejo, I said NO. They shipped the Reposado anyway. To add insult to injury one of the bottles was totally smashed while the box was dry. They do not answer complaint email so we are still waiting for a resolution. We purchased the Insurify insurance but apparently it is a scam as well. BE CAREFUL.

It was my third or fourth order. Previous orders were OK. A fulfillment time a bit too long, but shorter than others. This time, they sent the wrong product. Turned out, the phone they listed on the site is not functional as well as chat. Send email, and no answer so far (4 hours). Will update you if there is any development.01/30 update. Got an email that they would refund the difference. I'm still deeply disappointed. Would expect a different resolution. Oh, well, never again. Adjust rating to 2 stars for old times sake.

I have made online order before and have been disappointed but Ishopliqour really came through with the bottles we needed to meet our tight deadline before Christmas. The packing is great and you can tell it's really cared for all the bottles were in perfect condition some really allocated hard to get bourbons and tequilas thank you !

I ordered 2 bottles of weller 107 which is very hard to find anywhere and to my delight these bottles arrived in great condition within 4 days of ordering the bottles. On my second order I splurged for a bottle of pappy van winkle 15 not only did it arrive in great condition it was send next day air for free. I will be a regular customer here

I order a bottle of blantons bourbon last week it can in today wonderfully packed and looked great. This is a very allocated hard to find bottle and I will be using them again

I first-time ordered some wine and beer from Ishopliquor and paid quite a bit extra for a 2 day delivery. On the second day their site said my order wasn't fulfilled yet so I contacted them to ask when it was coming. Shortly after they cancelled my order "per my request"...I never cancelled the order and never received it. They wouldn't even chat with me on their website. Never again! Service Shipping

Ordered a specific tequila. Immediately received a notice shipping label was printed. 10 days later after multiple unanswered messages and a customer service phone that is not in service, I went to the store in San Diego. A guy there said he shipped it, I said nothing arrived and no tracking info. He then called the "owner", who said to wait there an hour. I asked the guys if they even had the tequila I ordered. Basically the answer was no. I assume the "owner" was going to try to switch me to another product. All this time, they had already billed my credit card for a non-existent product. Ordered Anejo tequila, after a long wait they asked if they could subsitute Reposado, I said NO. They shipped it anyway. When received one bottle was smashed. They do not reply to email when it is a complaint. Despite purchasing the Insurify coverage (suppost be for damage) i still do not have the correct product and only five of the six arrived intact.
