i-say.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives i-say.com one of the higher trust scores on the platform: 83.1. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Authentic. Trustworthy. Secure.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same results. So, why this score? We came up with the 83.1 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to i-say.com's industry. The algorithm detected little high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, as noted in the Authentic. Trustworthy. Secure. tags above. Long story short, we deem this a secure website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning i-say.com, let's look closer at the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between i-say.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of i-say.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of i-say.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. i-say.com is an authentic, safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether i-say.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether i-say.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, i-say.com.

Redeemed points for gift card as on other occasions but this time although email headed up your gift card from go gift the email is blank. I don’t know who to contact and hopefully this will be picked up by the team ad I can update review accordingly. It’s been great up until today. UPDATE- I found the customer service form and received a prompt reply with gift card attached as pdf. Now amending my rating as very pleased
Formidable d'etre arrivé au bout mais le process a 73 ans n'est pas simply !!! thank you !!!
I love the platform so much I have made few withdrawals through PayPal and it actually got delivered. I'm only giving them 4 stars because I noticed they've removed PayPal as a medium of withdrawals. Please bring back PayPal.
Ipsos isay is a great, trustworthy and user-friendly survey site, the questionnaire are very accurate.
Ipsos iSay is a reliable survey site with a 4.2 Trustpilot rating. I appreciate the frequent surveys and quick points accumulation. However, customer support is slow, and survey points sometimes seem inconsistent. Adding PayPal as a withdrawal option would be beneficial. Overall, it’s a trustworthy platform for earning rewards.
This has been a very fantastic survey site so far.But I want the company to add PayPal as a medium of withdrawal
I was a member of this platform for a few months, was doing surveys regularly and having some issues here and there to redeem my points, but the real problem started once i did 2 long focus groups for Pringles.1. Focus group was long 1hr and worth 5000points (50$), and 2. Focus group was 2hrs long video call focus group worth 17500points (175$).Since i finished those focus groups, i had problem to get those points delivered to my account, as a reward i earned for my time and being part of the focus groups.Once they credited those points to my account, they ended up suspending/blocking my account with huge amounts of points available, leaving me with no option to redeem it, 23905 points is my balance (that is 239.05$).Since then, it's more thsn 7 days i am going back and forth with their customer support, and all i get is generic answers, no real reasons or whatsoever why they suspended my account without letting me redeem my hard earned points.Shame on all of you there, i will make sure everybody hear about this experience of mine and how you scammed me.
The app interface is easy to use. The tasks and targets are easy to understand. If you need what can drag in more funds, Ipsos is just the app for you.
I receive survey invitations regularly and build up points quickly. I use my points to support the Ipsos Foundation. It makes me feel good to give to Charities.
The Appa is Good but need to create a strong team to repondse Quick to Customer feedback and complain.
I experience great when I deal with big sales to someone. The company did well when they didn't delay my salary and gave me a commission
Recently i have been experiencing slow response times from the support team regarding my enquiries. I have sent questions/replies in and have not got anything back in a while. The overall platform itself i am still enjoying being part off can't fault it as present just the customer support that isn't great as present.
It used to be good but not anymore. I took 2 surveys today only got paid for one of them. Did 12 minutes of a survey the other day failed to load the next pages as promised and just cut me off losing 80 points and all that time wasted. Seriously thinking of leaving.
Hi of course it’s easy to do but I can’t wait to see if I’m gonna get something or not out of this I got caught in something similar to this and was discouraged but we will see let go and surprise me 🤞👍🏻
he greatest experience this app very very good amazing i like so much very use full and very happy about this app i love this app and my life is grow using about this app
A legitimate, and for the most part, well-run site. The only complaint I have is starting a survey only for the survey to switch halfway through. If I'm doing the prescreening, it shouldn't start on a 75 point survey and then switch you to a 50 point survey 5 minutes into the prescreening.Edit: I didn’t “receive less points”, I was switched to a different survey’s prescreening, telling me it’s for a different amount of points, without telling me the first survey has ended.
It is good app and daily giving surveys
I have great expirience with this company
I’d say this app allows you to share your own individual important opinions and observations. This app will also allow people to share their own thoughts and ideas.
Regular survey offers and sometimes you can participate in online diary surveys which earn more points. A very good choice of rewards and fast, reliable payouts.

