All's well that ends well. I wondered if this would be a challenging unlock given that I finally found the phone a couple of years after it was reported lost, and had last used it when I lived in another country. Hence, it turned into a 2-step process, and took longer than expected, BUT all that matters is that it did get unlocked in the end. If you're wondering if these folks can deliver, no matter the circumstances, and are as good as their word, the answer is YES.

The company claims to help you for as little as 28$ for an iCloud unlock but then tells you they cannot help unless you go with the premium service for $40 more. Not mentioned anywhere on their website they came back with some altered screenshots where you couldn't see the price claiming that the second pricing was also mentioned at the sale time which is a lie.So basically for 28$ they literally tell you to contact Apple or the previous owner!? Ripp off

I paid for an unlock up front, and then after waiting for 2 months, I requested a refund. I was given some BS line about waiting for the unlock terms and conditions time frame, but there is no time frame mentioned in their terms, and when I stated the unlock was quite lengthy and asked exactly how much longer I'd need to wait for a refund, they simply ghosted me. Mind you, I followed up the email once again but nothing. Very unethical company, does anyone know if there is a way to sue them via a watchdog group?

Another business that promises you the world (or just iCloud freedom) but says there is a problem with your Imei and they can’t unlock it! It’s just like every other scam company! You will not get your iCloud unlocked there. If you already have given them money, get in contact with the federal bureau of consumer protection like .iC3.gov. And the Better Business Bureau or some sort of Consumer protection. Now they only accept 2 types of credit card. Is that because of the companies they screwed over as well?

Tried to unlock a Samsung phone, took more than 2 months without success, more than 10 email and always received same answer from Tim.The worst thing was that I paid two time, first time I paid US$40, believed it was a full payment but this was just a fee to check the IMEI status, then they asked for a US$125 to complete the order and I'm still waiting for it.Be aware of this site, some people say is legit but I don't think it.

IMEIDoctor is a SCAM. This device was always in the possession of our business, but IMEIDoctor claimed that the phone had been stolen and that security event blocked them from unlocking it. They then stated that the fine print in their contract allowed them to still charge full price despite delivering nothing. Refund requested, not provided.

After having a bad experience with mobileunlocked.com adding a hidden charge on that wasn't clear (and trying to charge me £75). I tried IMEIDoctor instead, the process was quick, taking 24 hours, there was a second charge after the initial cost but this was explained clearly and overall cost half what the other site did.

I paid to have an Apple watch device lock removed. After payment they send an email saying that I have to pay a bit more to finish the unlocking. The initial payment is apparently for tools to do the unlocking myself, which is instructions to either contact the previous owner (who is not answering my calls) or bring it to Apple with proof of ownership. No refund of course.Anyone interested in the actual emails they sent me feel free to comment and I'll send it over.

They put an unlocking service as 28usd then in the next page of the payment you can see it still is 28 as Total price but below hidden in super tiny letters there is an "additional" fee of 29 more, the funny thing is that they place it in the "terms and conditions" very clear that the first payment can't be refunded! So... a clear scam! That's how I feel now, robbed! They also don't respond to my emails, even I tried to cancel my order(15 mins after paying) saying: "hey I know I lost the pre-order costs but at least give back the order please" No emails, it's like I don't exist,I will be updating this post because 2 weeks have been past and still no answer of my cancellation nor my order status.

My phone was locked from being in a payment plan, which meant I couldn't use the dual sim capability. I was very cynical when i paid the first instalment and almost immediately there was a request for a further larger payment. However i needed to free up the phone for use with a 2nd SIM. the time was a couple of days longer than was estimated which i thought was going to lead to a request for further payment - but i was pleasantly surprised when I got an email saying all complete. It has worked and I'm very happy with the service.

Scam. Wouldn’t take any of my credit cards (Chase Freedom/Sapphire). Shoulda known right then and there. I paid $28 via debit for them to unlock my phone. Nothing happened. When I click on that I'm taken to a page that tells me contact the previous owner, or if I can't, to pay them another $42 dollars to complete the process. The process that was supposed to cost $28. What a scam.It's a shame. If they can do what they claim to do (unlock iCloud authorization), they could make good money with some honest business practices.

