Wasn’t sure if my order placed on 15 Dec would arrive in time for Christmas - but it did. Securely packaged and in one piece. A little more info on the delivery, or accurate tracking info, would have been appreciated. I emailed the Hype Help team on 16 Dec, because the tracking number provided for Deutsche Post wasn’t recognised, but I didn’t get a reply. It ended well but experience could have been a little better.

It is a site with very good high-end products. Dialogue is easy. It is a pleasure to deal with interlocutors / sellers with a generosity of time and heart. They do their best for the prices although the customs regulations England / France slow down my purchases because of the taxes.

Recently had to make several purchases to kit out my boat ready for a weekend away. Arrived earlier than expected which was a plus and had a few queries prior to my order that were sorted very promptly given the time of year. Would certainly recommend and will be back for sure

Fast delivery service, easy to put together and I was amazed it works. With ordinary fly swats some you get first time, mostly you end up stunning them and they play dead and fly off. This one gets them first time and kills them instantly, very impressed

Very happy with the delivery time and ease of buying the product. However, I was disappointed that after buying mugs by well known potter Keith Brymer- Jones in collaboration with the National Trust to discover they were made in China! May possibly not have bought them had their origin been made clear on the website

In a world where anything can be bought online from a multitude of places at a similar price you need to pick a retailer that differentiates themselves. I had an enquiry for Hype Design London and they responded to me almost immediately, even though it wasn't a working day. They were really helpful and I would recommend their customer service as above and beyond. They really do care and if you're buying something for someone you care about I'd suggest you pick Hype Design London

Purchased a small item and at point of purchased advised delivery 2-4 days. Got confirmation of order and advised i would get another email advising when dispatched. over a week passed and no dispatch confirmation. Emailed to asked what was happening with my order, no response, sent 2nd email, no response, went on their on-line chat, got response that they would come back to me. No further response. Very poor service, I'm not even sure the company exists. Still waiting on refund / order. My order was only small, i would beware on placing orders with this company. After placing this review they finally refunded me, would they have done if I hadn’t posted. To then say they have no record of me is a joke, why did they refund me then?

Really bad experience. When I have ordered the glass more than one month ago it was available and this is why I order from your platform. But after 3 weeks without any news, I have contacted your team and they have said to me no more glass available… so it was really bad not knowing it at the first time….

Ordered a beautiful decanter with stunning wooden stopper it was even more beautiful in real life. Ordered and delivered in lightening time, SO efficient and were very helpful through the 'chat' contact. Thank you VERY much I will be back for more!

Really attentive customer service, helped me out with any questions I had on the product. My order was here on time and they kept me updated on my delivery. Absolutely love my bird feeder product, will definitely be ordering more of the mugs too!

Ordered on 19th May. Order confirmed same day and advised "it's on its way" "delivery in 2-4 working days". By 30th May no delivery. I emailed Hype (appropriate name). Reply was "please allow 2-3 days to deliver your parcel. If you will not get the item in next 3 days, please inform us we will sort out the issue." Remember, this is 7 days after I was told it was despatched. 4th June - still no delivery. Emailed again asking for refund. To date (6th June) I have received no reply. As you can read, truly appalling service. Based on my experience please avoid at all costs.

Ordered 2 cups for a birthday gift. Upon receipt they were clearly mismatched with both being different sizes from the product description. The business investigated and eventually offered a refund but the event had passed.

i bought two reusable bamboo coffee mugs because I care about minimizing the use of plastic and looking after the planet. i went to the shop on public transport to buy them, but the shop was closed. i had to order online and the mugs were delivered by a large van. They were wrapped in plastic on the outside and plastic bubble wrap inside. The mugs were the wrong colour and had to be returned, and I then received the correct mugs, delivered in another large van and wrapped in more plastic... This was hardly an eco-friendly shopping experience! Not only the product but the distribution need to be environmentally friendly and sustainable if you want to run a business which purports to be eco-friendly.

A wide range of beautiful products to chose from, the mug arrived on time, appropriately packaged. It was just the right thing for my husband’s birthday present from the kids.
