Is infinixdesigns.com Legit?

I had an awful experience with Infinix Designs in San Jose, CA. They failed to complete the project I hired them for, and I had to pay someone else to finish the work. Additionally, they tried to charge me surprise fees multiple times. Their customer service is non-existent, and no one speaks English when you call. I believe this company is a scam. Buyers beware!

This company is almost certainly misrepresenting their physical location. A reviewer on Facebook says Infinix Designs is actually located in Pakistan. But the company claims to be located in San Jose, CA. I paid for a one-hour phone consultation yesterday, and the two people I spoke to had thick Pakistani accents. I have no issue with hiring people from all over the world, but I expect honesty. The key people I had contacts with at this company don't have LinkedIn profiles. Very strange!! But perhaps the most salient point for people thinking of hiring this company is the wording on their website. It's awful English!! Like, everywhere on their website it's obvious it's not written by someone who has a native's grasp of the English language. They are not honestly presenting themselves when they pretend they're located in San Jose, CA.

They took care of my needs, however did not offer any suggestions to help put the video together as a first time creator. I would have appreciate some guidance & expectations guidelines from their expertise because we had to negotiate on terms because they were not giving it first. The video did turned out to be great. Will use again since now I know their expectations.

Infinix Design and Jordan helped us out to build our first website. They did a wonderful job with our logo and website and now they helping us bring more business through social media and google. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for results. Great job Jordan 👏👏

I searched for a web designer that didn’t cost an outrageous amount, talked to numerous companies and even checked out the low cost advertising. To my delight I settled on Infinix Designs. David Jack was great at explaining and walking me through the options and price points! The final product I will have to say was beyond my expectations in design and cost. I needed a basic web sit designed and up and running in short order. After no response from local companies I contacted Infinix. They worked quickly, adapting to my vision, with Joran the project manager always responding to my frequent tweaks. One thing to be aware off is that I had go daddy managed word press hosting, which would have caused Infinix issues with uploading the site they designed. They wanted a C-Panel access host. It did not cost much to change to c-panel but there was a bit of reconfiguration to do to get the domain changed over. Just something to bear in mind, make sure you are c-panel compatible. This little issue did not detract from the overall service or the quality of the finished product. I would use this company again.

Infinix Designs made me a logo, flyers & a website, all three came out AMAZING 😍😍 I couldn’t have made a better choice picking Him to designs all of them. I highly recommend anyone needing a logo or website or anything like that to use him. He is super nice and took care of al my needs.

I saw the ad posted on Facebook for website design and at first I was a little leery of social media ads but I reached out to them and James reached back out to me. I asked does he build church websites and he said yes. I was thoroughly impressed with his level of professionalism and response time. Because I work nights I was out of pocket and couldn’t get back to him in a timely manner but he showed patience and moved on my availability. He gave me options of professional logos and even asked if I needed help with website content. The logo he created was awesome and he’s been very easy to work with. I have absolutely no problem recommended him to other business and organizations and do look forward to him designing my website for my real estate investment company as well. 2 thumbs up!

They are based in pakistan they are selling something that just dont even exist kindly boycott there business report them to authoritize and turn down there so they cant make fool to other customers and one more thing who's experience is not good with them kindly charge back them and claim your money 🤑 back

Very Professional Great customer service Adam was Amazing!! I chose the Package 1 for Starting of my business. I just wanted a Logo that was nice but not costly and Adam nailed it on the first try.
