I don't understand the bad reviews for this company. I have ordered from them several times and have never been disappointed. Items are as described and are cheaper than retail. I love their products and delivery was on time everytime. I will continue to order from them .
This is the best affordable online makeup store I have ever used. I have already ordered four or five times on their website and all times have been amazing experiences. Every time I order, my items get shipped out within two days of them receiving my order and I receive them within the same week even though I always get free shipping. I'm surprised not many people know about them. Their makeup items for sale are affordable and they ship things out super fast. Also they never mess up my orders and I do order a lot of items from their site. I highly recommend this company, they are amazing !

Shipping was fast, and everything came in wrapped in tissue paper stuffed with a bunch of foam peanuts, so you don't have to worry about anything breaking. There isn't really anything to complain about, except for their shipping rates. The last thing I ordered cost around $3 and shipping was way more than that, which is why I don't buy from them anymore. There's no way of getting free shipping, so unless ya'll are going to buy a lot of stuff, it won't be worth it buying from here. They do carry good quality makeup and other stuff. They hold a lot of great dupes too.

I read the FAQ page and emailed them, and texted, and filled out the form on the site, NO ONE WILL RESPOND their customer service is nonexistent and now its too late to cancel my order so even if they responded they wouldn't be able to do anything.
I made a $100 purchase through ikatehouse and received everything in perfect condition. My items (all fake nails) came in, in only five days.I get compliments all the time on my nails. I literally have a year supply for $100! I recommend ikatehouse to anyone that will listen lol.
I purchased about $40 worth of nails and I swear they doubled my order! They even included a bag of nail glue (about 20 bottles) that I didn't order! I got my package fast too, within a few days. I will definitely be ordering again.

Awful, awful,awful!!!!! I will never order from this company again. I ordered three items, received only two. One of the items were oozing out of the tube. I tried contacting the company, no luck. Waiting on a refund that I will probably never receive. Never again.
Okay, so I order from this place frequently and it’s okay it’s like a hit or miss. The problem that I'm having with this company currently is the face mask that’s being sold on their website. There called 3D mask and they come in black, grey, and pink I ordered 3 and these little pieces of cloth they will not protect you against anything at all, there is no filter. It’s just a piece of cloth I wasted 10$ on these so called mask. When I went to write a review they manipulated the rating system when I rated the mask 1 star it automatically changed to 4 stars and now I’m blocked from posting reviews. I received my order pretty fast but they sent the wrong item in my order and I wasn’t happy about that because the item I ordered is out of stock almost everywhere. I sent them a message through text and WhatsApp just waiting for someone to help me with this mess.
Beware!!! I placed my order on 07/14/2020. I have never received my order. The customer service department is a joke. I sent a email to them and all I got was a dummy response with the same tracking number link that I sent to them. I am so disappointed in this company due to they are listed as the same business address as Sams Beauty which I am a valued customer with them and I have never had a problem with. I sent a dispute to the USPS and they investigated and my package was lost per the postal supervisor. I sent 2 emails and forwarded the USPS email and got another dummy response that they will follow-up but nothing back. Buyers Beware!!! If you wanna give away money and get nothing in return but irritation and no products.

I ordered (for the first time) from ikatehouse on November 27. I emailed them about the tracking number, as I was having problems tracking my order (not their fault, I was using the wrong number! Oops...) They got back to me very quickly, helped me out and explained everything. I was then able to correctly track my order. Today, November 30, I received my order! Inside the package it smelled amazing; like perfume! I ordered 6 L.A. Colors Matte Pout Lipgloss, and I love every single one. Each cost one dollar. Shipping cost wasn't too bad either. In all, it cost $10.66. Which is pretty great in my opinion. I will definitely be ordering from ikatehouse again.

This is the second time that this happen to me. Learn my lesson, order from the company itself or well establish third party company that been around for years, do research on companies that you don't know nothing about and that someone told you about before ordering, order $10.00 worth of stuff or lesser to see if you going to receive the items, so, you won't get made if you don't receive the items because you spend an amount that you won't miss, and used a prepaid card to order. Horrible company. I ordered over 100 worth of items and never recieved. I have emailed them over 30 times with absolutely no response. Finally had to file a fraud charge at my bank to get my money back. After much research they seem to have alot of bad reviews every where and most of the good ones seem a little fishy to me. They only seem to get 1 out of 100 orders right. They never refund, they will just ignore you. I would recommend ordering from a better company. There are tons of better companies out there with good prices.

I almost did not order due to questionable reviews, but I received my items very quickly, and the pricing was excellent. I ordered artificial nails, and the price was less than half of other places. I will note, the glue that came in the packaging was hardened, which happens over time, but they enclosed two additional glue bottles at no charge. Very satisfied and will use again. Good prices on good products. But the site is a scam. You are sent a coupon that is immediately invalidated. They do not help you with a new coupon.
