Is indiantraders.com Legit?

I chose the 'Celebrate the Horse' blanket to mark a milestone in mine and my family's life ... it is our third Pendleton blanket and we cannot fathom how we lived without them previously ... whether snuggled under one gazing skyward in the night watching a summer meteor shower, or cuddled on the couch in winter months taking in a Ken Burns documentary ... one feels secure and safe, under a little bit of 'history in a blanket'

After searching the internet at the manufacture's list of dealers carrying the item we were hunting for, we discovered all we either out of stock or had tripled the price. The manufacture themselves were backordered until late March. Doing an indep. web search we found your site and love what you offer. You sold the item at their same cost and small delivery in 2 days times! You guys ROCK and we will start all our gift searches with you 1st! Thank you for making our shopping easy!!

I had ordered an item to be shipped to an address in L.A., as I was traveling and live in Toronto, Canada. I accidentally transposed the numbers in the street address (a non-existant house!), and informed L7 Enterprises (the shipping agent), yet, due to their quick service, the item had already been shipped. The good news was L7's customer service, in the person of Curtis Liles, who responded immediately to the problem, provided excellent advice and follow-up, and we managed to catch the USPS delivery. Curtis saved the day, and I'm greatly appreciative.

I am a Colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserve. I have used Indian Traders multiple times now retirement gifts for supervisors and friends. I usually order the BZ-51127 American Bald Eagle & Old Glory statue. It is a perfect gift. Curtis Liles was amazing at helping me do a short notice order going to an address other than my home. I was vacationing in the southwest this summer and wanted a nice piece of Hopi silver jewelry. I almost bought a piece from a gift shop but decided to look online and recognized the Indiantraders.com that I had ordered from in the past. Found a much better price and selection with the artist / craftsmen listed for each piece. I ordered it 2 days before returning home and received it the day after I returned home shipped usps at no extra charge.I am extremely pleased with my item and will do business again with Indian traders!

We had a very positive experience with Indian Traders. We ordered a Pendelton pillow and somehow didn't get the right data entered for the discount. We simply e-mailed them and they promptly fixed the order with the discount. The pillow arrived at our doorstep in record time. We highly recommend this site.

Great selection, good pricing, free shipping. Ships in two days (day of, day after, then ship). Typical of smaller outfits, a lot of places ship same day or next. Otherwise really good service. Easy to track when it shipped and they send emails to confirm order. Loved the selection of goods! Sent as a gift, recipient was thrilled! (helped that it arrived early in the day).

The worksmanship of my Hopi overlay bracelet is exceptional and just what I was hoping for. I have collected native american jewelry (to wear!) over some years and know how to identify the authentic pieces from the alternative. I am very pleased with the piece I received and am wearing it nearly every day! I also feel fortunate to have found this Hopi bracelet in a very small size (sometimes hard to find). This seems to be an honest and quality company to do business with. My piece arrived fairly quickly too! Very happy customer here!

Love this store. Beautiful jewelry, Pendleton blankets, leather, all kinds of unique things. The help there is so kind and patient and willing to help you find something special. They will even customize a bracelet for someone like me who has a small wrist and can't find a turquoise bracelet that fits. I only recently discovered this store, but it's definitely one I like going to a lot!

So happy to have purchased the American Treasures blanket in midnight in recognition of the National Parks Service 100th anniversary. The design is beautiful and the colors are crisp and rich. Blanket is tightly woven and lightweight. Looking forward to using it this winter.

My blankets arrived exactly as I ordered from website! This was my first time ordering from this company but I will certainly use them again. Their blanket selection is fantastic if you are looking for Pendleton wool blankets, they had the biggest selection I have seen with good info on each design.

Ordered a particular band style ring for my wedding band. With only being able to see what I was buying by looking at a picture, I can honestly say that I am extremely pleased. This ring has specific meaning to my wife and I as we both come from indian decent. We both love it. Thank you sooooooo much for a beautiful piece of jewelry. I have never received an item so quickly after ordering it! I ordered two different items two different times. One of the orders was placed the AFTERNOON before, and I still received the item the next day......and got free shipping on both orders. I ordered two Pendleton wool blankets.....both new and in excellent condition......anytime I am looking for a similar product, I will always go to Indian Traders first to see if they have it.

Friendly expedient service. I was shipping my mother a lovely Valentines gift when just by chance it didn't make it to her. The owner or one of the employees totally understood and was super nice to me refunded my card and was totally a gentleman about the situation which making him friendly and expedient.

I had purchased a Pendleton Blanket and a design bracelet. They didn't have the bracelet in stock but called me and offered a similar bracelet. Taking the time out for a phone call was greatly appreciated and shows that Indian traders cares about the client. This level of service is lost to most companies today. I will definitely purchase from them again!

Not 100% wool, and not exactly comfortable against bare skin, a little pricey. But obviously made with heart and effort, fantastic patterns and stories behind them. Great customer service.

I received the Leather & Turquoise bracelet by Martinez as a 60th birthday gift from my husband. It was ordered on a Wednesday and arrived that Friday in time for my birthday. I love this bracelet! It is exactly described and pictured on the website. The quality of craftsmanship is superb!
