Ordered a hang up heater for our conservatory to keep the dog warm of an evening. The product is very good. Gives off plenty of heat for its size and very happy overall.

These heaters are great value. I needed to have controls on the actual heater which these have. (Other have remotes)So far they are projecting heat which is great. The floor area is still chilly, but I knew that would be the case. I feel confident they will heat my summerhouse sufficiently. My husband installed them with ease. The delivery was super speedy too. We bought an Infrared Crystal Glass Heater 700w for the bathroom. We had little wall space but this fits in beautifully, neat and elegant. More than that, it provides a lovely, gently warmth. Couldn't be happier - perfect!

We are homeowners in Scotland and have no natural gas supply so rely totally on electric heating. We were introduced to infrared heating panels by a friend and are delighted with them. We have installed these panels in every room of the house. They are all ceiling mounted which allows for furniture positioning wherever we like as we have no intrusive radiators to work around. We have opted for the glass panel ones in all rooms except the bathroom where we have a mirror infrared panel. They all work off thermostats and have proved to be both economical and attractive. We have an old stone built property without cavity walls and these panels are great at ensuring we got no mould growth too. I really do recommend them. I have attached a picture of the ones installed in our kitchen.

My HEATER CEILING EXPLODED (Far Infrared Heater "Thermo Glass MAX" - 1200W) and shattered melted glass directly above where people sit. Thank god no one was sat underneath. This heater was faulty as the thermal cut out did not work. It is being sent to the electrical safety council for testing to find out if it did have a cut out or there wasn't even one fitted. The company immediately refunded me the cost of the heater but refused to ap the costs I incurred for the damages, which was over £600 for an electrician and to replace the burned carpet. Neither the company or manufacturer will re-imburse me which i find disgusting. Be very careful buying from this company.

Having purchased an infrared heater over 2 years ago, the unit malfunctioned. After a quick email to the company, they immediately sent out a free of charge replacement under the 5 year warranty.Great customer support

The service was excellent. I asked for and got a small discount, bought five heaters of different types and power, a picture one, a black one, a basic white one with vents and a roll-up hanging one with a picture and another smaller white one. All were well packaged and protected, quick delivery and with plugs, although we wired them into switches. All work well. The roll-up one will also heat the well behind, so best hanging away from the wall. The basic white one with vents at the top is the best and does an excellent job with quick warming. All of them are economical and thin, and unobtrusive, so good for hallways. Easy to fit and also come with optional wheels. Easy non-fiddly controls or complicated working out power reqd. Will buy again.

Good advice received from the company and heaters ordered arrived as scheduled within two days of order. One of the heaters was faulty but a replacement was sent right away.

I ordered a £250 heater which arrived quickly and was wall mounted 5 feet away from my bed. Other than the panel face getting hot, there was no discernible heat emitted into the room and no sign whatsoever of any radiated heat warming me up. I emailed the company for advice but was squarely ignored. As an aside, the wall mounting of the unit was difficult with cheap brackets and lugs on the back of the unit that (somewhat worryingly) bent. I'm now left with a large piece of scrap metal under my bed to fill the void in my bank account.

Heater and service very good. The delivery company APC said they could not find our address and were looking to send back the parcel. I arranged collection from their depot which was 3 miles away

MMy heater freaking exploded just two friggin' weeks after I got it! Can you believe that? And you know what? It's been three whole weeks since then, and not a single soul has bothered to reach out to me. Like, seriously? What kind of company is this? And don't even get me started on their phone lines. They're useless because no one ever bothers to pick up! I swear, something fishy is going on here. How can a company with supposedly good reviews be so freaking awful? It just doesn't make any sense!