“Thieves, liars, wastes of time. If you're female they delete your account once you're over 26 years”

Owes me $3.70. Won't let you redeem for less than $5. Will make you do complete surveys then say you aren't qualified to do the survey you already completed. This happened around 50 times straight over the course of months. Brought this up to their support email and they then obviously flagged my account because new surveys I was invited to then automatically said I wasn't qualified when I opened them. Eventually I stopped receiving new survey opportunities altogether so I was obviously unable to earn the measly $1.30 required to be able to redeem the money they STILL owe me. Lied to my face for months via email when in reality they decided they no longer wanted to pay me for quite literally no reason at all. The second latest response I received was, and I quote, "We have been reviewing our clients' research requirements and, unfortunately, your member profile is no longer suitable for our needs. Consequently, your account was terminated, and no other survey invitations have been sent to you. Please also note that we reserve the right to cancel a membership without warning or having to justify the decision afterwards, according to our terms and conditions, which you agreed to when you joined our panel. This decision was made for market research purposes only, and we're sorry if it caused you any inconvenience." AKA "you turned old and we don't care about stealing from women over 26 because they don't matter". The last email last response was a direct contradiction to what they already told me, where they now claim "Your account was deactivated due to a lack of action within the given timeframe. This resulted in the forfeiture of your points, a consequence we deeply regret had to occur." That's a flat out lie, since I logged into my account to check my balance last week, and my balance is 370 points. They can't even keep their own story straight. I've been speaking to their support email for months, and they have done nothing except blow me off, which is why I'm now publicly shaming them and warning others. In short, Ipsos Isay wasted months of my time, lied to my face about it, STOLE MY MONEY, then deleted my account because I aged out of the demographic they care about. Give me the money you owe me, you. Absolute. Scumbags. Your salaries are being paid by stealing from the poor. Karma is coming for you. Tip for consumers:It's a scam. They will steal your money from you. Products used:They're not selling product, they're a paid survey site. Service Value Quality

“They Did Not Pay Rewards I Earned”

December 2022. These guys are unethical. I spent hours doing surveys and earned over 2000 points and their system would not let me cash in on the rewards. When I questioned them they said they cancelled my account because I no longer fit their profile. Very shady company. The payout vs time spent is definitely not worth it even if they did make good on the reward. ISay stay away from them and spare yourself a waste of valuable time.

“Unethical Business, Takes Advantage of Users”

I am a student, and I had signed up for Ipsos iSay a couple of weeks ago, and had participated in hours worth of surveys, totaling to around $16 in redeemable rewards (so firstly, their time-to-rewards ratio isn't great, but isn't the WORST out of all of these survey websites). However, I wanted to redeem my rewards a couple of days ago, so I logged in, and was neither able to access any new surveys nor redeem any of the offered gift cards. I reached out to the Ipsos support team, and they responded saying that they had terminated my account, and provided no justification as to why they had decided to do that. So I wasted hours of my time filling out these surveys, and got no reward. This site is a scam, and I wouldn't waste your time! Service Value Quality

“Stay far far away”

From reading other reviews, I see I'm not alone in my disappointment with Ipsos Isay surveys. I wasn't with them very long, just a few months. I was going along fine, getting surveys throughout the day, answering them honestly and putting detailed answers to their open-ended questions. Then one day I noticed the surveys seemed to stop and I wasn't getting any emails from them. As with others here, my account was disabled with the same copy and paste answer everyone else gets. The points I earned were no longer available and they refused to cash them out and let me redeem what I earned. Just stay away from this company, you'll spend time doing surveys and then get banned for no reason at all. Horrible, deceptive practices. Service Quality

“BLUEY”

BLUEY IS THE BEST I AM LEMIN AND I LOVE BLUEY SO MUCH! YOU SHOULD DEFINTLY WATCH IT!

“A dreadful online research business!”

