It's very hard to login into my IL MAKIAGE account via a web link sent to my email every time. This makes re-ordering or buying new products very difficult, every time I want to shop I need to get a link sent to my email in order to login. The user interface design is also messy/bugy at check out. I know it's preferred I "subscribe" for my products, but I travel a lot for work and need my products shipped according to when I am home. A lot women travel and can't subscribe, even a point system would be better at this point. Any improvements here would be great because your products are very good and I used to order a lot from Sephora. Thank you.

I got sucked in by all those Instagram ads and, at first, I was impressed! But then I found out they use known carcinogens like talc in their products, and that totally changed my opinion. It’s so disappointing that cosmetics companies prioritize flashy advertising over using better, safer ingredients.And no, not all foundations have talc—take MAC, for example. While it’s not the cleanest brand, at least they don’t use talc. I really wish companies like Il Makiage would take their customers' overall well-being more seriously. The algorithm did a good job color matching, so I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1.
