Is intelcomexpress.com Legit?

This delivery company SUCKS!!!They delivered my package (that had Christmas gifts) to the WRONG ADDRESS left it out in the open in an unsafe location where it was stolen. They then had the audacity to say it was delivered!!! They won’t take responsibility for THEIR MISTAKE saying there is nothing they can do about it now and I should contact the company I bought it from. They delivered it to the wrong address not the company I bought from. They refuse to make this right.

This company is the worst. If there is a construction on your street they don't deliver. I am waiting for my package so long. Worst Company and Customer service

This delivery companies is the worst! My package was travelling in their delivery truck for five days and each day they said it was to be delivered in three hours and it did not. Today I got an email from them saying they were preparing it or delivery. Then hours later I got an other emaill That was delivered to my door. I check it was not. The proof of delivery was not my address. It was delivered somewhere else. I called their support line after waiting an hour to talk to an agent, it was 11 PM. The agent was very rude and She told me I should contact Amazon and try to get refund. So me, I have do the work because they can't do their job. Plus we have to be polite and respectful when we call them, but they can be rude and useless in their job. I am going to boycott being anything from any place that they use Intelcom for their delivery.

The absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Deleting my amazon account because they continue to use these incompetent company.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The worst delivery/return company ever. They will harass you all day long sending text messages saying they will pick up the package and then NEVER show up. I had to reschedule THREE times in the past four days. I cancelled it altogether and will return it to the vendor myself. Useless company…

Wish I could choose zero stars as others have stated, this company is horrible, as I write this they have 4 of my packages and state delivery attempted but there has been no attempts. I called into Amazon and asked to never have anything shipped through them again. Amazon needs to take their heads outta their ass and get rid of this company!

Worst company amazon could pick to deliver packages. They stated failed delivery attempts which were completely untrue as the company never came to our place. When customer service was called they stated they don't deliver to our area so would just state it was a failed delivery. They service everywhere around us in a 1 hr radius. I hope Amazon can figure out soon to stop using g them.

Absolute worst delivery company EVER!!!!! Always lying about "attempted delivery" OR "losing" (when actually stealing) packages! Amazon are complete idiots for continuing to use them as a delivery service!!!! I have left amazon for this reason!!!

Wish 0 stars was available. Used them for an Amazon return, wish we viewed these reviews prior. The pick up window was within 12 HOURS! No eta during the time period either to narrow it down, no way to see how many stops until yours or eta of driver. Your whole day is spent waiting…the driver showed up just before the 12 hour mark! Absolutely ridiculous scheduling practice, 100% warning others. This is a terrible service.

Believe the reviews, this group is inept and WILL screw you over if you're forced to deal with them more than once. To quote a more palatable company: "I guarantee it." Everything from lost to open packages, they'll deny all wrongdoing after they've clearly caused it, its absolutely appalling how much goes missing with these crooks.

This was an amazon order, left at the front door, which is not where I live and instructed to leave packages... I've clearly indicated (not the Front Porch) and still it is not done correctly... very disappointing.

They are either never on time or they don't deliver. Amazon uses their services and for us who pay Prime would like our parcels delivered as promised. Shame on them!! They're completely useless and no respect for customers. I will advocate that INTELCOM loses their contract with Amazon.

They need a zero star option!!! Once again.... an order is "lost in transit" and this was a big ticket Christmas item too. Funny how this keeps happening!!! Amazon seriously needs to find another carrier who can be reliable and trusting to deliver items on time and accordingly to the guidelines set out by Amazon. This is getting absolutely ridiculous!And to add to it.... follow other carriers prompts and get a bloody sorting warehouse because to have multiple orders to the same address at multiple times or delivery dates is probably why the Kelowna dispatch office went on strike!!!! Then you wouldn't be forcing drivers to work until 1am or have one driver drive back and forth to the same municipality district 10 times a day!!!! But Intelcom better get on it and deliver my item TODAY as it is stipulated on my order although it's already 3 days late!!!

A Zero if I could. Second time Amazon has forced me to return items with this horrible company. They never update, never come when they say they will. They also lie and say you weren't home because they are too lazy. I'm out money becasue I've been trying to get item picked up since Sunday. Drivers are clueless. Company could care less. I'm cancelling my Amazon account because this will drive me crazy, Amazond told me to drive my item downtown to the intelecom/dragonfly office! Are you kidding me?

Would be a 0 star if possible.. got notification that delivery was not possible because no one answered the door. I have video surveillance around my home and the driver never even got out of the car then sped away down my drive way.Still no update on my package. Sent an email and also no response. So unhappy with this company!

I own a small business that is only open 8-5, they only deliver to my place past 7 even though I have told them that isn’t possible and no one will be there. Finally had to give them my brother’s address as an alternative for deliveries even though I hate to have him bothered with my stuff and then I still have to go pick it up myself. Not good service in my opinion!They have started delivering during my business hours. I appreciate that.

I wish i could give 0 stars.Received my delivery notification, looked outside and nothing. When i checked the picture of the proof of delivery it clearly hasn't been delivered to my house. I don't know to whose house it is.Absolute worst delivery service ever.

Literally the worse courier in Canada. A whole van load of packages abandoned at night at a (closed) gas station. The whole neighborhood getting nothing day. Then packages constantly left under rain, batteries under the sun, thrown, damaged, late, etc. Just the worst.

Horrible service, I don’t understand why Amazon work with these guys. They came and picked up my tenants package left by Amazon at the door, instead of ringing the bell, so I can had them my return as per the directions. They didn’t even bother to read the name on the package which was completely different then mine. Another instance they didn’t show up on the day they were suppose to, not even the next day and then after few days I found a paper on my door that I have to reschedule, and this happened while I was home that day, but they didn’t ring the bell just stuck the paper on the door without a time or day on it, and left. I don’t recommend, they are useless!

No problems with delivery. Package came 3 days before it was scheduled, overall I’m very happy
