I ordered a part for my tire machine and with the Christmas shipping hassle my order was late. Jack jumped right in and sent another part Priority Mail and it got here quickly. Highly recommend this company and will buy again. Thanks for every thing Jamie @ Performance Plus Automotive

Had ordered a motor for our Diesel pump. It arrived quickly. Once we had it in hand, we saw the bolt pattern would not line up. Had to return the motor. INSACOA was very helpful in answering questions before we ordered the motor, and very helpful with the return. Everything went flawless. Would definitely order from them again.

Although the parts were not correct from original manufacturer, and had to be returned, the service was very good. Ray was very helpful to deal with, and is good asset to the company.

Your company was quick and responsive. The kick in the nuts was UPS. They not only charged $40 US (fair) but then hit me wit a further $90 CDN (approx. $70 US) in border charges. Apparently it is more expensive shipping ground than by air when it comes to border charges?? I don't like UPS for this very reason, too many hidden ludicrous charges and 50% of the time they damage my shipments!

Excellent company to deal with. I asked a question about availability of a part and got a response quickly. When I ordered the part, it shipped the same day. My experience was excellent, and I plan to purchase from INSACOA again soon.

Shipment was quick and parts I purchased to rebuild and old tokheim hand fuel transfer pump were a perfect fit. My only criticism is that the kit contained parts to rebuild two complete pumps. The kit was pictured so on the website, but I doubt many have two of these old things, and western civilization will long be over before I wear out the pump again. Kit could be half the cost if it contained parts for one pump. But then again if the apocalypse does happen I might need it when gas stations and electric pumps are are no more.

items were in stock.....had factory part numbers for reference...and appreciated that you can buy the individual parts that you need without having to buy an entire "kit" of components.

OLD GAS BOY PUMP. I called in and talked to a young Lady who was very helpful, and she sent me the information and parts catalog of the old Gas Boy pump 1800 series my father In law had when he was farming back in the 50s and 60s, I ordered the parts at a very reasonable price and received them very quick it looks and works like new I am very happy with my purchase and the service !Thank You .TS

I purchased two separate products from them. It was ordered as two different orders, I paid for shipping on each order. When the package arrived, I had to pay brokerage fees and taxes on each item amounting to $107 for one, at $114 for the other. I don’t think it’s fair that you charge me for shipping and not tell me about brokerage fees. I have purchased from many other companies online and I’ve received product without having to pay brokerage fees. If you know there will be brokerage fees, that should be disclosed on your website! so the pars that I was buying cheaper from you ended up to be more expensive than if I purchased it direct from Rotary.

Ordered ramp pads for a 4 post lift. Pricing was a little more economical than found elsewhere. Shipment arrived as noted at time of purchase.

We have 2 old Globe hoists in our shop, and it is getting increasingly difficult to keep them well maintained. The fill cap we got is much better designed, and works great.
