IFade is one of a kind. I have never experienced such clippers before. It makes easy and faster when shaving. The cippeers automatically cuts your hair when you press the button while shaving. I thank the company that brought this up. They did not only produce a wonderful product but their services in relation to delivery is very fast. I recommend this to all my babbers.

IFade is a Scam I got charged 3 times I had to cancel my credit card because they kept charging my card and you try to call ifade customer service and the phone number is no good it doesn't even ring... Do Not Give Them Your Info Or they will keep Charging Your Account...

Received a product at least but different brand, a Fadingculture one.Also was charged for a 4.0 that didn't even exist for the double of the amount.And also received an unadvertised 39.99$ charge that wasn't expected.So they sell the same product as Fadingculture overpriced and even with extra unexpected charges.

Everything everyone has said is true. Over charging. Selling a product that is not what you’re buying. Upgraded charges for something that doesn’t exist. Customer service does not help. Contact phone number does not work. Do not buy. If anyone wants to sue these mfrs let me know. I am. Down!

It's obvious that your organization doesn't value their customers that spend they're hard earned money on your products. You sent me a email stating I would receive ifade 2.0 and I didn't get it. You sent the 1.0 after 100% assuring me that I would receive the 2.0. Furthermore my refund for $39.99 still hasn't arrived. PLEASE REFUND THAT $3999 and the $69.99 i paid for what I didn't get. I will gladly return this to you. This is absolutely horrible customer service. I will take legal action against you, if i dont receive a response or resolution. I have the emails, purchase order, and bank statements. To prove ifade has scammed me.

As someone who started cutting his own hair a couple of years ago, I was in need of a new clippers since the old one broke, so I ordered this once cause it seemed affordable. It arrived earlier than expected and so far it's working good. I am once again able to make a nice cut every couple of weeks...

I ordered an iFade from the website as advertised in the photos shown on the website. I received confirmation of my order. A short while afterwards I received a follow up email stating that for 39.00 I could upgrade to the better model as the model I had apparently ordered was not the latest model and would thus not produce good results. I paid the additional amount only to receive the model I had originally ordered in the post.I queried this and was given a standard response that I had indeed received the latest model, this despite the model I received being the same as the one shown on my original order confirmation. I emailed again asking iFade to show me an image of the latest model so that I could confirm. I received no response despite sending 2 follow up emails. I finally received a response stating that I would write a review on Trust Pilot if I did not receive a reply. I then received a reply re-stating that I had received the correct order, which I clearly did not. At best this is sharp practice by iFade to extract more money from customers who have already paid for orders. At worst, it is online shopping fraud.A company that is willing to treat potential and actual customers like this is best avoided.
