The algorithm detected possible high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Questionable. Minimal Doubts. Controversial. tags above. Long story short, we recommend using caution when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning indiefy.net, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between indiefy.net and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of indiefy.net. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of indiefy.net, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. indiefy.net is a dubious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether indiefy.net has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether indiefy.net boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, indiefy.net.

It's been a while since I made the terrible mistake of trying to publish one of my songs called "Realize" using their service. And just now, I checked back to see if the song can be taken down finally, which is still not the case, you have to wait for half a year (180 days) to be able to take it down.Which is beyond my comprehension, because they made some completely random and unsolicited changes to the metadata of the release, and most prominently, they changed the composers name to "John Anderson", which they probably pulled out of their ass because that is not even close to being related to me.I tried to email them that there is not supposed to be a random name appearing as the composer of music that I made myself, and in response, they told me that Spotify no longer allows artist names as the composer, so my artist name "meehdrescher" wouldn't be accepted. What really pisses me off about this is that they did neither feel the need to inform me about this, because this was never specified anywhere, nor did they allow me to change it because screw me, I need to pay for their completely overpriced pro subscription. Useless support, useless service, completely unacceptable how lazy they are, will never do anything with them again. If there is still issues after I take the damn song down from their service so I can publish it myself, I will take legal action.Final Rating: -1/10
Dreadful customer service (they are nice, but really not helpful), they have this pro version, which costs for 2 months, as much as Distrokid for a year, which is supposed to let you release on all platforms. I can't tell how many times I had to ask them and verify multiple times to actually release on the platforms, they are suppose to do.
Date of experience: December 05, 2024
Indiefy Pro was a major letdown. I paid for the service, but my song was never released as promised. When I asked for a refund, they refused and offered no real support. Very disappointing experience. Be cautious if you’re considering them!
Date of experience: November 26, 2024
Well, So far so good with Indiefy basic free account. They're legit but if you're not a big artist and verified it limits your releases per month and tracks per release (5). I'd highly recommend them regardless. You don't have to pay to keep your music up. I'm pretty sure they keep it up once it's published. Unlike Distrokid or Songtradr who charge you for every release..
I am Rating indiefy 100% Rating for the perfect service rendered compared to other distribution servicesmy special gratitude goes to César Andrés Gómez..he talks to me with love he never gets tired he solves problems as soon as possible and ask you do you still me need to ask more... keep the good work in indiefy/ César Andrés Gómez.
Indiefy has two problems you should be aware of:1. They take a portion of your royalties.2. The payout system takes longer than other distributors. Now let's talk about their strongest features. They have the best price for unlimited artists. I like to release my concept projects under different artist names. Compared to other distributors they offer unlimited artists and releases for one hundred dollars. That's an unmatched feature. The PRO account also has live chat with Support, and it was fast and helpful.Overall, if you want an easy way to release different artists, the price is the best.Thank you for listening to my TED talk.
This the best distribution I'll give y'all that, but then with the streams I had made since two years back they don't want to show how to be withdrawn but all is good because I give y'all 90%
It's been almost a year and a half since they haven't paid my money, I've asked twice for more than a year, my money hasn't arrived in my Stripe account.
Some functions are not very friendly, like the Pay-to-go services per song/artist. But the releases out in the specifed date correctly. We not claiming copyrights yet, so we use the free services (such as distribution), and the support is kind. If you order the pay-to-go service once, the system asking for payment the first time (even if its just a missclick), so not use a "are you really want to buy this?" message box procedure, like other platforms. - I hope this is gonna get fixed soon. No other problems then.
It shows you how to do everything pretty simply. You can publish your music for free, choose your artist name, make your own cover photo for songs, and publish together or separate. But if you want to choose what stores you publish to, or publish in less than 3 weeks, you have to pay. Customer support is pretty fast and they're really helpful.
Indiefy service is a very duplicated and complicated service it can't be good neither can it also be bad I've been using it for the past 3 years now,no new change still the old same gradually process but all still the same they offer their main motive i.e Free Music DistributionCan't say it a Scam or not but if y'all want you can login to there website and try your experience with them then you can leave your own review i.e POV>point of view
They accused me of artificial growth and froze my account, they don't pay any royalties anymore and I also cant withdrawal cuz I have frozen account, moderators take hours to respond in a chat, and if they do they most times don't help..it says like 1 position in queue infinitly. I will leave your stupid distribution thingy, yes its easy to upload ur music, get verified artist profiles, but I want to also get money which I dont get
I like your service, thanks to it, we have already sent a request to receive the official channel of the artist on YouTube) this is important to me! for me your service is the best I have worked with, thank you! Well, if you need help, please contact us too, sincerely your client STOR-MEL :) PS. WAIT FOR NEW TRACKS ;-)
Luis is good and he really works hard, though is always difficoult to obtain changes through indiefy, he really made his best
Scam, they'll hold your earnings & catalog for ransom, meaning you cannot access your dashboard until you pay their hefty monthly subscription.Checkout Routenote or Soundrop instead.
Indiefy is a wonderful distribution company they take out there time to talk to the musicians and helps provide what the artists ask for...thank you Indiefy for replying back everything I requested help... 5 stars 🌟
Good service, recently I wanted to takedown my songs and they did exactly that. Really good for distributing music, used the service for over 2 years. Would highly rate for people to use.
(OK SO BEFORE YOU SAY THIS IS FAKE YOU CAN CHECK MY SONGS ON SPOTIFY UNDER THE NAME DonutCHEERI and also google it and get the knowledge panel)So im a producer and i make edm music on my owni havnt had a problem with indiefy. all my releases are coming out smoothlybut i have 2 complaints1. Indiefy not ther on the youtube music partners so its not as easy to get OAC as other distributers2. when my songs are uploaded on other platforms i dont have like amazon prime etc, the profile picture of the artist is not righti got it correct on spotify because i claimed my artist but i can do so on 11 different stores at the same time so yeahbut all in all i'm able to use this platform well and i really dont know how others got a bad experience

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
