Simple and efficient process to obtain my international driver's license all done in less than 5 minutes.Thank you NRMA.

I had to fill out my info a few times because it times out, and I got charged an extra $29 for expedited digital IDP even though I unchecked it, but I did get what I needed so far. We’ll see how the physical card fares - when that comes. Overall simple and efficient despite the couple of issues I had. To be fair, I did it all on a mobile device, which probably didn’t help.

The process is easy and quick. There has been a problem with stored data when I paid for the document for another person, but Jack was super helpful in solving it quickly. Very very well.

The customer service is completely incapable of attending to customer needs. I have paid for express shipment but have never received my license. It's now more than 1 week I should have received it and the only thing they were able to suggest, was to get in contact with the shipping company. Unfortunately the numbers they provide for reaching them out are not functioning and they are not providing any other valid solution to solve the problem.

Very useful service - specially when you need last minute ! I have to say the phone uploads never worked but the same uploads from my computer later on worked. Also, the pricing for digital automatically added an “urgent” charge of 29 on top of the 60 + for the digital copy - which I thought was a bit strange. I realize I did not have a choice and went ahead with it. I wish the service was a bit more transparent from the beginning. Also, the servers need more horsepower so that they don’t repeatedly time out. This service will be used by people only during emergencies at car rentals where the WiFi is not expected to be good. However, in summary, thankful for this service since I was able to get my IDP to eventually

I discovered days prior to a trip that I would need an internationally recognized driving permit. After applying, I received a digital version within minutes but still wanted an official hard copy. I contacted International Driving Authority about when I could expect to receive it, and via a few extremely polite and helpful emails to/from Lily and Audrey, we agreed to change the delivery address to my hotel in Italy. I have the FedEx tracking number and am excited to receive the hard copy at my destination.

I got my physical and digital IDP, and it's hassle-free; the admin has made sure I received it on time.
