“Worst experience dealing with the staff and purchase.”

I would never recommend your service to anyone. Over 3 weeks of delay, missing items, incorrect information, lack of customer service and false and disrespectful behaviour of staff. Ultimately, I had to go to the courier shop to collect the item as they refused to deliver because of the lazy courier service. The item was defective, wrong size and inferior quality. Part of the item they sent to a different address in a different country. I was planning to wear the traditional wear for a family wedding but I couldn't as it was not delivered on time even though I had ordered in over 6-8 weeks before and the promised delivery time was 2 -3 weeks. I had to go and buy new clothing and all the inconvenience caused due to your delays and inefficiency, excuses and blatant lies. No formal apology or REFUND was provided either. Terrible experience. I wish I could give you negative rating below 1 star.

This is actually for two purchases. One was the wrong size, and it was replaced without hassle (after I showed evidence of the problem). The other was a beautiful salwar kameez, which fit well. I think it is important for customers to know that problems are addressed and solved by Indian Wedding Saree- there are many companies which just ignore the concerns of their customers. These people did a good job.

The staff at Indian Wedding Saree were awesome from the time my order was placed to delivery. It was our first Indian Wedding experience and the garments we purchased (2) fit perfectly and were absolutely beautiful. The team expedited my 2 orders to ensure they arrived in time for the event. The communication via WhatsApp was very prompt and personable. I wish I had known what a positive online experience this would be in advance so I could provide recommendations to other family members looking for wedding attire! Stitched products were perfect and as expected. However both of my recent orders were not delivered by the expected delivery date. If you have more than one item in your order, the order will be shipped when all products are ready. In my case, delivery was about 1 to 2 weeks later than the advertised delivery date.

Kurta postage was delayed even though the order was placed well in advance, since the order was delayed the person could not wear it for the function. The material/cloth used was very very cheap. & we received the Jacket with wrinkles due to the ironing heat. “Customer service not cooperative on return”

I ordered two kurtas for an important event just two weeks away, but they arrived late and fit uncomfortably tight. I was traveling for the event when they finally showed up, and upon coming back and trying them on, I found out that I had only a two-day return window. When I reached out to the support team, they were unhelpful and refused to process my return. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I am thoroughly disappointed. I ordered the dress a month and a half before my nieces wedding, it wasn't until weeks later, when I got an email regarding the maximum length, I also go a what's app text message, I replied to the text within minutes. When I realized I didn't get a email about the dress being shipped I reached out. I was advised that they didn't send it because I didn't get a reply to the email, and with their poor communication, they did not know I received or replied to the text. I confirmed, after a week I called again and they still had not sent it. The dress did not arrive in time and I had to figure out and buy another dress for the wedding.
