I came to IFCA with no business, no systems, no clients. I had no idea what was possible. 5 months later, I have doubled my income from last year of in-person coaching. Not only the money, I have the confidence and skills to apply in and out of my business. My coach, Heather, helped me through every step. IFCA had a template and training for everything. IFCA is insane. Legitimately within the first couple of days I knew I had made a great decision. If you’re trying to make online fitness coaching work for you, this is the route to take. I have been an in person fitness trainer and group fitness instructor since 2010. Now with two little kids I have been wanting to grow and scale without committing all my time to seeing clients in person during set hours.I had been growing but it was slow and I was sporadic and unfocused and when I finally set up a discovery call it was EVERYTHING that I had been wanting. I certainly thought about it because it was in investment in myself and my business again, but when I realized that I NEEDED this to grow to what I dream I could, then there wasn't really another option.This program is SO THOROUGH (it's almost overwhelming at how every single thing is thought through!) But with Nick my coach, I was able to keep the focus on what was right in front of me and what was going to be most beneficial moving forward and not get sidetracked.I also appreciated going through a form of coaching that will be similar to what my clients experience in terms of the feelings and emotions and overwhelm that they might experience. I experienced it too, but a good coach helps continue to re-focus, dial it in and guide through that so now I can confidently look back and understand WHY ever single thing is done the way it is... and it will be the same with the clients I coach.This isn't for someone who isn't going to push it a bit, who isn't going to listen and BE COACHED or not commit the time.But it certainly is for someone who Is excited about growth, finding another way than in-person, and being able to grow, scale and help more people with your guidance. There are opportunities to connect with others doing similar coaching and it is exciting and inspiring and also reassuring that there is plenty of clients for everyone and we just need to be solid in who we are as a coach and person and what we offer.I was so nervous to invest, but it freakin' works! I have now surpassed what I have invested in less than 14 weeks and I am confident I will be able to keep growing because I now have a support team that is rock solid.So if you're still thinking...stop. DO IT

Before IFCA I was confident in my coaching skills but felt totally lost on how to run any of the business side of things. I've loved the info I've gotten from IFCA and the guidance. My success coach is Nick and he has been great at answering any questions and talking me off of a ledge when I start to feel stress about things. IFCA has been very helpful to me as I start my online fitness business. The support has been there every step of the way, and all of the video modules have been very clear and precise. Working with my success coach has helped keep me focused on the plan, and given me a better idea of what I need to do specifically to help with my business. There are office hours every day that are helpful to ask specific questions, as well as step by step modules that explain more of the technical side of the business. Overall, I am very happy with my IFCA experience in my first month.
