Is inov8.com Legit?

They completely broke their existing and working customer experience. I had bought pair of trail shoes last year. That was exciting product. I was happy. But shoes were torned. I decided to order new one. And now company doesn't deliver to the place where they did before - #1. Surprise!#2 they changed the website and you can't figure out delivery restrictions without chatting with support team. #3 website allows me to order things that they don't have at all. They refunded - it works well.I'm disappointed.

Ordering was easy on the Inov8 website, with delivery provided by DPD. The items arrived quickly and I was informed about dates, times etc. Unfortunately I had to return my first order due to size, but refund was easy arranged and quickly paid, so I could re-order a larger size.

Excellent service and delighted with the new look and new wide fit last on the Roclite Gortex hiking shoes . Very happy and will be purchasing the new Mudtalon in the Spring.

Ordering was straight forward. The email with shipping information took longer than expected to arrive, and the UPS tracking number provided did not update as delivery status was changed. The order arrived after the date and time provided, but only a little. It is 2024 so expect this is something that should be nearly flawless as a process by now.

Great shoes. This is my second pair of Innov8s. I mainly use them for CrossFit, and occasionally for Olympic lifting (even though they're not specifically designed for it, they work well for me) and gymnastics.I had a minor issue once with sizing and shipping, but Innov8’s customer support was very helpful and quick to resolve it.

I contacted customer service about fitment questions. They were responsive and helpful. Love my new gym shoes! Glad to see a company designing stylish shoes that better match the foot.

Women’s venturelite mid HG top bout from outlet. Fabulous top, true to size, flattering cut, useful pocket and well designed neck tailoring. Perfect paired with cropped leggings which I barely take off. Arrived next day- superb service from a great company!!

My last try to purchase a pair of trailfly g280 turned out to be a mistake of inov8, as the shoes were no longer available. Hope this time it works.

Purchased Nov 2023. Used mainly for walking with the occasional hill / trail run. GTX membrane did not last long, leaked at the toes. The glue holding on the rubber toe and sole has also perished. The heel cup wore out quicker than expected (a lot more quickly than a pair of Brooks running shoes that I use far more frequently). The sole had good grip, but the lugs wore down just like any other lugs, and in certain spots were smoothed down in 6 months. They are at least a full size smaller than the label (which is what inov-8 admit). Overall, I am disappointed at the durability of the shoe. Estimate they have covered maybe 500km, only 100km of which was before something failed. I know inov-8 state 500km - 800km is the life of a shoe, but surely they can do better!

Great lifting shoes, they are not as solid as dedicated lifting shoes, but i like the fact they're meant to be used during a WOD or other cross training workout that doesn't only involve lifting. they have great flexibility across the ball of the foot.

The shoes (fastlift Power G 380) are fantastic—exactly what I was looking for. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but the exchange process was smooth and hassle-free. The customer service was prompt, and everything was sorted out quickly and easily. Highly recommend both the product and the service!

My Inov8 Roclites were delivered promptly and just in time for a trip to Italy. The very next day I wore them for 8 hours on a Via Ferrata including the trek up and they fitted like gloves. As a Multi Activity Freelance Outdoor Instructor these have become my favourite Lightweight Boots. I chose a half size up & wide fitting.

Used a gift card that didn’t work, sent an email and got a reply almost immediately…on a Sunday! They gave me a new code and I was able to place the order, which came the next day. Now that’s service for you. Oh, and the socks I ordered are perfect.

After having a issue with a pair of shoes I wrote to the brand's consumer care dept. They were diligent and solved the problem in a very quick and efficient manner. I highly recommend you all to buy INOV8 products because the quality of their products and the high performance of their employees.

I have had several Inov8 workout sneakers over the years and loved them so I decided to get these for running and light hiking and they are great. Good combination of feeling solid and comfortable at the same time.

The customer service is excellent. I had an issue with one of my new shoes and within less than 24hrs they had responded and found a solution. It was all very easy and straight forward.

I have recently purchased some MudTalons due to a friend saying how good they were. Needless to say I was absolutely blown away at how comfortable they were not to mention the grip on all surfaces. The team at INOV-8 are highly customer focused and produce a fantastic product. I will be using them for all my future running needs.

Great company and outstanding products that outlast any others!Just finished a mountain ultra with the racepac 20 and trailfly's (3rd pair over many years). These are my go to for training and races, never any issues, plenty of storage in the pack and shoes can handle anything. Keep up the amazing work!
