Is indigopetco.com Legit?

Only given 1 star as there isn’t a 0 star option. Took my money, didn’t ship the order. No response to emails chasing and now I’m getting a bounce back and their web page isn’t live!!!! £20 out of pocket and no goods!

I bought a hair remover for the washing machine, it didn’t remove one single dog hair and there were literally thousands. My comments/questions were removed from instagram and they basically ignored me. I can’t see anything on instagram that’s not praise for the product which is highly suspicious as no one has a product with 100% satisfaction. Very wary, I’ll probably get blocked.

Ordered their suction cup toy. Supposed to last and be durable. In under 48hrs, my 4mo old puppy destroyed it. The suction never worked. The rope was easily frayed. I wrote customer service through their website, twice. No response. I wrote their gmail account, twice. No response. I wrote their Instagram page 3 times. No response. Biggest waste of money. Please so not purchase from this company who refuses proper customer service care. I'll be contacting the BBB for further investigation.

Saw something that looked really nice bought it for my mother as a birthday present, not only did it never arrive, they never responded to any e-mail except on my 5th e-mail - which they didn't offer any help or offer a refund they just told me it's on the way and it's been literal years. Tried reaching them over social media, what do they do? They block you. Yes, instead of offering to help they straight up block you. All the positive comments are allowed to stay and all the negative ones are removed with customers blocked. They are scum with no regard for their customers, if your order gets stuck somewhere, good luck ever getting what you bought or any sort of refund. Very very bad customer service. This site is a JOKE!!! I ordered product Oct 6 and paid more for shipping 5-12 days. Countless emails with generic response and then no response at all. They say guarantee Halloween delivery however i payed extra for faster shipping. i asked them to cancel my order and send full refund and NO RESPONSE ONCE AGAIN. i will start legal action...

I purchased 3 halloween dog outfits on 1st October and after numerous emails requesting a date of shipment, I received a tracking link that showed that a shipment had been created but was never picked up. Further emails have gone unanswered so I have disputed the charge with my bank. Don't trust this website

Don't order anything from this scam website. All products are dropshipping alibaba crap you can order for a fraction of the price from aliexpress. I happened to get a washing machine pet hair remover that does not do anything. Erika, who I assume is either the owner or the owner's girlfriend falsely advertises the products by faking results, carefully cutting videos together and manually putting her own disgusting wet hair into the product and portraying it as the actual results. She also lies about being affiliated with the website and deletes and blocks any negative comments left under a video where she fakes the results of the products she's selling. Dear Erika, you can block me all you want, but it won't stop you and your site from being A SCAM AND A FRAUD. You are falsely advertising the products and I will write a REAL review in every single place possible.

This might just be one of the WORST products on the market. Please do not waste your money. Do not buy it. I bought two of them and they both broke the first time I used them. I contacted the company immediately to ask for a refund. No refunds. No replacements. And they took forever to arrive. Company couldn't care less about customer satisfaction or customer service. I ordered a pet hair removal broom in November 2022. For some unknown reason it was delivered to a package pick-up location, not to my actual house where I had requested the order be delivered while I was on vacation. After a few days at this package pick-up location, the pet hair removal broom was sent back to Indigopetco before I could even accept the package. I emailed their customer service department several times, and messaged the person in charge of their social media account over the last few months with no helpful response or solution. I never received the product even though I was charged for it, and they refuse to give me a refund. What an absolute scam. I'm only giving one star because there is no option to give zero. Stay far from this place!

I ordered from indegopetco on 31 July and paid for shipping to Australia. It’s now 25 August, nothing has arrived and after 3 follow up emails I’ve had no response. No phone number to call and no service. Do not order from these people!

Order 69111It's been more than 2 months and I didn't received my order yet. The USPS tracking number that they provided me state that the order is still in their facility. I don't know how many emails I send them and they never reply back. They don't have any phone numbers or customer service department. AWFUL company!!! Don't ever buy from them. Late September - Ordered Holy Hound Dog and Deadly Doll Dog costumes. 10/9/19 - have not received order, Reached out to Indigo Petco on status. 10/9/19 - received email stating I will receive my order before Halloween. 10/19/19 - received text that order was shipped but did not give tracking number. Sent email to Indigopetco stated that I have a party on 10/26 and need costumes before then.10/30/19-did not receive response from my 10/19/19 email, have sent another email asking for status and requesting directions on returning their costumes 10/31/19-received costume at 11:30am. However, only received 1 costume (Deadly Dog) and as of date (11/4/19) have not received the other costume or response to my email.

It really looks like a SCAM, don't be fooled by fake reviews. My order never arrived, the company does not communicate, will start the chargeback process with my VISA provider.

I’m going to be one of those “wish I could give zero stars” people. I ordered two of their toys advertised on social media. I only received one. Over 4 weeks now of writing them emails (the ONLY way to contact them) and I’ve received not a SINGLE reply, no second item, and no refund. I purchased a Large Indigo Tooth brush for my 60 lb Labrador Retriever. It took only 5 minutes for the toothbrush to be chewed apart by my lab. At the rate the material fell apart, she would have had that thing torn apart by the hour. The company has yet to respond when I requested for my money back. I have tried to get in touch with this company multiple ways. I used their customer service on their website, messaged them on Instagram, and left a review of the product on one of their pictures. I ordered the suction cup toys for my pups, and they arrived pretty quickly. There are supposed to be "indestructible" according to their item description. Within 5 minutes of my dog using it, she had completely torn it apart, and she was just a 5-month-old puppy at the time. I IMMEDIATELY contacted the company for a return or exchange, and they never replied to my email. After another attempt at contacting them, I submitted a resolution via Paypal where they said I never contacted them and I was outside of their 7 days return policy. I ordered two of their products two months ago as presents. They never sent me anything as far as a shipping notification but charged me back when I ordered. I got one just to be safe incase it didn't work. I'm so glad I did. Because it doesn't work at all! I tried it 3 times and each time the plastic piece ring that is supposed to keep the mesh bag on comes off, which then makes the mesh bag come off. I'd be okay with it if it still would catch the fur but nope. Not one piece of my dogs hair has been caught. I went on their website to contact them and saw that they don't do refunds or returns. “Nonexistent customer service”

I ordered the toothbrush hoping it would work. Not for my dog. Ok, no problem. I initiated the return request within their 14 day allowance, but I never heard from them. I emailed 3 times over course of two weeks. And filled our their online contact form twice. I even threatened to file a complaint with BBB but they produced no response. So I filed the complaint with BBB but upon seeing other BBB reviews, it's clear they won't respond to BBB message. Not sure what'll come of all this. Make sure if you order something you won't need to contact CS because I believe they don't have one.
