Is igp.com Legit?

Every order is just perfect.Rakhis-> same as shown, flower bouquets-> same as shown, delivery-> always on time. Same ribbon, same color, same look, it is as if they shipped the same bouquet that was on the product image- I want to ask them HOW DO YOU DO IT? Love it !!

I have raised the concern the regarding the order # 12195975which got cancelled without intimation on 16th August and i received the first refund confirmation on 21st August stating that i will get the amount within 3-4 working days by two of your executive and on 27th When i followed up i received again the same 3-4 working days mail. And the same story repeated on 3rd Sept after my follow up.How many 3-4 working days do you require to refund the amount?EXTREMELY MEDIOCRE AND PATHETIC SERVICE AND RESPONSE TEAM.

I ordered a rakhi on eve of rakshabandhan, it was so beautiful and yet so cheap than the market rate. Also the hamper they delivered was amazing with doli chawal, sweets . Also they have good quality cakes n flowers bouquet as well apart from truly crafted personalised products. In all, to sum up IGP is the best in gifting domain !!!

Fraud Company. They will charge you 30$ for delivery and mark order as delivered without delivering it. When you ask for refund , they willtake months to even acknowledge it.And they will refund you item price which is 2$. Such a fraud and liars. Stay away from these people. Quality of their products is horrible.

This is a serious complaint by my wife Alka Prasad whose order no.12498333 which was supposed to be delivered on 16th August, has not been delivered till date.On reporting it to customer care she just gets the ticket no.3690629,but the issue remains unresolved. The phone nos.that she has been sent for contacting customer care do not seem to be functioning. I live in India and I have been ordering Rakhis for my brother in USA for past 3 years.The quality of Rakhis and dry fruits is very good.Delivery is done before time. Customer representives are very supportive and polite .My experience with igp is awesome

I've had the best experience with IGP, particularly Marizz, who went the extra mile to ensure I could send high-quality and unique products from Sydney to Sharjah as a birthday gift. Marizz's customer service is exceptional and she patiently helped me shop for options. The range of products is very refreshing and different from the rest of Dubai's gifting websites too.Loved the experience and I will definitely be recommending IGP to friends and family.Good stuff, guys, upwards and onwards!

One of the poorest Gifting companies I have witnessed by far. The order was placed a week before the occasion with delivery date as occasion date. Since one of the items in the order ( out of 5) was out of stock, the entire order was put on hold and ultimately none of the items delivered on time.You would think that this is it - however, the cherry on top is their customer service and support. Even after replying to the support email multiple times and calling them to address it , there is a new email sent everyday with the same email content saying order on hold. What’s really the point of having a customer support of you are not LISTENING to the CUSTOMER!!!!Overall, a bad experience compared to alternatives which are available and I would be surprised if this company is doing well in upcoming years at the current rate of disappointment they are offering to the customers.

I've been ordering from igp for a couple years now and their product variety and quality has only been growing. The customisations are always perfectly made and they double check the orders for texts/pictures you submit. The whole experience is just amazing. Website is great and the application is smooth as well. The delivery timelines are always very very reasonable and most things get delivered the same evening or maximum the next morning - even for the customisations, and there's not once that the quality is affected. It's right every single time ! I don't know how they do it but they're the best at what they do - Delivering memories! 100% recommended for crafting gifts for your loved ones.

Terrible customer service. They missed out the items out of the hamper and noone responds to emails /instragam message/phone calls .item was delivered late as well. This is very unprofessional and I won’t recommend this. Pathetic experience . I have sent emails so many times order number - 12621927. We ordered Astro rakhi and they mentioned clearly 2 rakhi !! But while sent they sent different one rakhi !! We asked customer service they replied as due to high volume of order we sent different one!! What kind of answer is this !! We pay for 2 Astro rakhi and we receive one different rakhi.. I have been taking the IGP services for the past 3-4 years to send gifts to my family members in India. It has been an amazing experience Besides offering a wide range of thoughtful gifts in their easy-to-navigate portal, they make sure to deliver the products well packaged and on time.Although I did encounter a couple of delivery issues, but customer care was prompt and efficient in resolving them. These minor shortcomings are understandable and unavoidable.Overall, great and heartfelt gifting service, highly recommend!!

