I purchased 2 birdhouses on icpastuntent.com. They came in the mail yesterday. The total price paid was about $55.00. The advertisement on their website said the originals were about 5-6 pounds in weight and were about 14" x 6" by 5" wide (approximate) in a copper metal material crafted with some delicate flourishes. (approximate). The ones I receive I could fit in the palm of my hand and were like a toy. They were gold tone metal, but tiny and could fit in the palm of my hand. I've gone to their site to try to contact them; and although they have a link to "contact us", all you get is the same page that says, "if you have a complaint, contact us at [email protected]". And if you click on that link, you end up on the same page. There is no way to find them. I want my $ back and I want to notify them that they scammed me. They sent the product in a small silver metallic-type bag with no shipping information or product information included. They are a true scam company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I purchased a "set" of Garden View Bird Houses..........paid $102 for what I thought were six normal sized houses in bronze color. The company states 5-6 shipping days. HA! It took weeks to receive. The houses are tiny, fit in the palm of my hand and were brown. The photos on their website reflect large houses that a bird might actually fit in, placed all around a garden. There was no packing slip inside the box. When I contacted the company and demanded a refund, they asked for a QR SKU code. No such information/packing slip was in the box. When I repeatedly demanded compensation, all they offered was $20; and stated that it would be too expensive for me to return the set. BEWARE!!!!
Same as Above…total Scam…not as described in the promo! Super small and not ‘copper’. NOT made in the USA…NOT shipped from USA. Pkg came from the Netherlands and my card was charged to a company in Hong Kong! Tried to dispute with no response and tried to email but ‘undeliverable’. Total scam….never again!!

Jeg har prøvet at kontakte dem. Men får intet svar. Jeg har fået advide at det er mest sikkert at betale med paypal da man ikke skriver sine kort oplysninger. Jeg ved at hvis en hjemmeside beder om konto nr og udløbsdatoen og sikkerhed koden på kortet, giver man dem alle oplysninger til at kunne trække fra en konto af. Jeg ved ikke hvad jeg kan gøre, andet end at lære af denne fejl. Jeg lærte denne side at kende gennem en youtuber der hedder HopeScope. Hvis i er interesseret i at vide hvor jeg kender jer fra.
I purchased a set of nail clippers from their Facebook advert. They were $28 Australian dollars and I was billed over $50 AUD from a Hong Kong company. They sent me a tracking number but when I enter the number into their tracking system I get a message saying the number cannot be found. Definately not a legit company to buy from.
