BUYER BEWARE! Fraudulent Company who cannot provide the service as advertised. Positive reviews are fake. Ask for upfront fee to tell you information you already know and then demand double payment to unlock iPad only to be told that the item cannot be unlocked even though you initially paid for them to tell you that it can be. Fraud plain & simple. Said the phone was good to unlock after contacting the network provider & all that was needed was a further payment. But once paid they then said it couldn't be unlocked. This is a Scam!I have put this as a five star review as I realise that iPhoneIMEI are flooding trustpilot with fake 5 star reviews to make themselves look good, and that many people will just read the 1st few “good reviews” and then think that they are ok,DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO UNLOCK YOUR PHONE! I have applied for iphone x imei unlock which was locked to AT&T, at first it was rejected and then i have purchased premium service for unlocking. After 9 days my iphone is permanently unlocked and i am happy about the service they provied.

Same situation =Scammers who trick you with technical…Scammers who trick you with technical words, first they ask for $27 for iCloud unlock, when you made payment they said it a "Pre-Order iCloud Activation Lock Removal" which you going to Apple and ask them to contact the iPhone owner to help remove lock. You paid them $27 for just that. They asked an additional fees of $42 to actually remove permanently the lock but they mentioned that there is no guaranteed for further payment. You will actually ended-up with the cost of a new iPhone. Those who denied its not a scam, are those who work for them.

As most people state they are scammers and they go by several different names imeinow.com being just one of them. If they were honest they would do a quick (free) check to see if your iPhone or iPad is “clean”, but they don’t, they just come back and say it isn’t. Unfortunately for them I have submitted two gadgets which I KNOW are clean. They have already come back to say one is not, and I am expecting the same for the second one any time. FYI they are based in Stoke-on-Trent in the UK. I will be issuing County Court proceedings to recover all the monies I have paid so far and I will be reporting them to Stoke Trading Standards.

iPhone imei were clear and process as to how long the unlocking would take. They kept me up to date and confirmed by email when the job was done. I would highly recommend them because I was able to have faith that they wouldn’t let me down and it was done in about a week, even though it was over Christmas holiday period. Very happy 😃

It took about 4 days to unlock but it happened. I think the problem was that my phone was under the 6 months mark of the contract so my phone service provider wouldn’t unlock it without a fee. I was 3 months into a contract but I paid £23.99 then I had to pay £32.99 to pay the minimum term fee or something like that. Which I understand why it was done. I didn’t know this would happen but looking into it. It’s normal.

I am livid. I placed an order June 30th and was given an ETA of 7 days for the unlock to be completed. As I'm writing this, is it SEPTEMBER 14th!! Their policy states that you cannot cancel an order for a refund until at least 30 days have past. “Scam alert!”

This site is a scam. Originally paid $28. Should have read the fine print. Then paid another $28 to continue. Then they told me that it could not be unlock and that I would have to pay for premium service to get unlock. I left it alone and chalked up the lost. Then received an email from them saying that they ran an eligibility check on my imei and that is now ready for unlock and that I needed to pay another $49 to release the unlock. Paid the $49 and still not unlock. It's been over 2 months now. I requested a refund because they guarantee that if not unlock by the 30 day period. Still no refund. Emailed them multiple times. Now they are saying that my iPhone does not meet their requirements for unlocking. Then why did they send me an email saying that the my iPhone unlock was ready for release. The iPhone has a clean imei. It's not stolen, blacklisted, or under any financing. This site is a straight up scam. Do not waste your money. Very shady business. “$#*!ing lie and scam artists”

I payed 28 bucks when it said final price... then they charge me another $119. Act like they're giving me a discount down to $108. I waited a whole week while their little meter said 14% more each day. Finally get an email that says my phones unlocked... I checked the imei on several checkers... seems legit until I've tried several different SIM cards all brand new! And payed for a prepared phone service that runs on the "same" damn network that I was originally on... it's still sim locked! Requested help several times. 2 weeks later still nothing back from them... waste your money if you want too... they can't deliver the service the promise... hell they even said they'd contact the carrier on your behalf... what a joke! I'll believe it when I see it!

This worked like a champ. I've seen several other companies charging upwards of $150 to do the same service. The pricing was very reasonable and in a couple of days I could use my AT&T iPhone on Verizon.

Not sure why most of the reviews here are good, but they will not give you a refund if they cannot unlock it in 30 days - even though their website says you are eligible for a refund after 30 days. What they try to do is to get you to buy their premium service and use the amount your paid as "credit" for this outrageously high service that they call premium.

“Said my phone was stolen”

I used this company because they had decent reviews. After several days, I received an email from them that it was "lost or stolen/blacklisted". They gave me a 20.00 credit as a "good faith" ha! The phone was currently IN USE on AT&T's network and functional. I called AT&T and they said this was inaccurate. I also started my own unlock process on AT&T's site. I took a video of the phone with the IMEI, and making a successful call. I emailed this to iPhoneIMEI.net with no response. About a week later, I received an "approved" on my AT&T unlock request and they unlocked it for free. I also sent this email / screen shot to iPhoneIMEI with no response. So, in the end, I got a 20.00 credit where I paid 28.00. Don't think I'll be using them again, that's for sure. I saw a YouTube video of someone complaining about the exact same thing. Beware.

Stay away from this site. Fake reviews posted on web site to lure unsuspecting prospects - like me unfortunately. Pad USD$28 for a service that was advertised to unlock your phone within 24-48 hours but after you paid it notifies you that the service you just paid for is for a service that might occur in the future. Sent an email to s"support" and 18 hours later received a reply telling what the problem was but offered no solution. When I asked them for next steps - no response. No phone number. Slow to non-existent response. All the hallmarks of a scam.

Same experience as many others - this company is a total scam. Took me £20 for an unlocking service which is not available (as a pre-order, as they say)! I advise everyone who was unfortunate victim of this company - ask your bank to cancel the transaction.
