Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between ibatterys.co.uk and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of ibatterys.co.uk. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of ibatterys.co.uk, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. ibatterys.co.uk is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Just ordered 2No Makita 18v batteries. The bank stopped the payment. This site redirects payment. Beware possible scam site.
Placed order 10/12/21 - supposedly delivered within 7 days, then a garbled message to say coming form Hong Kong and will be 3 weeks. Tracking number says courier waiting for goods, 3 messages to wait a “few more days”. I normally read reviews and feel silly to have used this lot! As others have said - AVOiD , claiming via PayPal.
Absolutely awful. Just like everyone else, bul###t reply’s to all my emails spanning 6weeks promising delivery. DO NOT use this awful so called uk company. Pay pal please remove them from using your services as your misleading people into using them.!!!
Just like so many others, I have been scammed.Been waiting a month and still no battery, Angela keeps promising it will be with me soon and sends a tracking number which is false.Reported this to PayPal who are investigating and awaiting response.Angela assures me this is a genuine Makita battery, which I doubt. I don't believe my battery well ever arrive.
I bought a 4Ah Hitachi re-conditioned battery because it was the best price. I was immediately nervous when I received an email promising to be in touch as soon as possible, rather than the usual slick automatic response. Anyway, although delivery took about 3 weeks the item did arrive and ... it has worked consistently now for over a month. It is a 'used' housing but as far as I can tell the internal batteries are performing well.If the test is, would I use ibattery again? Then yes I would.
Ordered two Canon NB-4L batteries, after much searching online from ibatteries. Received confirmation email from both ibatteries and Paypal. After a week having heard nothing I emailed and was told by Lisa (Customer Service) who was very helpful that it would take about fifteen days. Also included was the route and tracking number with Yodel for when the batteries arrived in the UK. Batteries duly arrived one day earlier. Charged both of them up and seem perfectly ok.
Completely fake company! Ordered Ryobi battery. No order confirmation from company. Asked for a refund and they flat refused stating item had already been sent. I then asked for tracking number which was provided but stated item had not been sent to courier. Tracking status was same for 3 week! Contacted PayPal to inform them and immediately provided refund! MY RECOMMENDATION - DO NOT USE!!!
I ordered two 5.0Ah makita batteries and they arrived within 2 weeks. Both batteries work and charge properly. Infact, they both look brand new. Lisa has been great at keeping me informed on the delivery progress and even had a tracking number for me. Excellent price and great customer service. I highly recommend Ibatterys.👌
Terrible service! States parcel sent. Not received! Various emails to Ibattery. Most not delivered. Told me to phone Yodel myself. Impossible to speak to anyone at Yodel. Requested company chase. All emails currently not being delivered. Would NOT recommend!
Avoid purchasing from this company, they are based in China, falsely stating that they are in the UK in Portsmouth. They take your money illegitimately, display false advertising of their products that are substandard. They do not confirm your order or what you have purchased and don’t refund your money. The use PayPal to process your transaction but are not a valid merchant. The dispute resolution via PayPal is lengthy. Please avoid abs don’t fall for the google advertising.
Dont buy from this company..i placed an order for power tool batteries and the delivery time frame came and went. I had to email several times to chase where my order items were. Finally i got a response and a tracking number- the batteries did arrive but have since had problems. So sent the batteries to Makita and they have told me the batteries are fake. The case has been made to look like a genuine battery and inside there are just several AA batteries. Absolute rip off totally avoid buy from elsewhere!
I ordered 2 replacement batteries for Samsung tablets.IBatterys were by far and away the best value, and I was aware that they would be coming from overseas, so expected a longer than average deliveryHaving waited for 10 days I emailed them and Lisa responded within 24hours.I subsequently emailed on 3 separate occasions, and each time Lisa responded with details of where my shipment was. The goods have now been received, and I suspect, like most things coming in from abroad, they are getting held up at UK Customs.I am happy with the outcome, and will use them again.
Ordered 4 18650 batteries.3 weeks later sent an email to say not arrived.Hermes tracking number not recognised.Contacted paypal and was given an on the spot refundBought 4 batteries elsewhere26 days later goods arrived and seem genuineHave to contact paypal again
Beware this company - china based.Low quality products. My unit failed within 1 year and I was deliberately given the run around as a delay tactic. It does not honour its warranty and you can find threads on the web for many failed units and many dissatsfied customers being fobbed off.
I don't like giving bad reviews, however, like other reviewers here, I though this company was based in Portsmouth, UK. it then became apparent that it is in China. I've just received my order for a video camera battery. The website clearly stated that it was a genuine Panasonic battery but the one delivered is non genuine. It is fully charged and I will see how it goes but the item is not as advertised. I won't be buying from them in the future.
I tried to cancel my order because the business passed itself of as a UK business. It clearly isn’t I don’t appreciate fraudulent business practices. My request for cancellation was ignored twice. Meanwhile the battery arrived. It was clearly a copy of a Nikon battery ( a good copy) but easy enough to spot if you compare it with the original.
We purchased a battery for our Portable Dyson Animal in 2020. Initially we were sent the wrong battery but this was soon replaced with the correct one. I wanted to wait to give a review to ensure the battery performed well. We are very pleased indeed with this replacement battery. After almost 2 years, the battery still holds its charge very well so it gets a 'thumbs up'. I have given 4 stars due to initially being sent the wrong battery.
I bought two Nikon camera batteries from this firm as while they weren't cheap, they weren't outrageously expensive like the ones going through normal channels. They look to be genuine, but as with everything, it's hard to tell. Whatever, I've had them several months now and they function okay.If there was a downside, it took at least a month for me to receive them with nothing by way of updates to inform me of progress. To date though, I'm quite happy with my purchase.
Ordered a replacement, original battery from these guys. Service was first class and kept me informed of my order status. Battery arrive ahead of time and works perfectly. The battery is an original fuji film np-95, although it was made for the chinese market, hence the instructions printed in chinese!. the battery works perfectly so I'm happy with the purchase. Thanks to all the team, especially lisa, who was very helpful.Cheers, kevin taylor
ALL GOOD HERE. Having recently purchased a spare battery for my Sony A7iii digital camera from Ibatteries, I can only report a good experience. On line purchases from smaller suppliers can often feel a little bit of a risk. But this company has PayPal which is a secure way to pay and will intervene if there's any problems. The postage may take a few days longer than the world's biggest on-line traders but with reassurance from the great people at Ibatteries, you will be happy about the price when you receive your items. I give them 10/10 and I will be going back to Ibatteries to buy other replacement chargers and batteries. 😁 👍

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