Found this website that claimed they unlock your iPhone for $28. Paid the fee and after 3 days I received an email from this company stating that if I wanted to have my phone unlocked it would cost me another $56 and that if I did not want to proceed and continue to get ripped off my initial $28 payment is none refundable and that I would loose my initial payment. Their email also claims that these details are written on their website and they probably are somewhere in very fine print but they are certainly not listed on the first page where it is clearly written in big white letters that the unlock costs $28. Nowhere does it say there will be an additional fee. Beware!

They state that there's no hidden fee and all prices are final once you entered your IMEI however this is not so. Once you entered your IMEI is states $28 for your device to be unlocked then you receive an email saying an additional fee should be paid before you receive the unlock code that's false advertising. I have attached a photo where they claim there's no hidden fee but will email you about additional cost. They won't unlock your phone just charge you more than what was originally agreed upon. Service is exceptionally good. It took just 3 days to unlock my phone. The only concern I had was regarding the price. The premium is very expensive and it would have been helpful if the premium prices were also displayed before hand.

They write that you need to wait 30 days (btw great premium service :D) and now I am waiting 3 months and nothing. Written countless message = nothing. I would put zero stars if I could. I definitely do not reconnect them!

Have been waiting almost 7 months and nothing. They said it wouldn't cost more after initial payment... asked for more money saying they needed to use another program or whatever for my activation unlock. “Clean IMEI they claim is blacklisted”

Checked my IMEI number on multiple sites and it came back clean. I then paid for their iPhone unlocking service. They came back and said I had to upgrade to the premium service because the phone was still under contract. Paid for their premium service. After a couple weeks, they said the IMEI was on the global blacklist. I have sent them multiple emails showing that the IMEI is in fact no black listed, but have received no response. Only time will tell if they will respond on here. I would not recommend doing any business with them.

First let me say that I should have known that it was too good to be true. Just like the countless videos on YouTube that claim they can show you how to unlock your iPhone. Pure B. S. This site/business is a scam that, like most, preys on people who are at their wits end and have tried several ways to get their phone unlocked without success. They swoop in and tell you that they can do it in a couple of days. Not true. It has been over four months since I gave them my money and my phone IMEI without any success. What's worse is they lead you on for the first 90 days telling you it will take up to 90 days or so. Then they will not communicate with you when you ask for a refund. Pure Scam... and I'm the sucker, like many, who fell for their load of crap. Oh well, lesson learned. Use your money to buy a new or used phone instead of making these creeps rich. Good luck.

Sprint unlock. Money taken (more than initially offered on their web-site), offered 1 to 30 days until completion with lengthy but trustworthy process bar (basically 1% per day). I waited 80 days. Unlock never happened, no response from them, and not money back upon request.

Placed the unlock service order on 7/19/19 and was asked to pay $100+ more for the premium service. After the progress percentage bar reached 100% after 40+ days, my iPhone 7 was still locked. Now 70 days passed and asked to get full refund. No reply from the site except the same message again and again: This IMEI was issued to the carrier on the 20th as per your order status page and is currently in process, don't worry as soon as it's been unlocked you will be emailed as well as the order status page being updated. “Surprisingly, not a scam!”

I was incredibly nervous about using these guys as I paid and THEN saw all the bad reviews, and then the sinking feeling that they were gonna scam me too. Not saying that they don't scam people, they may well do, but thankfully for me it worked, a locked EE iPhone 7 (under 6 months old too, which is usually a no-go), done after about 4 days. And no this is not a paid review posted by them! Up to you whether you chose to take the gamble, but it actually worked for me!

To everyone on here that doesn't read and shots out scam! The 20-28 dollars you pay up front is a partial payment. There is NOWHERE on Earth that will unlock your phone this way that cheap. If you actually type in your phone's IMEI number in advance it will tell you how much the rest will cost. I've used this service three times. It works. If you bought a phone from someone you need to check to make sure the phone hasn't been reported stolen before you buy it. The only reason I'm given the four stars is because sometimes it can take a long time. They will send you a link with a progress bar so you can check the status.
