Medium-Risk. Alert.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 47.3 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to ihealthlabs.com's industry. The algorithm detected potential high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Doubtful. Medium-Risk. Alert. tags above. Long story short, we caution you about using this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning ihealthlabs.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between ihealthlabs.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of ihealthlabs.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of ihealthlabs.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. ihealthlabs.com is a suspect website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether ihealthlabs.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether ihealthlabs.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, ihealthlabs.com.

Keiwanda in customer services has gone above and beyond. Keiwanda is a credit to the company.I love my scales and changing my phone the app has stopped working.Keiwanda has tried tirelessly to help and has now passed me to their Europe office. All avenues have been exhausted. Keiwanda has tired all possibilities and wasn't giving up. Thank youFingers crossed Europe can help!
iHeath provides a blood pressure tracking service through my medicare doctor's prescription. I take my blood pressure once a day or more, with their device, which sends the result to a reviewer that will notify my doctor of any extremes that may need attention. I find the service helpful to me in managing my health realtime with my healthcare team through fairly simple tech innovation that uses the internet to send my data every day. I feel pretty good about how this works.
Frankly, most things that I purchase from Amazon have little to no customer service. iHealth is a notable exception. A small part broke, they answered the phone, asked for a picture, sent me the part. It was a simple few minutes on the phone. Good outfit based on my experience.
I have an iHealth Blood Pressure Cuff. It has been working great and I have been using it four about 8 months. For whatever reason, it started getting some high BP readings. Uncertain what changed but confirmed with my doctor that I wasn't losing my mind. Since the product was under warranty, I contacted the Support Staff at iHealth. They were friendly, professional and were pleased to accommodate my request for a replacement unit. No big issue like I read on Amazon. They listened and are happy to send out a replacement unit. So don't always believe a review when someone is having a bad day, etc. These guys are great!! This prompted my following comments to them:First, thank you for backing your products. Also, having professional staff that listen and address the customer's needs. Things wear out over time and the fact that you support your products is a reason I will continue to purchase products. Again, Thank you!"
I had a problem with the blood pressure monitor being 16 points off and it was past my window to return to Amazon. I contacted iHealth lab and it was an exceptional return process and I had a new one with the week. I contacted them by email which I like better than on the phone. Everyone was nice and helpful.
I have been having extremely serious problems with very low blood pressure. My physician suggested I purchase a BP device and send 3 to 4 readings a day to his office to monitor my BP. I had no experience taking my blood pressure, even after reading the instructions. I called iHealth's technical support. The agent patiently worked with me until I completely understood how to accurately take my blood pressure, and showed me how to download it to my phone and send the data to my cardiologist directly. The device, the iHealth Tracker, is easy to use, provides accurate BP readings, and easy for use thanks to their excellent tech support staff that are available at anytime to provide assistance. I didn't sit on hold for 30 minutes, a live agent was readily available to assist. He offered his office number and email if I needed to reach out for further assistance. Thank you iHealth for your great customer service and an excellent product!!
I have several products for my health which I use daily for the past 4-5 years. They a well built and proven to help tract the vitals of an individual. I had only problem with one product the Clear BPM and tech support was available to correct my error in usage. I believe in their products
I had an issue with my device. Those things happen. The customer service was prompt in their reply to try to fix the issue. When that didn’t work, they agreed to replace the device since it was still under warranty. That took very little time to get approved and sent. We need more companies like this one that is fair and prompt. Thank you for being a solid company in a world of confusion. You guys are amazing
Bought an iHealth blood pressure monitor a couple of years back, which worked with the iHealth app. The app has always been unreliable and super painful to use, requiring multiple attempts to get a reading (I'm sure skewing the readings in the process). Now the app is broken entirely so the hardware monitor itself is now useless since it doesn't have a display.I have now thrown it in the bin. This company's existence is net negative for humanity, and the folks working there are wasting their lives.
I purchased a COVID test kit and one of the tests did not have a control. I contacted Ihealth labs and received a response the same day. They gave me a list of things to do so they would be able to correct my issue. It is of great value to know that a company stands behind their product and responds promptly. I will continue to use ihealth labs in the future and would like to thank Jade in customer support!
I had a COVID test that had one tube with insufficient liquid. A call and an email requesting information and after a few days I received a new test kit. Very satisfied with the company's response. It is good to deal with companies that stand behind their products. I will use iHealth Labs products again.CC
My primary doctor suggested that I monitor my blood pressure to determine the need for blood pressure drugs so I searched on Amazon and settled for and bought iHeart monitor. I placed its wide cuff on my upper left arm, aligned its artery mark with my artery which is slightly to the left of the center of the arm, pulled and closed the cuff Velcro snugly, rested my left arm at heart level on the arm of my chair and then pressed the start button and in about 40 seconds, I saw my BP reading in large nos. Green background color indicates, normal BP, orange for hypertension type 1, and red for hypertension type 2. It stored my past readings which I viewed by pressing M. Next, I downloaded the readings to My Vitals app for a review with my doctor. My doctor recommended stopping blood pressure drug after reviewing my blood pressure history on the app. He had prescribed me BP drug earlier which I did not want to take but he insisted that I either monitor my BP daily or take the drug. iHeart saved me from unnecessary drug.
Test ordered through Amazon. One of the vials was empty. Had to go through hoops with iHealth to get replacement. While I did eventually receive replacement, it shouldn't have required so much effort on my part (picture, code #, etc.).
I bought 3 products which are great and easy to use. Customer service is super and when I had problem Dave was just unbelievable.
The iHealth Team Response Time was immediate. The IT Team is tasked with "fixing the flaw,"OR ELSE, right? What separates iHealth from others, though, is "HOW" they treat the customer...Into, Through, and Beyond The Customer's Dark Journey of Uncertainty. The WHAT (FIXIT) is their Meal Ticket.Their AFFABILITY and SYNERGY BUILDS COMMUNITY AND CONFIDENCE.It's a WIN-WIN and I will be returning to iHealth, as I pay "close attention" to My aging process!!
Pulse Oximeter started acting up past usual Amazon return date. Rixi L. provided very responsive customer service and promptly provided a replacement as the device was less than a year old. This level of customer service will insure my continued use and purchase of iHealth Labs products and supplies.
I had purchased some iHealth Covid tests via Groupon. After finding out that these kits were potentially not authentic, I contacted iHealth Customer Service. They followed up with their Quality Assurance Team. I emailed pictures of the box as well as a pried open test card. The QA team did indeed determine they were not authentic. I was able to get reimbursed from Groupon for my purchase. The iHealth team was prompt to reply and explained the process well.
I've been using this test for over a year and find it to be very accurate. I had a problem with my last order in that they did not send enough swabs, but they were very responsive about the problem and remedied it right away.
This is actually my second time contacting IHeath Labs and both times I got immediate responses with instructions on what I needed to do. Both times I had easy instructions and both times it was resolved. Jade replied back to me when I asked her questions and responded back to me quickly after I let them know it was resolved. Thanks Jade G.
Had an issue with a blood pressure monitor. I had the opportunity to work with a customer service employee by the name of Jade. Very professional and went above and beyond to replace my unit. Not much more I could say except very happy with the way customer service handles my issue. Thanks again.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
