Is iceriver.io Legit?

I earned 60% in my first months, but then lost 40% of it in just a few weeks. I quit at the right moment, otherwise they could have wiped out my entire savings. I was able to survive the trauma through my infusion with,𝘦Iıt𝘦 𝘦ch𝘦 I⚬n 𝑙Ic,quick proceeds and great returns are a regularity.

They will promise you with high-performing mining equipment, but the reality falls short on this promise. The actual hashrate of the rigs was much lower than advertised, and despite contacting their customer support, I got no real help from them. My mining returns was consistently disappointing, and it was very clear that the rigs do not deliver as promised.

I regret transacting with IceRiver.io. They promised to deliver my equipments no later than 7 days, unfortunately a week later I receive no updates regarding the shipment. I waited for another day and still no update. I even had to chase the customer support so that they can give me a tracking number for my shipment. The equipment arrived 2 weeks after the promised date with no explanation why it took that long. No support from their 'customer support' when it comes to setting up the equipment. They are really overpromising for their products and services.

I recently had the pleasure of using Iceriver.io, and I must say, their service exceeded my expectations. I ordered three KS0 Ultras and paid with crypto. I knew that there were risks because of the mixed experiences people have had with this site. But i experienced no problems at all with my order. The miners were shipped within the promised time and they arrived in Sweden from China after three business days via DHL. All three miners work perfectly with no issues. I am not sure if people have been scammed by fishing links or just alternative domains that have a similar name, but the site iceriver.io is legit. I will definitely buy more soon.

Iceriver is by far the worst manufacturer of mining machines, the prices are lower but believe me it's for a good reason. Avoid this manufacturer. After only a few months of use, the machines are failing, the after-sales service refuses to repair them and always invokes different reasons for not having to take them under warranty (we're talking about machines that aren't even 6 months old). Support is non-existent, and spare parts are impossible to obtain. Conclusion: they're a bunch of crooks, who've made a lot of money developing low-end machines with cheap components.

IceRiver hosting is just bad. I have a KS3M and most of the time I only run 2-3TH out of 6TH. There are always excuses that it is too warm or that there are transformer problems. There is no credit for electricity costs. You pay 100% electricity costs throughout, although only 30% power is provided. Hands off!!!

Good communication, was a little bit of a hassle to clear payment. If you fill out the payment voucher correctly there should be no problems. Name and Iban code in the name field is very important. Once payment cleared it was very painless and fast shipping.

On the 10th, I ordered a ks0 pro and inquired about the expected delivery date after placing the order. The next day, I received a response stating that the device would be shipped on the 24th. On the 24th, I received a DHL notification. On the 28th, I was informed that my package was undergoing customs clearance. Subsequently, on the 29th, I cleared the customs, and the package was delivered on the same day. I think its percect for me.

I ordered a kso pro on November 16th and received it on December 8th. I sent it to an address in Mexico. The only issue I had was an incorrect tracking number so I emailed and Iceriver sent me the next day the correct tracking number I paid like 150 dlls in taxes,so not to bad ... that's my experience.

3 out of 4 deliveries late. Last one for few weeks. Customer service kept asking for order number (included in the email), than their excuse was testing- pity that they said they are testing different model. No apology, no compensation. Looks like they're keeping the best computers and use them for few weeks before they ship them.

Be aware that this company sell machines that have already been used/damaged/fixed even though they say brand new.I've received two brand new KS3m with broken hashboards. I sent the defective boards to IceRiver repair center 10 days after I received the Asics. After inspection they came to the conclusion that both hashboards had obvious signs of 3rd-party repair/ tampering.That's been a month now and the only proposition they've made is for me to pays 4800$ to get two new hashboards.Don't give your money to these people. It's not a reliable company, and there is no warranty at all no matter what they say.

Consistent issues with delivery.They cannot keep their own delivery schedule and instead providing some pointless explanations. I suspect that they are keeping servers and use them for weeks at least and then maybe they will be delivered. Either way I got scammed of few thousand dollars in lost revenue.

They charge a premium to have units shipped by a certain date and then don’t ship by promised date… once they’ve missed the ship date the next batch is heavily discounted but they don’tissue price concessions to matchThe current discounted price of the next batch … it’s a total scam! I also revived a brand new unit with a broken fan right out of the box. Their customer service and communication is definitely lacking! Customers in the USA need to start reporting iceriver.io to the FTC…

Iceriver on telegram is a scam! Probably someone using there name. They made me pay a official proforma invoice for a KS2, and after the transaction they quit communication. Don’t send money to this scam company. iceriverofficial on telegramI have contacted iceriver.io, and they don’t give a f..k. I understand, that it’s my fault, i am stupid. But they should do something about it to protect their “god name.”

Customer support never contacted me back. Bought several machines and one wouldn’t work. They never even responded. Don’t buy their products wait for the bitmain kaspa machine. The wait will be worth it. My machine only lasted 30 days!!

I paid with bitcoin , got my miner about month later! I think why people have problems with wire is because they dont do what the website says tells you to COPY your wire and mail it to them so they know its your order.
