Is innovativepartnerslp.com Legit?

I called my current heath insurance provider's billing department to let them know I was having financial hardship due to being impacted by massive layoffs at my job, I was automatically transferred to a rep at Innovative Partners. I was told by the rep I had to make 2 (two) upfront payments in order for them to take care and pay off my medical debt. At first the rep tried to get me to pay a larger amount than what was verbally discussed and I told them no because I don't have it. When Innovative Partners attempted to charge my bank for a 3rd payment, I called them up immediately. They formed me of their fake policy and said I was misinformed, that is is month to month basis. Then afterwards when I try to log into my "membership portal," I get an error message and my email is suddenly "not found." This company are SCAMMERS. They LIED to me just like they did everyone else on here who have complained.

They lie. They tell you that they are affiliated with your insurance company and they are not. Then they tell you that they will cover previous claims for a specific diagnosis and they don't. They just take your money and they don't do what they say they're going to do. Then when you call them out on it, there is no manager in the office or they blame you and say that you should have looked deeper into the company. It's unethical what they are doing - saying that they're going to cover things just to get you to sign up for the plan and then they don't.

When I initially enlisted, I had certain worries, but the customer support staff was able to allay them. For the most part, the plan satisfies my needs, and I value the affordable premiums. It's not ideal, but it serves my purpose.

I purchased a "first health" health plan that was administered by Innovative Partners and it was a complete scam. He sold me a policy after telling me it covered all my needs (checked my doctors were in network and that ER was covered as well as physical therapy), took my premium and then that was it. Innovative Partners and Merchant Benefit Admin (the company they use to process claims) proceeded to deny every single one of my claims. This has resulted in me being in $25k debt from medical bills. They work with a Flatiron Health Insurance Agency as well, but no one answers the phone when you call there. I spoke with a representative in customer service department over 50 times trying to resolve my issues. They refused to give me refunds, pay any of my medical bills and they told me that supervisors do not take phone calls and the supervisor never call me back. They told me there was no one else that I could speak to to help and there was nothing else they could do at this time. They take advantage of people needing health insurance fast and create this picture only to scam you out of hundreds of dollars. And they took advantage of a sick individual that is not working and that was just looking to get credible health insurance in a pinch.

The sign-up was easy, but there was some confusion on my end about what exactly was covered. After a couple of calls, everything was clarified. I’m saving some money on premiums, which is nice, but there’s still room for improvement on communication.

Innovative health partners will not answer my calks, return my q5 voicemails pleading for help or answer my 15 enails. I want my $492.90 refund. I've never used their services. They are THE WORST. I've been trying for 3 weeks for get my $$$$$

Innovative Partners saved me some money compared to other plans I looked at. There was a slight delay in getting my documents, but once I received them, everything was fine. I've had no issues with using the coverage so far.

I had some concerns when I first enrolled, but the customer service team was helpful in addressing them. The plan meets my needs for the most part, and I appreciate that the premiums are reasonable. Not perfect, but it works for what I need.

This company is a complete scam. Trying to get health insurance for my son who is dropping off of my health insurance plan. Was charged $363.92 on 9/5/24 & was told we'd receive an email link to login to a portal with our Member ID#. Never received, called again & after sitting on hold for 30 minutes, email address was confirmed. Still never received an email. Then, called again & after another 30 minute hold gave Innovative Partners a different email address. Finally received a link to a very generic portal with no real info on it & was unable to login. Started getting suspicious that I'd been scammed & found a lot of reviews regarding others' being scammed by this company. Agreement was a monthly premium of $263.92 to be charged to my card. Fortunately, I have not had any additional charges to my credit card from this company & I have also disputed the charge with my credit card company as a fraudulent charge. I really don't understand how this company is getting away with this & how they are linked to the Affordable Care Act marketplace portal.

I had a positive experience with Innovative Partners. The rep Alex was informative, but I did have to follow up a couple of times to get my ID card. Once everything was set up, it's been smooth sailing.

It's been a decent experience with innovative Partners. The pricing is affordable, and the process wasn't too complicated, it was all done over the phone and internet. I had a couple of questions about the coverage early on, but customer service sorted it out.

These guys send out illegal robotexts selling bogus health insurance plans. I filed a TCPA lawsuit against them and they did not reply. DO NOT BUY THESE JUNK POLICIES AS IT WAS VERY HARD TO GET A REFUND.

I was scammed from the get go.....I was told my card would not be hit until I approved the policy.....you can not get a copy of the plan until you give them a card RED FLAG . as soon as I hung up waiting to review my plan my card was hit 200 more then I was told and policy was not what he said.. I tried and tried to call and of course no answer. i finally got a hold of someone and told them I wanted it cancelled and they assured me it was and I finally got ahold of the marketer and he said it was canceled.They have hit my card 3 times $820 each time and I was told it was canceled but when card was hit another lie about what I didn't do to cancel even though they said it was. I have seen they have several law suits against them for this.......Please run they are scammers. Im still waiting after months to talk to supervisor......all the emails have was gone????? I have my recordings thankfully from marketer phone call and ins reps from Innovative. I also told it would start immediately but reading the policy It would come effective a month later. I have never heard of this another reason it was to be cancelled.

The customer service was helpful when I needed assistance, though there was some initial delays with receiving information. My coverage has been working well, and the lower premium is a definite plus .

I signed up for this insurance company due to an unexpected turn of events. I’m very disappointed in them because I still haven’t received my insurance cards and it’s been over a month since I’ve been waiting. I was also told that I would receive paperwork and apparently they don’t seem to send that information either. I hope I receive my insurance cards soon or I will think about looking into another insurance company. I don’t understand why it’s taking such a long time. Especially since they said they would expedite it several times!

I had a very positive experience with Innovative. I lost my health insurance due to a job change and needed to find something affordable with coverage that started soon. The agent I spoke with helped me get set up with a new plan for my family and the entire process was done over the phone.

Was tricked into paying for a plan that I was asking for documentation on. Was told that I had to go through an approval process and that I would not be charged until I approved the plan. Was immediately charged. Called customer service and waited on hold for over thirty minutes to be told that it was after five and would have to call back. $675.00 Charged without permission. Before processing I told the Agent that I did not want to be charged for anything yet and he still had me go through with the submission. 9/5 called in another 25 minute hold to be transferred to a customer retention specialist. Tried to get me to keep the policy anyway, even though what happened was unethical. requested full cancellation and money returned, took another 15 minute hold and was told that there will be ANOTHER team that will call back to finalize everything. Waste of time...

The whole process was pretty straightforward. They asked me a number of medical questions, made sure i did not have any underlying health issues and then checked my eligibility for Obamacare and Medicaid! Ultimately the innovative made the most sense and the agent on the phone walked me through every step. So far so good!
