Is iscsales.com Legit?

I recently purchased the metal filtered fan package 500 for my workshop, the quality of this fan package is good and I think filtration works as it should. The installation was easy. Shipping was fast and I had no issue with my order.

I recently purchased the MERV14 Koch Filter and have been thoroughly satisfied with my experience. I appreciated the clear product descriptions and specifications, which helped me make an informed decision.

Ordered a supposedly brand new Karcher vacuum. The box arrived completely tattered. One of the vacuum buckle was completely broken off and sitting on the bottom of the box. When I reached out to customer service, I received little to no help to correct the problem, be reimbursed, or even exchange the product. I should have just bought this product at a slightly higher price from amazon to avoid this dilemma.Update: company reached out 1.5 months afterwards, regarding damaged product and gave a full replacement. I did not need to send back the damaged product either.

Finally, after living in the Las Vegas desert for over 5 years I can go about daily endeavors without being shocked by static electricity everywhere I go ... And in a city full of slot machines that is a true blessing! The customer service I experienced was also the best ever encountered!

I bought an orange reflective safety raincoat from ISC Online more than one year ago, and I was treated well as a customer. I received many positive remarks from coworkers about the raincoat and it was eventually stolen, which is another effective but awkward indicator of it's value. When I bought an identical raincoat to replace the stolen one, the price had actually come down. I am very happy with ISC Online, and thank you. There is nowhere to get these safety raincoats locally that I am aware of.

Unfortunately my product was not packaged well enough to avoid damage in shipping. Fortunately ISC customer service came through, and paid for me to have it repaired to like new condition.Therefore, and since the product was well made of high quality materials I am happy to bestow the full five stars. They sent me a message when they noticed I was on there web site, but didn't order. They asked if there were problems. I had concerns on safety vests, I wanted to be sure they would be soft enough. So when you were sitting, you wouldn't have stiff plastic riding up. They called the manufacture got the information called me back, so I placed an order to check them out and measure the rest of the employees before I make a major order.

Received order 3 days after ordering and the wheel kit was exactly as described. Very easy assembly complete with easy to read instructions and diagrams along with the author's humor thrown in. Extremely pleased with this purchase and the quick shipment.

I called to order a Winco WL22000VE-03/C generator. I talked with Haleigh Jablonski a sales rep on the phone, since I noticed that the web page had a picture of the WL22000VE-03/C was actually a WL22000VE-03/A. I wanted to make sure that I was getting the right generator and did not feel comfortable ordering over the internet since the pictures were wrong. She recognized that the 80 amp breaker for the generator in the picture was different than the 100 amp breaker in the WL22000VE-03/C. She had an explanation for the webpage error and proceeded to comfort me in knowing that the generator that I order was correct. She also applied available discounts that were available for the order. I can't be happier with my buying experience with ICS Sales and Haleigh Jablonski.

ISC sell the best outdoor enclosures for electrical / low voltage purposes. For any high-end installations we look no further than ISC for a top quality products, available in a timely manner.

I asked for the same product as last time I ordered, was sent a different product. Was told I had to pay 20% restock and freight to return and exchange. I started the quoteing proces via internet, was emailed and told I would be contacted. The contact was made by phone and it was then my word against theirs. I would suggest keeping the sales and quotes on some digital format to avoid these type of issues. We were ultimately able to modify the product to fit our needs and avoid the exchange, but I would imagine most customers would not be able to do what we did.

Shipped out next business day. Products came as described. Others had the pneumatic fittings I was looking for but only in bulk quantities. ISC Online had them in singles as well, which was very helpful. Will buy from again.

First off, the price I paid for my 3m vacuum was the lowest price I've ever seen. It was lower than amazon and eBay. Secondly, it shipped right away. It actually got delivered a day earlier than expected. That's great customer service.

We paid an additional $100 for urgent shipping. After three calls to customer service to ensure the order would ship out and confirm it would be shipped overnight speed, our order shipped out 5 days after the order was placed and at ground shipping speed.This company may have competitive prices but it will end up costing you more when deadlines are pushed back because of poor communication and lack of attention to detail... Our experience in one word? Frustrating.

Received a damaged product and it could result in a OSAH fine for me. Was told they couldn't do anything but offer touch up paint which I'm not sure how that will cover a dent. Sucks to pay for a new machine this expensive and receive it damaged with no support. Wont purchase from here again that's for sure.

I have ordered harnesses twice in a month and both times I received the harnesses very quickly (3-4 Days). My order was short 1 harness on the first order and customer service took care of it immediately and I received the harness in 2 days!
