When an order for a First Communion dress with another vendor fell through, Isabel Garreton was there to save the day. The sizing consultant was in touch almost instantly, located all the options that were available in my child's size, and would be available in time (short notice!), and made sure that my order went through as quickly as possible. They sent fabric swatches in a timely manner to help figure out the right selection of dress. On top of that I received the product in immaculate condition carefully steamed covered in fabric! What a Beautiful Gown! The photos don't do this gown justice. It's beautiful in person, so intricate and delicate. It fits our baby perfectly and I'm so thankful we have this instant heirloom piece. Would highly recommend to anyone. We also paid extra for faster shipping and the gown came right away.

Isabel Garreton makes correctly preserving a fine garment a priority. Even a how -to video helped in deciding to preserve the twins rompers outfits, The garment bags came with all the correct embroidered spellings of their names and dates . The package arrived with all the necessary hangers and tissue papers as included in the preservation kits. The delivery was quick.

When I called about ordering for my granddaughter, the gentleman that helped me was so kind and explained everything. He took my order. I have not received it yet, but feel so comfortable about any concerns or questions I might have had and am so excited to get it. I feel comfortable with their customer service just talking to him. We were in a hurry, and thankfully Isabel Garreton and her team were very efficient. We received our oder (ring bearer's outfit) in plenty of time to have the slight alterations done. Our messages were answered in a very timely manner and we felt very reassured. Everyone was extremely professional.

One month after receiving a $200 dress, it is on sale for $60. Bad form. You even share the date the dress is needed when you order. How about sharing information about an upcoming sale with your customers so they can decide whether or not to take a chance the dress will sell out.

I love the picture of the christening gown that I purchased on line. Although I have received no information on the update of the gown I feel sure that when the final product is finished it will be as beautiful as the picture. Thanks Beryl Jones