I ordered for almost 7-8 orders for Rakhi and this was the first time that I was using IGP.com. The Rakhi quality were quite good, The design and finishing were good and appreciable. we are happy to see this range.

The flower bouquet I ordered for mydaughter on her birthday was delivered in time in her Newark, California residence. My daughter liked the quality of the roses. But I am little disappointed as the saved free Greeting card was not handed over alongwith the flower though it was in the mail.

Very disappointing and regretful that I wasted my money and time by using IGP. Also it's not the first time it happens, the latest order I have made, has been delivered too late with whole disaster mess. Ordered a cake for a very special occasion but you guys ruined it. On top of it the delivery boy said can I come tomorrow if it's not urgent and delivered a mess. They said 30 minutes delivery but it took a whole 8-9 hours to deliver the order. “What you see is not what you get”

You will see all fancy premium quality gift pictures on their websites looking at them you pay premium and what gets delivered is all crappy stuff. Doesn't even match the picture. On top of it when you are sending gifts out side of india they ask for recipients email address and now poor recipient has pay custom duty to receive the gift. That is so annoying. In the application it shows same-day delivery but, I am not able to process the order. Tried to connect with the chat people on the application and waited for 2 hours but still, there was no reply. The tagline that you are posting on the application is that same-day delivery that is fake. A customer who was searching for gifts for more than 3 hours wasted time and at last I was not able to place the order. The service is so poor from your (IGP) side. At last, in 30 minutes I made an order from "Ferns N Petals" I Will not recommend this website to someone better order from Ferns N Petals which is the best, easily accessible, and has quick response. “Request for service in the present resulted in Futuristic service by IGP!”

A order placed sufficiently in advance for Dhanteras gifting on Nov 9 was not delivered by IGP. However, I received an email confirmation that the item was delivered to the recipient. Upon checking with IGP, they have the audacity to say we share the POD with you. And voila, the package was delivered on Nov 10 (more than 24 hours after their delivery confirmation to me). Their tag line of "Light up Diwali with same day delivery" says a lot about what is VS. what they project!

“Fraud company”

Don't use this company. They will only cause you stress. You pay a high price for shipping, then they don't deliver the products. They don't get the senders or recipients details correctly which results to you never knowing where the parcel is at or what's going on. You can spend an hour easily for a week asking them for a simple task but they won't do anything about it. They will use words such as trust me ma'am or sir which is hilarious, and they know customers have no choice so they can do whatever they like. “FRAUD COMPANY”

I ordered 10 oriental lilies from them for 4270. They supplied 5 LOCAL lilies ONLY, instead of oriental lilies. They continued to justify their mistake as a one time error and started offering a 30% refund. I then reported them to American Express for FRAUD. After several repeated mails to the company they somehow agreed to refund 50% of the amount as they only supplied 5 out of 10 lilies. However, THEY CONVENIENTLY IGNORED THE FACT THAT THEY SUPPLIED LOCAL LILIES AND THE WORST QUALITY. I made a mistake by going to them and not to Ferns n Petals who are at least honest! I have ordered from here a few times now & they are always late with the delivery. The whole point of having something delivered on a special occasion is spoilt. I ordered my date of delivery prior to Diwali hoping if they are late still they might deliver on time but as always the delivery will be 3 days after Diwali. Very disappointed. On top of that they don't refund if we ask for money back, they won't cancel the order if we ask to cancel. Btw once a wrong product was also delivered, not surprised. Pathetic service. I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experiences with IGP, which have left me profoundly dissatisfied for the second time in recent months. My first encounter with IGP was through Order Number *******, placed on October 23rd, 2023. Regrettably, the order failed to materialize, IGP acknowledged the issue, offering little reassurance for the future. Hoping that this was just a one-off, I reluctantly decided to give them another chance, placing Order Number ******* on February 15th, 2024. This time, the order was meant to bring joy to my parents with flowers and a cake on February 16th, 2024, with a promised delivery window between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. However, the entire day passed without any sign of the delivery or even a courtesy update. Such consistent failure to meet basic delivery expectations is incredibly frustrating. I ordered gifts for my family for Diwali of 2021. Gift was not adequately packed which led to damaged item at time for delivery. Issue was reported on 2-Nov-2021 and since then I have been asking them for return of my money. Its been more than a month & so far only email exchanges have happened.
