Is ibksport.com Legit?

I don't usually shop online and I was very hesitant about buying an electric bike.However, despite some delays in delivery, which is not the company's direct responsibility (although we shouldn't expect customers to be able to receive their orders in 5 days), everything went smoothly, the company always answered my questions promptly and the bike arrived in perfect condition and at a spectacular price.

The time between my confirmation of my order and the update of the item being shipped took awhile to come through and I wasn't sure if the site was legit.I tried accessing the online order tracker but it didn't work and internal social media links from the confirmation email took me to a different FB page.However, a reply from customer service with my FedEx tracking code restored hope. FedEx also took awhile for the item to be shipped however it could be due to the current disruptions to air space travel of the Middle East.Overall, glad I received my item as this was a hard to find part to complete my build.

Purchased an Orbea MTB from ibk, and being in the US was definitely a bit wary of getting scammed by a random website. Did some research and it all seemed legit, so I placed my order as the price was hard to beat! Rosi kept in touch with me as my order progressed, and I received my bike ahead of schedule. Definitely some assembly required but it's what you'd expect, the brakes and derailleur were all set up but had to put the handlebars on, wire the dropper, throw the saddle on attach derailleur to frame etc... Overall a great experience purchasing from them!

Commande conforme, bien emballée et livrée dans les temps. Délais respecté. Compliant order, well packaged and delivered on time. Deadlines respected.

I ordered shoes, the process was uncomplicated and very quick. They are cycling shoes that I couldn't find anywhere in Europe, but I found them here. I will definitely order my next pair here.

Horrible expirience, placed the order 20 days ago, and still not shipped. Every time i ask what is going on with order, they reply "sorry, we will send it tommorow" or "we will send it next monday", and still nothing happened. Still waiting without my part, cannot ride my bike, because they are lying to customers selling something they dont have...

Easy ordering and payment on the website. A little lack of information regarding parcel tracking. Delivery took 10 days from ordering to receiving the bike which is good from Spain to Sweden. Overall a good experience!

Super fast delivery to Finland. Ordered on sunday and arrived on thursday. Price was also 200-300€ cheaper than here.

The delivery was very fast but also, after enquiring in many different bike shops, nobody would send me a ne electric bike to Cyprus because of the issues with the Li-On battery and air transportation,. this was not a problem for IBK, the bike was delivered quickly and with no extra costs or hassles. I could not recommend them enough., they were cheaper than most, more efficient and caused me no issues whatsoever. An absolute pleasure.

Delivery arrived week after the date which was presented to me when I was ordering items. The person who I contacted regarding late delivery was very rude to me when I was trying to get information about my order, totally not professional. When I asked why my order was not sent yet (when there was already the day when I should have my items at home btw) they told me that... it's summer so that's why basically... If there is a summer and straight away you know that you can not keep delivery dates which you presenting to the customer when the one is placing the order you should REMOVE THIS INFORMATION FOR THE SUMMER PERIOD - as simple as that and for sure better then laying people around.  After all the delays and weird customer support there was no compensation for late delivery and no apologies for not correct information on the website. Shop kept saying that because of summer they could not deliver parcel on time (like I should take it under consideration when placing the order). 

Eduardo and all the staff are experts in their field. I found purchasing my turbo levo painless operation even if at times, i couldnt get through on the phone. They were very responsive on email and answered all my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend or purchase another bike from IBK. Many thanks to all.

Buying a bike from IBK at your own risk!!I bought the Orbea Rise M20. To my great surprise, when I received the bike, it did not match the images they had posted on their website. Additionally, one of the brakes required bleeding, and the cable for the dropper was also incorrectly mounted.They refused to take responsibility for having posted an incorrect image, saying that I could just contact Orbea. However, on Orbea’s website, they had the correct image that corresponded to the bike I received, but not the one that was on IBK's website.Regarding the issues with the bike I received, they also refused to take responsibility, as I had not paid the 65 euros for them to assemble it.Since their only response to my complaints was that I could just return it, I chose to do that. To my great surprise, it cost over 300 euros to return the bike—three times as much as it cost to have it shipped to me. So now I have spent over 400 euros on a bike that I could not use for anything.All in all, a terrible experience with some of the worst customer service, as they would not take any responsibility for their mistakes. So I really hope that anyone else buying from IBK has better luck than I did. One thing is certain: I definitely won’t take the chance again, even though their prices are good.

Purchased a Specialized Epic bike from IBKsport and had it shipped all the way to Estonia via DHL.Everything went smoothly, IBK mechanics had assembled the bike in a perfect way, just had to bolt the pieces together and went for a ride.

I know their prices are attractive but I highly recommend anyone to pay the little extra from an established company after my experience. I ordered and paid for a top mid July. There was no updates a couple days post EST delivery date so I reached out. The company then told me they had not got it in stock and had to get it from the supplier. They provided me with an updated ETA. This ETA was soon past so I had to reach out again. Still had not got the top I ordered and gave me another ETA which was 2 weeks time from when I last reached out, almost a month since my order. I then had to reach out again as no updates and they told me they had only got it in a different colour. So a month after I ordered and following up they still had not got my top and never reached out to provide an update. So in short, I would not recommend anyone to use this company. Awful customer service, awful system. Pay the small few extra $ and order from a proper company.

I recently purchased an Orbea Laufey bicycle and I must say I am delighted with it! I was initially dubious about buying a bike outside of Poland, where I live, as I feared long deliveries and damages.The IBK company did an amazing job with both packing and assembly (professional assembly at an extra cost of 50 euros). The bike arrived intact with no problems in 4 business days.There were some stressful days as I had to wait almost 2 weeks before receiving the shipping number as they were quite busy with other orders, understandable as we are in the middle of the season, but everything worked out fine!Eduardo helped me a lot, I thank him very much and I apologize again for the multiple emails I sent him.A little advice to the company:if there are delays it would be good to let them know right away by email so that customers don't stay doubtful about what is happening.for future customers:if you want to buy a bike, be patient if you are in the middle of the spring/summer season, everything will be fine but with a few days delay on the schedule stated on the website."Patience helps the bold and you will be rewarded"Thanks again, now it's time to ride!
