“Fun surveys”

Lots of surveys available, sadly often screened out so takes a while to earn rewards, but once you hit the redeem targets it's quick and easy to redeem.

The surveys are varied and (mostly) interesting. You can redeem your reward from as little as £5 too, and this can add up quite quickly. There is a huge area for queries which are relevant to the surveys, the only downside I found was when I had a query relating to a payment (one off mind you!), I couldn't contact them directly easily at all. Otherwise the payments come through to you quickly (via email) and it's great being able to use them for what ever you want - a variety of reward options are available by way of gift cards. It is fantastic to hear ads that refer to questions you've answered, it validates the ad too. However many times you fill in demographics and find the survey is full or finished. I limit myself to 3 goes and then give up. It took a a little while to find out how to redeem the cash I'd earned, now I'm waiting for the voucher to arrive as looking forward to buying a versatile griddle/ roasting pan/casserole dish that should be a great space saver when we venture off for adventures in our motorhome.

That was what I wrote yesterday: "It's been 5 days since I asked for the cash-out maybe 2 weeks since I finished all the tasks. Every time I receive irrelevant answers and more questions, I try to contact them. But the result is nothing. The cash out is registered as redemption in the account but the delivery date is pending. Nothing happens, nobody answers properly. " Finally, I received the cash-out today, after a week-long of emails and this review. Ok, I am convinced that the program is not a scam but their processes are not clear, not straight through and they don't read your questions - they provide generic answers. Just know before you start.

I've been a member of inbox pounds for a few years now, admittedly it's a little slower to cash out on this site as the surveys tend to be worth less than other survey sites (the main reason I gave 4 stars) but you can top up with the paid emails and there is some good offers to complete too. “Surveys completed, not rewarded”

Very disappointing that I can spend hours completing surveys, get right to the end and then be told I have screened out and therefore do not get the promised reward (which is usually extremely low anyway). Clearly the surveys and data are being used - the respondents are simply not being compensated for their time. Happens too often to be technical errors as inboxpounds suggests this might be the case. Waste of time contacting them as you just get a standardised reply saying they will look into it and then no further communication from them - ie. Just the usual fob off. I will not be wasting any more time with this site.

Use the website fairly often which has a fair number of surveys. Don't always qualify which is annoying at times but do have other offers and earning a bit daily with the search tool. Quick enough with their payouts as well. Service Value Quality
