Is ice-watch.com Legit?

Unfortunately the blue tintin band that I bought did not fit the model of my ice watch as I had assumed that the band is a standard width. This one was 22mm, mine old one was 20mm.On the positive side, everything else was great Customer service replied very quickly to my email and the online return form was very easy to complete

I saw it the other day on one of my coworkers and it looked fantastic. I asked her if she like it and she said it was a gift from a friend of hers. Anyway it looked great and she loved it.

Cool watch. Waterproof. Easy to read. Came with nice packaging and not too much!

My teenager has had this watch for 5 weeks and the glass started cracking on the side and through to the middle. The repair to replace the glass cost more than the cost of the watch. What a waste of money!!!

I purchased a Chrono Ice Watch because it was advertised as waterproof, but unfortunately, the sealing has failed not once, but twice! Less than two years ago, I had it repaired at an official Ice Watch store in Brussels, Belgium, paying €150 to fix the sealing issue. Now, the same problem has occurred again. When I reached out to Ice Watch to report the issue and ask if they would consider repairing it for free this time, given that I had already paid for a repair, they refused to acknowledge any responsibility or manufacturing defect. Their lack of support and the poor durability of this product is incredibly disappointing.I will not be buying from Ice Watch again. If you're looking for a reliable timepiece, save yourself the trouble and invest in a higher-quality brand!

Gave the ice watch one as a Christmas gift. It is not functioning well and I have written an email requesting support to the indicated address. No reply for 2 weeks. Sent a reminder on 13.01, no reply. Today, on 16.01, I sent the second reminder. Really bad customer service which makes the whole brand look untrustworthy. The fact that they are not responding to the reports of faulty products, is suspicious.

I have had an Ice watch for just over two years, which cost me 90 Euros, it's one of the newer silicon watches. Six months ago the first of the two strap bands broke and the second one followed soon after. My jeweller, who I bought it through told me she'd never seen that happen before but I don't believe her. Recently I swam with the watch in the sea and now the casing that surrounds the watch face has lost its elasticity and the face no longer sits snug in the silicon surround.Overall impression, it's an expensive dress watch ( not adapted for any type of sport) that may give you two to three good years of use.

the knob to set my watch broke on the day I bought it. I live in the US. there is nowhere to send it for repair. a pretty watch that does not tell time.

I purchased an Ice watch, less than two months ago. Thinking it was a valuable acquisition. Never used for swimming in any way, good for 10 ATM Today see that on the face of the watch inside in the middle are water spots, very disappointed with the product. Because of water inside the watch done, a repeatable watch repair shop told me the electronics and metal because exposed to water are no longer good. I will never buy this product again.Angelo

My daughter received an ICE watch for Christmas, the soft plastic band soon broke and then when dropped on the floor the glass smashed. A trip to the local store where it was purchased resulted in a repair quote that was more than the cost of the watch. I contacted ICE watch Australia and the staff were friendly but they quoted more than the cost of the watch just for the unfitted parts. You need to consider these watches as disposable, not very durable and unsuitable for children or teenagers.

Watch so small it would not fit an 11 years old And 12 euros to return the watches !!!!!!Why?

Avoid Classic Group in Valletta Malta at all costs (who sell these products). The store sells damaged goods and only offers a credit note in return. The credit note can only be spent in their store (and not other outlets). I was left with damaged goods (bought whilst i was on holiday) and no way of getting my money back.

Bad quality watch. In les than an year, not intensive use, its mechanisme was broken ( clockwise feld of). They repair it for me 2x... it was working but the rubber was dameged ( i guess doe too the opening of the mechanisme) ...not any glue can hold it back after it was once removed from the metal part....after a while the rubber broke.
