Is hyperoptic.com Legit?

I had the pleasure of speaking with Jess from Hyperoptic, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. Jess was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the entire ordering process with ease. His passion for what he does really shone through, and he took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood each step. What really stood out was his positive and friendly attitude—Jess truly made the experience enjoyable. I wish all customer service representatives were like him. Thank you, Jess, for going above and beyond!

Our engineer Oscar did an incredible job. He installed the new cabling discreetly both outside and inside the property. No mess at all. Oscar was also very accommodating when we had to update our availability last minute. 5 stars.

Tesic was very helpful in helping us set up our account. Despite the fact that we just moved to a developing area and there were some issues in getting it activated, Tesic provided his support. In addition he supplied us with all of the relevant information regarding our package and was very quick and polite. This is the type of person that any client would be more than happy to talk with and will definitely be able to find a solution.

Nadja was very helpful on the phone and got us a promotion for the wifi booster, as well as explaining that if we find out we don't need it, we can return it within the first month and get it easily removed from the contract. She ordered the router and it arrived very quickly (within two days).

I wasn't happy with two of their customer service at first but after I spoke to Nenad and I think he did fantastic, apologised for his colleagues and made sure I remained on hyperoptic network. Well done Nenad and thanks for all your help.

I’ve just signed up to Hyperoptic so cannot comment on their internet speeds or anything…. however, i signed up with Amritpal and he was so helpful and gave me a great sign up deal! He had visited me previously at home but at the time i was still in contract with my old suppliers and the offers he had then were really good! “It was fate that we came across each other again” as i had lost his contact flyer!! I will definitely be giving his contact to my neighbours! Thank you Amritpal

I felt happy with the package deals offered and quick installation and activation of broadband band in home within same day. Extremely satisfied with the interactions I had with Jacob Olusilewho initially explained the deals with me and raised an order for me and Sinisa Milijkovic who has helped me in activating the broad band within short time

I just wanted to leave a feedback on my installation today. 27.08.24 in Brighton, Engineer called Amadeus. Absolutely outstanding. While I was stressed with all the drilling process and had uneasy vibe, he was so calm and had the most relaxing energy about him. He did everything very quickly, tidy and perfect. There were complications with access to the activation cardboard and he dealt with building management all by himself with ease. Perfect engineer. Thank you so much

I've been lucky enough to have Hyperoptic in every flat I moved into for the last five years.Over all these years only once I had an unplanned outage, calling them and resolving it took only 15min and was the most pleasant experience I had with a phone hotline to date.They're one of the few providers that don't discriminate against upload, so you really get what you pay for up- and down, which makes working from home an absolutely amazing experience (or, you know, running minecraft servers for the kids and their friends). I don't think I could ever move back into a house without full-duplex fiber... Ignoring "commercial grade dedicated fiber" offerings I really believe HO is the best consumer ISP in the UK.

Thanks to Darko D. @Hyperoptic whose technical support via phone was exemplary!Efficient, patient, clear and able to guide me through trouble-shooting my fibre LAN connections and then getting back to me a few days later for further personal assistance after I had received my new router too.

Worst company to deal with, worst TnC's, moving home and requested to move my services to new address, been told that they're unable to provide services at new address, therefore only option is to cancel, and for that I have to pay £220+ for the rest of contract, how is that fair when it's something hyperoptic cannot provide. I have been with them for like 5 years+, extremely disappointed.Think thrice before committing with Hyperoptic.

Seamless ! -- The transition from my old to new house was seamless! The support I got from Hyperoptics right from the two amazing ladies ( one was Christina and am so sorry, I forgot the name of the other one - I am sure you can pull up the records ) to Mark Simpson who supported me in the installation was great! They did a parallel disconnection where they let me continue with the connection in my old house while they did the installation in the new , all with excellent service and a smile in their voice. They delivered on the dates they committed to! 10/10 on customer service!

I wrote many different reviews, but never so happy to do that as in this case.Anja S. supported me from the beginning to the end of the process. She was so nice, waiting for me, always there, speaking clearly, asking for simple but effective actions. I really appreciated her competences and her kindness. Despite my flat being designed by drunk people and full of wonky skirting boards and ceilings of different heights, Stevie (BRM) did an outstanding job routing the cable to an ideal place, and it's barely visible! Thanks!

I had earlier heard about the services of Hyperoptic, about how they provide uninterrupted high speeds and quick resolution to issues. I have activated 1Gb/s plan with them. They have provided a good offer to start with for me as a new customer. Also, shout out to Aleksandar Knezevic who was my Point of Contact for new connection and has provided great, efficient and quick services and resolution to all my queries. Working with Alex has been hassle free and swift. Would definitely recommend.

I was nervous again as my contract was up after 2 years and was looking a broadband deal and found Hyperoptic were doing a great one online. I anticipated it would be lengthy and tricky call but how wrong I was.My support agent was Tamara who was concise kind helpful and professional making the call a thoroughly pleasant experience .Thank you so much Tamara! :)So pleased that I made that call!And will now be a customer of Hyperoptic!

I've signed up with Hyperoptic 2 weeks in advance, giving them plenty of notice regarding my activation date. On activation date, I still didn't have internet and after a long phone call they seemed to think that an engineer would be required. But it would be a week before they could check, so I'm sitting here waiting for my connection to be activated...

Absolutely terrible, signed up a week in advance, still not activated and conveniently not able to talk to the relevant people. Just assured each day that it will be “activated soon” but never is.

Aleksa was super friendly and extremely helpful! I love Hyperoptic, their service is the best I have ever had from any internet provider with truly unbeatable speeds - especially upload speeds! and prices are super great value for what you get. Cannot recommend them enough! 5 Stars from me! Thank you!

I just wanted to leave a comment about the installation I had today on my installation 08/28/24, the engineer DWIGHT JR, was a very kind person and did his job very well. I have to say that I was a little worried about the drilling they had to do for the installation but the engineer left everything very well.Thank you so much
