Medium-Risk.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 59.9 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to infringementreports.com's industry. The algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Active. Medium-Risk. tags above. Long story short, we still see some red flags with this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning infringementreports.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between infringementreports.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of infringementreports.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of infringementreports.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. infringementreports.com is a problematic website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether infringementreports.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether infringementreports.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check

Online Reviews of infringementreports.com

infringementreports.com is a scam account the threaten Etsy, Amazon , Ebay, Shopify sellers with fake Infringement Reports. I sell heatless curlers and got fake Infringement Report with totally different product - tie dye hairband ( that i dont sell)
Fake company harassing me on Etsy to which I believe Vietnamese/Chinese Print on Demand companies are behind with a goal to put me out out of business. I believe Printerval/Printblur are doing this because they went after my designs I just had Googleb take down from their website. REPORT THEM! These thieves have some nerve!
Contrary to most of the reviews think here, they are actually just a third party company called Counterfind helping brands to take down infringing materials. They hide behind the infringingreports.com domain, perhaps because they are not very good with their job and they know there are a lot of false hits. It's also possible the error rate is only 1% but they are failing to rectify their mistakes in my case. My emails have been ignored. Their AI system claims that I used trademark words in my listing which I definitely didn't. My case is similar to Apple Inc. banning people from making an apple shaped plush.
Email warnermedia at infringementreports.com is using bots to throw FAKE INFRINGEMENT REPORTS.They report several times per day some of your original content. When they tried to do it for the first time, I reported back and Instagram decided that the post is truly mine. When they did it again a few months later, my Instagram has been taken down.I don't sell on Instagram, and they can't do sh** about my eshop, because they are fake. But still, very annoying.
This company sent false infringement reports claiming to represent strawberry shortcake. They are not a legitimate representation of the company. They are a scam company. Once they discover your shop they continue to send infringement claims until your store is deleted. They got my instagram and facebook pages deleted as well. Don't be afraid of this company because they are not legit. They are some sort of bot.
Not a legitimate website! Received from Instagram that a post was removed due to it being reported by this so called website. I looked into it more and turns out that the website is not even real. It takes you to a shopify sign up page when you go to it. Instagram did very little to help with the issue even after I explained this to them. I sent information they requested, also explained why my post shouldn't have been removed and the issue with this supposed representative that apparently represents every company under the sun but they weren't helpful whatsoever. Make sure to look into it if you receive any of these false claims!
A Totally fake web site, which has no patents nor represents the official company. And yet platforms are listening and taking actions against their claims.Extremely unprofessional staff, and totally scam
They sent vero to my store on e-commerce about strawberry shortcake had my listing turned down I emailed them of course no reply as I now know they are a scam falsely stating they work for these companies
Emily Holt is using illegal tactics and should be disbarred. They do NOT hold the trademarks they claim to. They ARE NOT able to send C&D for "Fair Use" or "Fan Art"
Fraudulent site claiming to be US Federal Government copywrite enforcement agency for the United States Marine Corp. Not only are they fraudulently claiming to be a federal agency they are claiming to own public works protected under article 17 of the United States Code.
This company filed hundreds of false copyright claims on artwork I made on my Instagram. From Sketches to even booth exhibits. They were filed using a bot since the time stamps on all of the claims were seconds apart. One of the main issues, they use false emails to file under the guise of being Marvel, Warner Bros, Toei Animation, and so on. They are indeed not said companies and do these filings knowing the automated systems in place will always favor them over the content creators. There is no way to reach out to them and that is on purpose, they also do not have any known connection with the companies they pretend to be. The end goal is to claim original fan art to then sell it via e-shops for print-on-demand shops in china. Even my personal account on facebook was hit by various false claims about work I did not even do. But again there is nothing you can do other than file a complaint with the State DA for fraud. Which has been done. This site is a known scam and takes advantage of the the broken copyright system in place used by Meta.
Reported [email protected] to the Federal Trade Commission. This is not a legitimate company nor do they represent the companies listed in their fraudulent reports. They are using public information such as IP attorney names, IP registration numbers, ect to initiate fraudulent copyright/trademark takedowns. We hired a DMCA attorney to go after them for targeting our Etsy shop. It's a federal crime to impersonate and or attempt act on behalf of a company you have no affiliation with. The website is not even legit and they do not respond to emails. Report them!
Scammers filing false infringement reports. Pretending to be every company under the sun while searching keywords and flagging every listing they can so that the report will feature their email.warnerbrothers@infringementreports dot commarinecorps@infringementreports dot comgreenlightstudios@infringementreports dot cometcWhy would all these companies work under the same umbrella of a WEBSITE THAT DOESNT EXIST instead of their own legal departments? Yet Amazon, Etsy, and other marketplaces allow them to operate without repercussion.
Harassing me on etsy filing fake infringements.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
