Is ifolor.ch Legit?

You judge by yourself.... a) the photo paper is so cheap and transparent, that the information behind the paper is seen from the front.... b) I ordered exclusively 10x15 photos and I got some squared....c) some photos have white borders on top and bottom of them...They simply don't care about the quality... you are just a number and the keyword is "AUTOMATE", regardless of the customer or the quality

Creating the photo album is OK, as is the finished article, but they are let down badly by their customer service. A simple enquiry whether I could have a digital version and was told this is only possible if I re-order another printed copy costing some £90. They obviously have the digital version in order to create the printed version. There is no reason they could not supply the link other than pure extortion and no attempt to be helpful. I won’t use them again. They need to learn to attract customers rather than alienate them…

App is great but production/delivery speed is way too slow and unreliable (and expensive on top). Delivery too late for the event for which I ordered the products. Second time this happens.

We are based in Switzerland, where ifolor is based. There's a guarantee delivery within 6 working days. We purchased a photo album for a friends 50th birthday to which we were travelling and hoped to take the album with us. We called twice to ensure the album would be delivered no later than 6 days. It took them 9 days and we missed taking the album. It's just arrived today and I've posted it. The quality of the album is great but we missed delivering it in person when celebrating her birthday, which was the reason for choosing ifolor!

Despite previous good experience, for our annual order of calendars this year, we are still awaiting delivery. Almost one month after ordering.More frustrating is the complete lack of response from iFolor to both queries and complaints. Has all the signs of a company that may not be surviving beyond the Christmas peak and going bust. Likely will have to claim money back from UK credit card company and look for another supplier. Can not recommend on current experience.

Customer service is very poor. My piece arrived damaged more than a month ago and I am still waiting to receive a replacement. A replacement was originally sent out but was sent to the wrong address. They are refusing to send a new one until the post office returns the one they sent to the incorrect address. I am not sure why their mistake must make me suffer?

Terrible service. Waiting for 3 weeks for my order. Customer service is useless. They basically said it’s now considered lost and there is nothing they will do about it. Would not recommend wasting time and money here!

Dreadful customer service. I ordered 2 items for Xmas presents. Neither arrived. Ifolor are blaming DHL and saying it is between me and DHL. Appalling. Will never use again.

I ordered a photo album for my partner's birthday 16 days ago and am still waiting for it now. Although I found the software easy to find, after ordering (upload took 40min) I received an email confirmation that the album was being processed. From there, the Ifolor tracking system is useless (only shows "shipped" with no further explanation), I have been waiting for 3 weeks with no explanation whatsoever and customer service email takes 5 days to answer a query. The 60 pages album cost me £90 and 2 weeks to assemble - extremely painful, look elsewhere if you can.

Very poor customer service. I still haven’t recieved my 2 orders after 3 weeks. They were Christmas presents, and I am so disapointed.I’ve sent an email, called their office in Switzerland and after 20 mins. on the phone, they said they could not find my 2 orders. I gave them the order numbers, invoice number, email address, my home address - nothing. I was told to send them an email again with all information. Someone replied that the orders have already been shipped and it’s the delivery company which is causing the delay. Ifolor also said they could not give me any tracking number. I asked for a confirmation on the shipping, but they have not replied.It’s not big packages as my orders are delivered in the mailbox so I don’t understand why it takes so long time.I have received many other packages from other companies in the meantime.Use another service if you can.

We used this Service to order photos, and later photo books, for years. Zero complaints, always came in great quality.

From 2016 I have created four or five photobooks every year with Ifolor. That amounts to 18 photobooks in total. I have been a satisfied customer for 8 years and I have never had reason to complain until this last order.This has changed significantly in the last month.I was very disappointed in the latest photobooks by the poor quality of the printing. All photographs are taken by a professional wedding photographer, so the quality of the pictures can be taken for granted. I tried to communicate my disappointment and disatisfaction to Ifolor so they could put things right. What a frustrating process!!!There is an email -ifolor.co.uk.- implying a UK office. To date I have sent four complaint emails and I have received four identical 'we'll get round to it' emails in reply, plus the usual suggestion that I refer to their FAQs. There are several phone numbers for Ifolor including a Swiss number, but not a single one is working. ('the number you have called.....")Despite the uk email address, I have concluded there is no UK office. I have also concluded that Ifolor farms out the phonebooks to a number of other printing companies. That might explain why when I compare these latest photobooks with the previous 18, they are not of the same standard.My experience of trying to get someone to respond to my complaint has cast a shadow over what was previously a positive customer experience. The quality of any company's customer service is seen most clearly in the way in which they deal with complaints and problems when they arise. On this measure Ifolor fails totally. Ironically they say on their website "if one of our photo products fails to float your boat, we’ll send you a new one. After all, we’re satisfied only if you are."Prove it!!
