Is instastyled.com Legit?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- If possible like others I would give it no stars. I ordered a dress that looked nice on-line- it arrivced and it is cheap and horrible, cheap polyester fabric nothing like the image on the website, their website portal for returns leads to nothing, it is impossible to get hold of anyone. I wish like others I had read about the site here before I ordered...just a nightmare. Throwing money away......

Placed order 1/6/23. Received items on 1/21/23. I wish I had read reviews before spending over $200 on 4 dresses. The items look nothing like the pictures; the sizing is at least 3 sizes smaller than I wear even though I followed the sizing chart on their website. As others have mentioned, when you call customer service there's a recording that provides another phone number which nobody answers. The website domain doesn't exist anymore. The email addresses provided on order email and on "new website" hosted by Shopify were returned as invalid email addresses. This is a complete and total SCAM please don't spend your money with this company. I WILL ONLY PURCHASE ITEMS FROM COMPANIES WITH A PHYSICAL U.S. PRESENCE GOING FORWARD. What's the use of tying to save money when the Chinese items are trash and can't be returned? Buyer beware.

Thought I was ordering a black winter coat. Received a black jacket. Thin material. Nothing like item the pictured on the site. Tried to return. First return portal they instructed to use does not work. Tried to call the 800 number with no luck. Even tried to email them to the same email address they kept sending me to order other items. A nightmare. Ordered a coat 2 months ago - realized it wouldn’t arrive in time. Tried to cancel the order - was told it was too late, it had processed, so I should return it once it arrived. So I used their returns portal, have emailed, called the posted help numbers. Crickets.

Do NOT recommend. Ordered hoodies in a size 2X. Both hoodies did not look like the picture advertised. The hoodies were way smaller than a 2x. The return process is tedious and not worth the hassle.

This company is fraudulent. You will NOT receive an item that looks anything like the picture on their website. You will also NOT be refunded your money when you try to return the item that is not what you ordered. Their website states easy returns which is incorrect and untrue. Their practice is that of thievery. I wish there was a rating of zero. Hopefully this helps someone else no lose their hard-earned money to a bunch of scammers.

I ordered a gold dress and I received a white dress very cheap quality. I also ordered a jump suit when I received it feels like sand paper. I have contacted them several times and processed the return to the returns portal per Amanda's instructions. I requested a refund to my CC they only offered merchandise credit. The Pics of the items on the website are not what I received. Very disappointed and will never order again.

Instastyle.com at 500 Kennedy Dr, Sayreville NJ 08872, USA sold me two jackets which they advertised as WOOL. When the first one arrived I felt the fabric and knew instantly that it was not wool. Then I checked the label and it said "cotton & polyester." They will not refund. This company is dishonest. Period.

"Easy Returns" advertised, but they actually will only offer store credit and place hefty "restocking fees" that are mentioned nowhere in their policy. The items are of horrendous quality that don't look/fit anything like the photos, and then youre stuck with a credit for half the purchase price that you'll never want to use because their items totally suck! Disputing this with my credit card company because this is a SCAM.

I ordered 2 teddybear type coats and they looked like bathrobes. I tried to return items and I got no return instructions or labels. So I wasted over 100$ on things I will not wear. Wondered if it was a scam, because I’ve seen that one of Instastyled’s products advertised is actually the dress model image that Redbubble uses for their generated A-line dresses, which wouldn’t happen. A background has been added to the image. As a designer and user of Redbubble and Pinterest, I’m seeing a number of photos shown on those two platforms now advertised as their products for sale - not possible, so be cautious. Nicely compiled catalogue, though…

Id give them a 0 star if possible. Wish i'd checked prior to ordering. All the items were VERY short in the torso area, and ive never had an issue with clothes not fitting there. I did check prior to ordering if returns were allowed, and it says yes. NOPE i went back and forth for weeks trying to get Amanda to give me the address to send back the items ( at MY own cost which i said was fine) and credit my account and she finally ghosted me. So i had to dispute the charge with Paypal, and I'll donate the items to Goodwill! STAY AWAY!!!

