I gave up on them after several weeks of these amateurs playing games with me, just waiting..... and waiting....I will never deal with this company again! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered 2 scooters they only delivered one. Their phone lines go to voicemail and they ignore the emails. The scooter they did deliver is not what I ordered. They created fake tracking for the second scooter then deleted it! The tracking for the first states 2 scooters delivered when it was only 1 scooter delivered! The use the shop App but removed my option to review them. Tried to review them on their website but have had no luck.

This company is a scam Avoid ! Bought a scooter worked once and then never turned on again took months of emailing different email addresses to get a reply to be told it was faulty but I would have to pay for a replacement battery to be posted or get it fixed at my own cost I’ve tried calling different numbers just goes straight to voicemail no one calls you back totally ignored paid 395 for a scooter for a present for my son he is unable to use. No customer service when I said I wasn’t paying any extra I’ve had no reply.

My son, whose birthday present it was, was thrown to ground and the hoverboard continued to somersault on the floor. unpleasant experience, not a serious company, I have been asking them for 3 weeks to send me a label to return a scooter that I bought and it is defective. They are very difficult to answer and they insist on giving me products only to give up the return request, so it is clear that they know that the products are not of quality. A very untrustworthy retailer, do not spend your money here.I purchased a Hoverboard from this company for my son last Christmas and 5 MONTHS LATER he still doesn't !!ihoverboard.com took my money and then emailed to say the board I had brought was out of stock. I had an issue with my first scooter (no fault of the company) so on sending an email outlining my problem I was in touch with an amazing customer service representative called Lynn! Wow I’m no time at all she listened to my problem and said all the right things to make me happy after I thought oh she is just giving me the run around as I dint get a reply but to my amazement a brand new device was delivered b4 I opened the response email amazing company and an even more amazing customer service (Lynn your my hero) please if anyone has issues with the company please give them a little time because they go above and beyond to rectify any issues. No replies to emails, phone just rings out to an answerphone message telling you in broken English that you in a queue and they will get back to you. The depot in near West brom does not exist.
