Is ippojapanwatch.com Legit?

Automated email reply’s Package sent email but when checked with fed ex they haven’t picked up parcel . Poor customer service.I even asked for my money to be returned twice ?? I will be very surprised to get the watch I paid $1600au for . I should of read other reviews before purchasing.. they go back a couple of years saying the same thing . Buy from somewhere else. UPDTE : I am now very happy as the package has definitely been sent and look forward to it’s delivery

Watch ordered mid afternoon NY time on Friday, July 5th and it arrived late afternoon July 10th. Good price and packaging. Only complaint: I only knew the shipping status by frequently checking the website myself and ultimately being contacted by FedEx that a delivery was coming. I would have liked to hear more from IPPO Japan Watch than a "thank you for ordering" note and a request to "rate my experience" a day before the watch shipped. Also, I asked a question two days before placing the order but it wasn't answered until the same day the watch arrived. In the end, It's delivery speed and the correct product in good condition that counts so I gave four stars. Would order from IPPO again.

I purchased a Seiko Land mechanical and it was perfect. Only criticism is that there was a delay in shipping but no clear communication to indicate so. Only auto replies to say payment has been received and purchase was unfulfilled. The few days of no information made me question if I had been scammed. In the end all is good and watch was perfect.

The original box for the limited edition watch that I purchased from the company did not come together with the watch. I am a watch collector of that particular brand and the watch box is very important to me as part of collection. I was disappointed.

Ordered a watch from them through shopee platform on the 15th July 2024. Order acknowledge by them on the 17th July then no updates till the 20th July when I contacted them asking if there is an issue with the order. Wad told by them that the order have already shipped out, and even send me a tracking number claiming it to be shopee tracking number.On the 21st, still no updates on the shopee app. That night, they messages me in shopee to use the "shopee extension" as that day was the dateline for pick up before the system cancels the order. Giving them the benefit of doubt, I agreed and extended. And then further ask them for a clarification. They then tell me the watch I ordered is NOT IN THEIR WAREHOUSE YET then what's the tracking number about? On 22nd, I asked them for a date on when they will ship the order as the shopee extension is only till 24th. And guess what? They don't know!!!!ask me to place new order shopee cancels it. Which part of all these make any sense? You don't have it, not even sure when you will, then don't List the product! Not sending some fake tracking number then say it's a mistake like 1 week after when you first listed it as "READY STOCK"

Ordered my Seiko on a Friday, order label was created on Monday, Fedex picked it up on Tuesday and it was sitting pretty on my wrist on Thursday. Frankly blown away by the speed of shipping and ease of payment on Ippo's website. It will definitely be my go-to site for watch purchases from now on. The price for the watch was very fair and i was skeptical at first because the model was quite rare and sold out everywhere

VFM exceptional watch. Would have been a good buy if it were more expensive but at the price I paid it is brilliant. It keeps near perfect time only gaining slightly over a week and well within the specified amount.The watch arrived very quickly and was as advertised with no additional duties or transport costs as stated. I wear this watch all the time now, it's one of my favourites

I have been a fan of the MM300m series ever since the SBDX001 and the SLA055 follows the MM design, but is slimmer. The case design, polishing and brushing are superb and the hands, indices and gradational grey/black sunburst dial are all stunning. The watch looks like a no date, but yet there is a date, discreetly tucked away at 4:30. This watch is a treasure! I feel lucky that I found one new at IPPO Watch. This is my third purchase from IPPO and all went well as usual. Thank you!

I bought a watch (worth RM399 ) and it was delivered as promised and is absolutely amazing! Well done! My only moan is that the bracelet had not been adjusted to the specified size but, after a visit to a local jeweller and a fee of RM10, IPPOJAPANWATCH did reimburse me RM5.00 as per their terms and conditions. My experience with this company has been very good overall. Keep up the good work IPPOJAPANWATCH!!!

I ordered a luxury watch and it arrived within one week; currently due to the Corona epidemic they're using FEDEX courier to ship worldwide (you will not be charged for anything). The customer service is excellent and second to none. Usually their watches come in immaculate condition, with international warranty and all the booklets. Highly recommend these guys!Things you have to watch out for is the exchange rate (if you don't have a USD credit/debit card), as well as the import fees & VAT as they will add up.

Absolutely love the watches I have received so far from ippojapanwatch! Orders have been received in very timely manner within billing date. Packaging is great and have had no issues whatsoever with receiving damaged packaging. It is a metal band and it catches from time to time on the case. Will most definitely continue with my subscription.

Poor customer service . They advised to contact by WhatsApp to verify availability of watch but no one is monitoring their WhatsApp as I have send several messages and no one responded until after several days at which time I already purchased the watch prior to someone verifying if it is in stock . Horrible service .