I only LOOKED at their website and put one thing in my basket then decided it all looked cheap & nasty & exited the website. I then received INTRUSIVE messaging on my PERSONAL WhatsApp account telling me I'd left things in my basket AND SEVEN desperate emails that day HOUNDING me! DISGUSTING! Even if I had liked anything I DEFINITELY would NOT have bought anything from them. I've reported their emails as SPAM. And blocked them. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

I only give one star because I have to give something. I paid for expedited shipping which did not happen. Upon arrival the event I needed the items for had already passed. When requesting a refund I could only get a partial store credit and had to pay return shipping. The quality was poor. Scam.

This company has false advertisements all through their website. None of the clothing look like anything on there. Fist time buying from Instastyled,Dresses looks and feels cheap, poor quality from having the zipper broken and the mesh in the chest area all ugly. The pictures on the website are completely off from what I received, as for how I received it it was crammed with 2 dresses into the smallest bag I couldn't even open it. I was excited to receive my dresses and the gift, all looks horrible. The mystery gift are the cheapest thing you can get at 99 cents store. Asked for refund, they said no only store credit minus $7 deducted from each rag that I received. Nothing that I received looks like they displayed on their website. On the web they offered free return labels with full refunds.

The dress was beautiful on line, the dress that arrived was a JOKE. Not only was the floral pattern different but the color was different too. It took 2 months to receive an item that I didn't even order! Wrong item, size and color! The fabric is cheap and it looked worn and used! I'm so disgusted with this site! I wish I had read reviews for this business. The quality of every product I ordered was very poor, the sizing is not close to what I expected and customer service is ridiculous. The return policy is false. I completed the return request on the portal, added pictures and the only option was for a store credit minus $7 restocking fee for each piece. Unfortunately, I was trying to get outfits for an upcoming trip so purchased $168 because I thought I could return anything that didn't work. Lesson learned. I am likely out $168. Don't make the same mistake we did. This company should be shut down. My partner and I ordered an outfit from this place to wear to a wedding. It said delivered yesterday. It was never delivered. My wife ordered three dresses for an upcoming wedding. None of them would be considered the size they were advertised as in the world I live in. Tried to return them within their 30 day timeframe and the "portal" showed them as expired. Further correspondence to rectify the situation has gone unanswered and the time has now passed. Not only did they send me the wrong product, but they also refused to refund my money. They offered me store credit for more of their messy things. I paid for expedited shipping, which states receipt within 7 to 8 days. I received the items about 15 days later. As if. I ordered a coat as a gift - took forever to arrive. I tried to cancel it, but was told it had already processed. I didn't even open the package - as soon as I finally got it, I jumped through the hoops of their return portal. Then another week and a half went by - you have to wait to hear from them to see if your return is approved. I again jumped through the hoops - paid to ship the coat back, tried to send them the receipt and tracking info. Shocker. Their website isn't accessible - message box keeps saying server not found. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered 2 items-- 1 arrived defective and the other never arrived. I emailed Customer Service who directed me to the Return Portal on the website but the portal rejected my request because I ordered a non-returnable item. I reached out via email again to say that I just wanted a non-defective replacement and the 2nd item which I never received. I was directed back to the Return Portal which again (of course) rejected my request. I emailed a few more times and received no response. On my last email inquiry, I was told they can't give a refund because it has now been over 30 days since my purchase. Jumpsuit was literally just tried on, all tags, packaging etc. ALL original. They are quick to reply to you when you ask about the return policy, however they will not contact you back. Says you need your RMA and will have it within 2-5 business day, yet you never receive it. Therefore, you are now approaching their 30-day return policy so they just deny your return. I was scammed out of $100! The pictures the website shows are totally misrepresented, I wanted to cry when I opened the package. For all their easy return jargon so far it's been a nightmare. No one answered the phone or emails and when I enter my order number it says "can't be found". I am at a loss as to how to return the "costumes" I received! I have never had such a poor experience with an online order.
