Worst service ever.Delivery kept getting postpone for more than a year and never recieved a refund despite sending multiple email and calling multiple time.To avoid at all cost despite seeming like a good deal.

Absolutely awful service. I've been waiting over 3 months of delivery despite being promised by Robert the "sales expert" that would be dispatched promptly. I've contacted them several times only to get blanked and now when requesting a refund it’s the same story. Its my first time using this website and it will be the last.. very very disappointing.

I had an excellent experience shopping at IronStrength. The equipment I ordered was exactly as described and has been very durable. Plus, the shipping was fast! They care about their customers. I'll be recommending them to my friends!

IronStrength offers an excellent assortment of exercise equipment. Resistance bands that I purchased have significantly enhanced my workout regiment. I liked how easy it was to explore the website and how thorough the product descriptions were. Will return for more without a doubt!

E' una evidente frode: acquisto effettuato il 19/05/24, merce mai arrivata, dopo moltissime e vane mail rispondono saltuariamente che la merce sarebbe partita sempre la settimana successiva...ovviamente mai recapitata e mai fornito un codice di spedizione valido. Alla richiesta di rimborso completamente spartiti...non acquistare da questo sito frode.It's an obvious fraud: purchase made on 05/19/24, goods never arrived, after many vain emails they occasionally reply that the goods would always leave the following week...obviously never delivered and never provided a valid shipping code. When requesting a refund completely disappeared... do not purchase from this fraud site.

Watch out for this scam. I was tricked by the fake Trust Pilot reviews on their website, and unfortunately by the time I checked here it was too late.I bought a sauna off their website a month ago. They have this process where they promise a delivery time and then bate you one my moving it one week at a time. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS, it is a scam.I am owed: €2,820.91, and waiting for a refund. They also claim to be located in Mijas, Spain, but in reality are somewhere in Poland. They do not offer a contact number or an office address you can visit.

I ordered an adjustable dumbbell set at the Iron Strength website in early July, but the shipment never arrived. When I cancelled the order and requested a full refund, the 'status' of my order was 'changed' accordingly all right, but I never received the refund. Plain theft! People should stay away from this company and go somewhere else to do their online shopping, thank you very much.

I researched exterior sauna's on-line and found IronStrength EU on the site Vente-Unique. I purchased one from IronStrength EU in October 2023. They were advertising on many well known market sites and had presence in the health and fitness industry. I believed that all would be fine. I selected the "Sauna de Jardim 200cm Mini + Bancos de Dois Níveis + "L" 4-5 Lugares / Força de Ferro plus barrel" This promoted delivery in 2-3 weeks and installation. After endless promises of delivery and endless excuses as to why it isn't here - I give up. I want my money back. But try to find out who these people are, or where they are located in the Malaga ( Calahonda) area... IT IS A SCAM !!!! Be Ware!!! I am reporting them to the EU authorities for false online business practices and to the EU vat registry.

Poor decision on my part,not to read the previous reviews, ordered 3 months ago, not in stock,in stock,being processed,being shipped,not being shipped, refund requested,refund processed 4 weeks ago...Stay far away from this company

Ordered a dipping belt from them in February. Still haven't received it and it's the end of May. Few emails back and forth to let me know about the delay, but once I mentioned a refund, now they're ignoring me. Terrible company based on my experience and how they've dealt with me as a customer. After reading many other reviews, can tell this company is a scammer and committing fraud, obviously has no morals and is a low life criminal

I ordered a small selfmassage roller on 31 August 2023 but nothing has arrived. I paid using the vivawallet payment method and after two months the iron strength customer service still delaing with surreal emails. Please, do not buy anything from their website because they will steal your money and time.

scammers! I purchased a gym rack for €500, after months I was told that the product would not arrive due to the suppliers' fault, so I bought another product for around €800... stupidly I trusted and paid the sum. later they disappeared, I asked my bank to return the transfer but their account was in the red. obviously I filed a complaint and had my legal team contact him without receiving a response. I hope you send all the money you steal to medicines! Damn crooks, karma will come!

I thought I would share our story with you, as we've experienced the same issue. It's been nearly a year now, and we still haven't received our equipment. We paid over £1550 and have continuously emailed them for updates. Each time, they assure us the equipment will be delivered on a Tuesday or Thursday, but those days have come and gone countless times since last year, and still no equipment.We are a large franchise company and never anticipated that this company would turn out to be a scam. If we band together and report this website to cyber crime, we can take action against this company and prevent others from falling victim to their scam. It would be nice if Trust Pilot did their bit instead of removing peoples legit comments. I will continue giving updates. The day we receive the equipment we will stop the messages on Trust Pilot. I mean we won’t be happy with the service but at least we will know it wasn’t a scam but until we don’t receive the equipment we are going to say this company is a scam

Do not trust this company and do not trust trust pilot. I have proof of emails from iron strength threatening and lying to me. I also have email proof of sending this to trust pilot themselves and them still removing the reviews. They are complicit in the fraud. I am not going to stop until they refund my money or provide me with the kit. I am certainly not having my money go to fraud Aiste. I asked trustpilot why they removed my review and they said they cannot give an answer, this only happens when someone doesn’t have a proper response. Do not trust either of them. Please anyone feel free to email me and I can send you all the conversations I have had with both iron strength fraud and trustpilot. Like I said, I will not stop until this matter is sorted.

I placed an order a month ago and still nothing. It's a peninsular store and I live in Portugal so there's no excuse for the delay. They arrogantly replied to me that I have no reason to complain because they stipulate 14 working days for delivery of orders, but they do not mention this on the website. Now a month has passed and still nothing and no response. Avoid at all costs.

Do not buy from this business. After over a year of trying to get a reimbursement for product not delivered they continue to lie and will not provide me with a reclamation form. Next step it to file a denuncia with the police. This is a horrible business which is a scam. As you will see there was a reply to my review of this company asking me to send an email to the sales department. We have sent around 100 emails and no resolution at all. Negative reviews I am sure have cost this company more then what they owed me in product never received. I will continue to post negative reviews until my issue is resolved.
