I HAVE AN INVESTIGATOR WHO SAID THOSE REVIEWS ARE FAKE SO THAT AUTHORS GO WITH THIS COMPANY AND IMMEDIATELY GET RIPPED OFF. FAKE REVIEWS: The Federal Trade Commission today announced a final rule that will combat fake reviews and testimonials by prohibiting their sale or purchase and allow the agency to seek civil penalties against knowing violators. These reviews except for the bad ones are all AI generated and fake as hell.

Tried to purchase a paperback On Amazon that looked like very good reading, but noticed it was unavailable. Then one day it was completely gone off their website. Then it would pop back up! I ended up researching the author & was able to speak to her. She explained to me the very unprofessional & unfair way Iconic is currently treating her. Sounded to me like extortion of a senior's work! She paid Iconic money to publish her paperback & she still has no paperback on Amazon or any other platforms. She also said how she paid to have her books mailed to her once printing was completed. As of today, she still hasn't received one paperback! Also her ebook on Kindle, which was suppose to edited before being posted on Amazon is totally butchered! Very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend Iconic for any publishing work. As far as what the company can do, DO YOUR CUSTOMERS RIGHT! Prayers for DH Sutton to be done right!

As a former vet, it looked like great reading. Upon receiving the E-Book, I was surprised to see that the book did not read well! It was like it was never edited! Just haphazardly thrown together. The audio was also a very strange sounding narrator. I was able to contact the author, DH Sutton. Found out she was in a battle with Iconic Book Publishing! Iconic is currently putting the author through the ringer! Extorting her for money, not honoring their end of the contract and not mailing her books to her that she paid for! Absolutely unprofessional and flat out disgusting of Iconic. DH Sutton also shared with me some texts between her and the publisher, an Adam Benson. I wish I could have attached copies of the texts where Adam Benson admitted "Do what you can your book is mine now hahaha"! I've read other reviews about this company and they are SCAMMERS! I hope and pray Iconic Book Publishing get what's coming to them! Authors are hardworking people and don't deserve to have their work extorted! Good luck DH Sutton. Keep fighting!

Adam Benson used AI to butcher my document. Every change and correction was hard fought with tons of push back. He finally put it on Kindle but with a working PDF full of his AI mistakes. He listed someone else as author (not me). Not only that, I never got any hard copies as promised. He barely spoke English which should have been a red flag. He and his assistant strung me along with lies long enough until I was unable to contest the charge with my bank. When I confronted him with these issues, he simply ghosted me.These are professional scammers who produce the minimum of lousy product just to stay ahead of the legal consequences. Writers beware!….…A week went by and Iconic book publishers “replied” to my review and invited me to visit support@ iconicIt is simply their website. I left my email and reason for my complaint but never heard back all the phone numbers I have for them , no one ever answers. These thieves charged me $3,500 and all I received was a terrible version of my book on Kindle. Once it posted they ignored all my questions through phone calls, emails and texts: I want to know where are the hard copies they were supposed to send? What happened to the option to print on demand through Kindle? Where is the website you sent me mock-ups to approve? Where is the proof of my having purchased a copyright and LCC number? When I asked these questions, they completely ghosted me.The Kindle version they posted on line is full of AI glitches and is practically illegible.They claim to be an American based company, but I discovered the two addresses they have in the US are merely mailboxes. They are based out of India, making legal recourse almost impossible. These scammers need to be shut down.

Also, the author mentioned an Angelique Davis in marketing/sales was suppose to ship copies of the finished books, but never did & refuses to refund the money she paid for them. I've read other reviews about this company and they are SCAMMERS! I hope and pray Iconic Book Publishers get what's coming to them!