I continue to receive emails to promote a review but when I try to open it I'm advised that it's no longer available as I may have already taken it, etc. Recently I recently participated in an alcohol consumption over a 1 month period. They announced that we would receive 500 points if completed. I completed it, never received the promised points, called them, someone returned my call and suggested that I send an email to a specific address and ask my question; I did and haven't received a reply to my question. They did however send a reply advising me that they received my enquiry but are busy and will reply in time. 2 weeks later I haven't received a reply nor have the points been added to my account, This isn't the way a professional business operates! Don, it waste your time!

“Good, safe, pays as promised.”

This is a good reward site. They fulfill their obligations, send surveys out frequently. Seem, safe, secure. I recommend them for most everyone.

“Survey Points All Deleted!”

I just joined on March 13,2021. I spent an hour doing these Survey's. Today March 15,2021 all my points were deleted. The reason was my points expired. BS as i just joined and did not even have enough to cash them in. Wasted my time and gave them so much private information also. They got what they wanted and i got 0 for my time and effort. Imagine had i had enough points for $100 gift card or more and this problem happened. In a way it's good it happened now, but this shows that they are a SCAM and a FRAUDULENT company that needs to be avoided at all costs! Service Value Quality

“Waste of time.”

This survey company is for the birds. I open every survey and 88 out of 100 are " survey is not available". They just recently changed their format and web pages, and this pattern of not being able to complete any surveys has become constant. What a joke and a very big waste of time. They fill my inbox regularly with "New Survey Available" but then it says "OOPS! " survey not available. I have been trying to be patient but after 9 or 10 years of this, I think that maybe it's time for a big change. Tip for consumers:See for yourself , very disappointing. Products used:Gift Cards

“Should be a negative -1 star review”

Do you like working for free? Do you like waiting over a week for someone to contact you? Do you like not qualifying for any survey ever, despite being asked to take it? Do you like 100's of spam emails in the middle of the night? Do you want to work for free? If so, do Ipsos. If not, just avoid ALL these sites. They are all the same. Tip for consumers:Don't use it. Just avoid. Products used:This is a fraudulent service, not a fraudulent product.

“I-say.com is Absolutely Legit!”

I-say.com is as legit as it can possibly get. I can attest to this as I am an active member of this community and actually just received some products to test & review. I have not been asked or paid to write a review on I-say... I simply ran across the website reviewing I-say and felt I needed to inform people that it is indeed legitimate and to become a member will not be wasting your time. Thank you.

“Become a waste of time”

Offered surveys when not available. In suitable flag more time than not (what the point of completing personal profile)reduced points awarded basically wanting more for less. Unorganised mayhem with little or no effort to rectify. Service Value Quality

“Deactivated account after I tried to redeem”

If I could give zero stars I would. It takes forever to get the rewards but I kept going and when I finally got enough to get literally five freaking dollars they sent me an email letting me know my account was deactivated and not able to be reactivated. I didn't do anything wrong, but apparently they didn't want to give me my measly five freaking dollars. Service Value Quality

“Scammers”

Truly believe they are scammers. They make you work like a dog for little pay. Actually NO pay. That's right, they don't pay. So I had enough points to redeem a $5 PayPal reward. They sent me a link to click on and redeem my reward. Inside the link should be a nother link to open and link your PayPal to accept the payment. Guess what, there is no link to open and link my PayPal. I send them numerous mails, to sort the problem. Up until today, they have not responded to me request. Dam scammers! Please read and understand! I have contacted support on numerous occasions, you don't respond. Why should I keep on contacting them, if they /you don't respond. Abd why do you respond to every one with the same dam copied reply. Attend to your people and problems with real replies and solutions So you just won't or dont respond to my many requests emails for help You wont, dont send the payment. You won't, dont get a solution to your problem. I wil keep on shaming you until I get my right full payment Date of experience: September 27,2022 Service Value Quality

“Don't bother”

I've been doing surveys for years now. I set everything up on i-Say, filled out the profile entirely, and got the "your profile was deactivated" email within, I kid you not, just one day. I have never had this happen with before. Complete waste of time and very unprofessional. Value Quality

“Do not join I-say survey site!”

I say tells me to redeem any points I may have on the website before unsubscribing. I did. But their customer services a joke! Did I receive a response or MY REWARD even after contacting them! Of course not! They don't even have customer service. So they owe me but they don't care! The hell with them! - they suck - DO NOT JOIN! Service Value Quality

“اكسب نقود من نزلك”

“Serious decline into Unethical & deceptive survey practices”

They route you to omnibus surveys, letting finish the first 5 and screen you of the last and the get their clients free work. Before I posted this review, an escalation was sent to i-say support, three days later still no response. This is being reported to ESOMAR, and if any of Y'all want to know how to do that, DM me.

“I-say”

The site itself is S L O W. Earnings, s l o w. Not worth the time. I left them and found better sites.

“Slow earner, but does pay out”

I have cashed out many times on i-say. It does take awhile to get enough to do so. The qualifying part is rather long and late dq's happen to me more often than other sites. I use this after I have done other sites first.

“Definitely scammy”

Seems pretty legit at first. I completed about 5 days of surveys, then random email received stating I don't meet their needs and all my points are removed.

“Current technical difficulties with website functionality and access to surveys”

Recently experiencing week-long major technical difficulties accessing the Ipsos I-Say website and my survey account. Tried three different computers, three different search engines, and three different WiFi networks to attempt to access my account and complete surveys but their website has been glitch and not properly functioning for past 10 days. Are they addressing these issues currently to resolve? Would be nice for them to send an email outreach courtesy message to their registered email account customers to let them know of the problems and when to expect full functionality access again.

“Not user friendly”

I have been trying to submit a survey, but this site. Not App. Is not letting me click on it. It speaks volumes when you cannot submit a review. Good or bad on google play store. I had to submit it this way. Waste of my valuable time. Everyone's time is worth something. I don't like scams for that reason. It this is legit than the developer has much work to do.

“If You're Bored and Feel Like Wasting Time, It's Great”

Legit company, but definitely not worth it. Asks the same questions over and over and you MIGHT qualify for one survey out of 10 or 15. In the meantime, they have a ton of your personal information, even though you almost never "qualify" for a survey. Far better sites than this one. Not worth my time.

“Waste of time”

I would say 90% of the surveys I attempt to do start with the same questions about your shopping habits and skin care, always the same questions, only to be told the survey is already closed or that I wasn't suited for it. You have my profile and we know you have a computer I don't understand why you can't send surveys out to the people you are targeting whether it be age, income, marital status instead of wasting peoples time. I would be a little more understanding if you were just getting started getting your feet on the ground but you are going backwards this used to be an interesting survey site. Why don't you start listening to the complaints that are written about you and make changes instead giving the standard answer that you are sorry and direct people to the FAQ site. Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.

How To Protect Your Online Browsing From Installing Malware

We have two more powerful fraud prevention tools that you should know about. We've been asked over and over again about the most effective ways to stay safe online. After testing several fraud prevention products online, we could certainly say the winner is a browser extension called Guardio. It automatically blocks 100x more harmful websites than competitors and 10x more malicious downloads than any other security tool. It was tested and vetted by our Scam Detector team.

Guardio has over a million users, and while it is already affordable for the benefits it provides (just a few dollars a month), it covers up to 5 family members. How To Stop Third Parties From Tracking Your Devices

The second most powerful fraud prevention tool you should consider is Surfshark. Here is why you should get it now, as the first 5 months are free:

  1. They have an award-winning VPN service, protecting your privacy and preventing third parties from tracking your device.
  2. They will notify you when your personal info is leaked online so you can delete your private data from the Internet immediately.
  3. Surfshark has a super powerful antivirus program. It offers you effective protection from viruses and zero-day threats, a lightweight, clean, and easy-to-use app, and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
  4. Check this: They hide your online searches, which means you will get only organic search results without tracking and follow-up ads. For example, when you search for a flight, and the next time you look at the same search, the prices are higher. With Surfshark, this doesn't happen.

* If available, proof of satisfied customers (e.g., screenshots, not just testimonials on your website), evidence of inventory, or records of handling order cancellations properly.

We’re more than willing to update your review based on the evidence you provide—the more proof, the higher your trust score. Please note, however, that we cannot verify non-operational websites or those redirected to other URLs. Additionally, we do not verify websites involved in high-risk financial services, gambling, adult content, or illegal activities.
